Recieved the dipbrow pomade as a gift amd wanted to exchange it for a different color. Was never opened. Told I needed a receipt. It was a gift.

I was pretty impressed with this location. It had a really good selection for being one of the smaller JCP locations. The store was clean, well stocked, and the employees were helpful and courteous without being pushy.

I went in on two separate occasions and Martha was very rude and passive aggressive both times. Very uneager to help, seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered with her job, and overall was an unpleasant shopping trip. I will be purchasing online or at another retailer from now on.
