Had the first appointment of the day 8am. Came an hour late. No call as to the reason. Found out later they had a truck to unload. Would have been nice to get a notice instead of wondering. Once there he did a good job.

The torsion spring snapped on one of my garage doors. I called Dubuqueland Door Co. Two men arrived at 8:30 the next morning and the spring was replaced and the service men were gone by 9: 15. The door then operated better than when it was new! I use this company for all my overhead door needs. They are the best!

The main installer was very knowledgeable and was patient - answering my questions. He set my existing keypad and door opener to open my second overhead door. Even though it only took a short amount of time, he didnt have to do that, but I was grateful that he did.
