The only place that I know of that rivals their selection is Sephora and if I need to try a product before buying it, this store is a 45 minute drive as opposed to a drive 2x as long. It wasnt a 5 star rating because after waiting 10 minutes for assistance. I went looking for help(they were very busy). I found 2 consultants having a great conversation and politely interrupted them. They were gracious and helped me immediately, otherwise they would have had a 5 star review. Happy customer.

Totally would be a 5 star, as I love Ulta and this one is much like all the others but it is nice that it is in a mall (albeit a small mall) you can grab a pretzel or something after shopping... BUT every time, and I mean every time I have shopped there the staff has been dismissive and borderline rude. It makes me buy most of my items online these days, before I moved here my local Ulta most definitely knew me by name, and I exclusively purchase all of my beauty products from Ulta ($$$$/year).I like shopping online, so its fine, but sad that employees attitudes are my deciding factor in that . .

Every staff member that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. My teen daughter loves Kylie cosmetics and Mallory, their rep, was amazing! 😁👍

The lady who dis my eyebrows zhould seriously get 1000 stars. Her customer service, flexibility, personality, her work everything was brillant. However, no other employee stopped to acknowledge i was even in the store.

Always a pleasant experience here. Very nice ladys! My wife loves there products and helped me many times when I wanted to pick up something nice for her.

It wasnt amazing because no one was helping find things. And a worker said to my mother please put your mask over your nose I have a heart condition my mom wasnt coughing or anything. We havent tested positive for the virus. But if you have a heart condition and your worried about dieing from the virus you shouldnt be working. And especially if you have a heart condition.😒

They were not very friendly.

I spend endless amount of money at Ulta. A part of my career is in the beauty industry so I tend to spend a lot of time in Ulta’s website or in store. When in store pickup became an option it was a perfect situation for me. However if you do a pick up here they will deliver minimal customer service. The things they put into my bag or used products. Thankfully I checked my items before leaving the store and asked if I could get an exchange on them as they were broken and or used. The young lady that was helping me was extremely rude and informed me that if I wanted my items to be exchanged that I needed to go pick them out myself and then wait at the end of the line to exchange them out. I asked her what was the point of an in-store pick up if I have to go pick the item out myself and then wait at the end of the line? She of course didn’t have an educated response and simply walked away from me. Sadly I wasn’t the only customer she was rude to. Everyone she checked out she was ugly towards. I haven’t stepped foot in this location since. I’ve done all my orders online. Eliminates the unnecessary sass that you get from the store employees at this location.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Went during their gorgeous hair sale which included some great deals. They were out of small bags for a couple of days and the sale signs were kind of confusing/not completely clear about what was on sale and what wasnt.

The staff at ulta were super helpful and nice when I walked in asking for baby oil so I could get my “eyelash extensions” off. Josh in benefit was super helpful taking the time to get the eyelashes off. Thanks so much!!! Everyone saved the day! :)

If I could give a zero, I would. I tried to jump on an huge online sale on the last day. Needless to say their site went down from all the traffic and refused every cc I put in. Gave me every error it could. I called them immediately and they assured me I could call them in the morning, after the sale was over, and they would honor my purchase attempt from the previous night because they could see my attempts on their end. The best part, I saw the charge go through my bank, called them first, and was told they accepted the transaction, but Ultas processor was refunding it. For some reason. I called and they claimed they could not take a sale over the phone, nor would they honor it online with a code. 2 days later I receive an email telling me I have been banned from their site. So, no thank you ulta! I spent thousands of $$$ with your company and this is how you treat your customers. Keep your overpriced products.

Horrible customer service. Needed to return new can of hair spray because nozzle wouldnt spray. Manager made a big deal out of it. Was it purchased here? YES it was. When? By whom? All I wanted was a can of hair spray that SPRAYED >its called an EVEN exchange. Ill NEVER buy from this or any Ulta again.

Ulta Beauty is one of my favorite places to shop for makeup. Whenever I go there I always find what I need. Service is excellent and fast.

It is located in the mall, and it seems a little smaller than others. No one approached me to see if I needed help, which is unusual as far as my other experiences in other Ulta stores. I was looking for the new Jeffree Star cosmetics, but I didnt see them, and I though all of the stores were going to have the products.

Catering to the professional side of cosmetics they have a good supply on hand however you must have an account.

I was searching for a new hair salon and thought I would try Ulta. I talked to the manager Hannah. I told her what I wanted, and Made an appointment for the next day.I have found the stylist of my Dreams ! She listened to my concerns and I left there with exactly the color and length I wanted. I have received many complements as my color is not the norm. Purple/light gray. my search is over, thank you Hannah . Already booked my next appointment .

Rigo helped us . He was great. We didnt find the foaming pomade we wanted. He suggpested another and will try that

There is so much here that it is almost sensory overload. Wanted to check out some perfumes that I saw in their flyer. I was unable to find them and didnt ask for help. So many beauty products in one place.
