Called to check for availability to have my screen replaced. It was near close so they didnt have time that night but it was ready when I came back the next morning an hour after they opened. Appreciated that they were open on Sunday to start the fix.

Ordered out of stock batteries. Very $$. Was promised Firday or Monday. Partial order in a week later. Ordered them online, much cheaper.They make promises they cant keep. Will only buy what is in stock.

TERRIBLE PHONE SCREEN REPLACEMENT SERVICE! I tried to get my screen replaced on my iPhone 5C. The phone was functioning fine before, my screen was just cracked. Now it restarts randomly and the screen goes to black when I get notifications or try to unlock the phone more than a few times in a minuet. They claim it was my fault for having them fix the phone and wont even offer me a refund for the screen. They wont take responsibility for breaking my phone. Complete waste of more than a hundreds of dollars and now my phone that formerly just had a cracked screen is worthless. NEVER GET YOUR PHONE SCREEN FIXED HERE.

Terrible service from a guy named Don. He dropped the f bomb about 40 times and was raising his voice at me. i just went and got the phone fixed there the day before and the owner said it was like brand new. my headphone jack wasnt working aftr the charge port replacement so i went back the next day and he claims the wires were already broken. he said there was no way he could get my phone to charge, but i just fixed it the day before terrible cutomer service do not reccomend. they break you stuff theyll send it out for free and no charge but it takes over a week. RIDICULOUS. like i said the person who worked on it the day before said it was like a brand nwe phone. they dont take responsibility for therye mistakes. they also charge wayyyy too much to do anything to your phone its not worth it look around for a better place as am i. PS. my screen wont light up after my phone died its just a black screen lit up barely i dont know what he did but he totally ruined my phone i went to get my headphone jack fixed and ended up losing my whole phone. DONT GO HERE.

They replaced the front and back glass for my 2 MONTHS USED Galaxy s7.Told me $203 and some change over the phone,my only problem?BUSTED GLASS,the phone functioned fine.Told me I couldnt replace only the front screen,I was strapped for cash :( Charged me 230 plus tax after I refused their screen protector for $30 and told me I was getting a really good deal.Phone looked good but after about a week the back glass started lifting off! I very gently tried pushing it back on,cheap glass broke right under my finger.My sim card keeps locking because it has grooves from it being either slid in and out or from when they put the phone back together.I had never even seen the sim card or knew how to take it out until a Sprint tech told me how to remove it. Troubleshoot it. Now my back screen is broken and phone only works on Wi-Fi due to their tampering with my sim card.

Over two weeks of calling for a update on a part that was supposes to be ordered and getting the run around about it being on the next truck or the truck is a few days behind now the part is just purely on back order and they never knew when it was going to be delivered. Never once did the store reach out to me about any kind of delay and lied to me several times on the phone about the status of the part. I had to call to get any kind of update. I honestly doubt at this point if the part was ever ordered.Update......In response to the Owner no one at the store has yet to even call me after almost 2 months to say the part has ever came in??? Not that it matters because after I did some reasearch every other cell phone repair store in the area had the part on hand and were cheaper. Save your time and money and go with another place. 2-3 weeks of calling and getting the run around isnt timely customer service.
