If I could go negative stars on this location I would. The worst customer service I received ever at a GNC store. I would advise going to another store in Dublin Ohio. It was very eye opening and I hope it closes in the near future. Thanks.

The staff is very friendly. Store location and parking is very convenient. Ben who runs the franchise is super knowledgeable and a nutritionist. Always gives the best advice and never tries to over sell supplements. They are well stocked and supplements, vitamins etc are always available.This is definitely the best GNC store around west Columbus.

Great way to support local business.

There is always a great selection here. I have been in almost monthly to get new stuff and they are always stocked. Also their staff is knowledgeable in product. I do appreciate them selling me the products that I am coming in the store for and not just selling me the ones that they are making the most money on or even the ones with the biggest discount.

I went GNC today and I love the one guy that was working there he was so helpful, kind and professional. That is how customer services should be.I have a lots of respect for GNC representatives.

They could do a better job of tying to search engines. I was looking for ox bile and they didnt carry it, though Google named them as having it nearby.
