It was a grate experience today

Was selling a phone and agreed to meet here with buyer. Went in and the lady kept saying my phone was locked and can not be sold basically calling me a liar cause I said it was not locked. She freaked out the buyer pretty good just to find out that the phone was not locked at all. She just did not know how to do her job. Ill never forget that experience. The phone came from Metro and service Is thru them. SHAME ON HER! And MetroPCS for employing her.

If I could give less I would, neither location was open yesterday, called corporate. They stated they were suppose to be open even called the stores. Guess Ill sign my daughter up else where.
