This was a custom-sized sliding patio door to replace a 40+ Pella door. Andy was prompt, easy to work with, took accurate measurements, coordinated the order and arranged for installation. The installers were efficient and respectful. They did a good job and the new door is everything I had hoped for.

I had a screen problem as my style was no longer available. The replacement updated version required 2 new buckets to be installed into the window frame. It was necessary to have a service tech stop and drill the buckets in. The service techs were great and quickly got the job done. I recently purchased beautiful wood windows from Andy at Pella. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process. I decided to add shades to the inside of the windows and absolutely love them. I thought Pella only sold windows, but he informed me they also sell entry doors. I was able to build myself a new front door that really added to the appearance of my home. I highly recommend working with Andy from Pella.

One of our Aluminum screens blew off and got mangled in a storm. When I called, Laura had me measure the window and send photos. Our windows are 20 years old so this is a custom order. We live an hour away and our schedule made it difficult to pick up the screen. Laura was very kind and met us on a Sunday morning, when the store was closed, to accomodate our schedule. Just had all my windows replaced-the windows were only four years old but very inexpensive windows-leaked air and froze in the winter and could hear people talking on the street. Kim is very knowledgeable on Pellas products and describes the benefit of their product. Also had a new patio door and front entrance door. Kim would come out to my home to make sure that everything was delivered and I was happy with the product. She also stopped out a couple of times to show me how the windows and patio door worked. There was a problem with the patio door and a new one was shipped out with in 10 days. Kim is very dedicated to her customers and job as a salesperson. Would recommend Kim to anyone interested in getting new windows and doors.
