Cricket Kristen saves the day. I spent hours going around town looking for a case for my unique phone. Everywhere I went the employees didnt even try. Kristen poked around and within minutes i had a case that fit perfectly. Cant say much about the store or their services, all I know is Kristen is phenomenal

I had a wonderful experience at Dubuque Cricket, the lady working knew exactly what she was doing and was vary helpful with getting and information transfered to my new phone.

The store hours should be updated on their front door and online. Right now on the door it says they are open all day till 5 pm. But no one is inside. And they were closed all day. I needed to pay my bill to continue with my service for the next month, but now my plan will expire and wont have service because they were closed today. Such an inconvenience. Very upset right now.

I had a horrible time here they didnt wanna answer they phones it says they open but no workers, horrible customer service as soon as they saw someone calling they left the line busy so it wouldnt ring

We called this store 5 times before we finally walked to the store. When we arrived the clerk had one customer and I called just to see if she would answer. Guess what she didnt answer the phone! Only to ask one question that she couldnt answer.

This was an iwireless location but they shut it down and opened up Cricket store. No big deal till they told me that iwireless company itself was shut down and that I needed to switch to Cricket. Total BS they are liers!
