Friend and I stopped in today. Absolutely love this place. So many treasures and trinkets and stuff. Spent almost 2 hrs looking around. Pretty sure I missed a few things. Just another reason to go back. Highly recommend stopping in.
Good selection, very rude old woman at the counter. She didnt like how I signed the CC reader, I was pressing too hard. I laughed it off and said Id happily replace it if I broke it. Her response, I dont think so made my blood boil. Id advise that she doesnt make character assumptions about people.
Why is the elderly woman who works here so angry? Ive visited 3-4 times and her foreboding demeanor is like a character out of a horror movie.Besides that, the selection is enormous and there is really cool stuff.
Big antique store with a lot to look at! This is a fun place to go and just walk around. A few aisles were a bit of a tight squeeze, and a little hard to navigate with arthritis and limited mobility. But they have a little bit of everything. Best antique store in the city, from those Ive visited. Worth a stop, especially if youre visiting the Canal Park area on foot!
Very good antique shop. Lots of different things every time we go. Prices are reasonable
Cool stuff, nice people. HUGE shop.
I could walk around for hours and hours. I love this antique store. Little bit of everything you could ever need or want. Nostalgia is abundant here and i for one, love it.
Father time is always great to walk thru. It is a walk thru time : items from 100 years ago till now.
Lots of treasures! Great place to find epic things!
Worth the trip. Good prices on quality items.
They had some interesting finds. Because the store is set up in lots it is a bit hard if you go in looking for specific things but the staff can usually point you in a good direction to start looking
Nice to look at very tidy prices on the high side.
You pay for what the item is but they do have a lot of good stuff.
This is a good size store with many booths with a wide variety of goods. And as a bit of a picker myself, I have to tell you, the prices arent that bad!
Is a very organized antique store with a lot of items from the northland.
Its a fun place even if you arent looking for anything specific.
Went in to just look around, end up finding some things to buy. Even if I was not going to by something it was cool just to see oldbthings from your past and older stuff.
My son and I went here on a Saturday. There is soooo much antique things to look at. It was amazing. It is a very cool place to shop.
Lots of interesting items ~ we didnt even make it through the whole store
Very neat and clean and very well put together & alot of cool stuff in the store
Wow there a lots of cool stuff there!
Fun place to shop around.
Very nice antique store with lots of things for just about everyone. Prices were pretty okay but parking is an absolute nightmare, especially on weekends... street meters don’t take cards (only coins), lots of foot and vehicle traffic. The canal parking lot doesn’t take cards either - only cash and check. So if you don’t carry cash on you, you’re SOL and will have to park blocks and blocks away in a free lot.
Loved the people. Lon &Rochelle!
Nice antique shop.
I love shopping at Father Time! Lots of interesting finds! Its actually pretty kid friendly and we have bumped into a few kiddos exploring. It is an antique shop so not a great idea to bring in the young one that want to look with their hands. Such a variety of things! I definitely recommend checking out there lapel pin board!
The lady that was working at the counter was super rude when I came in today. She yelled at me and said I need to wear a mask. I apologized and told her I had one in my purse Id happily put on. She gave me a disgusted look that sent shivers down my spine. I looked at the mister and we decided to get the heck out of there because of how crazy she seemed. I dont wish that on anyone. Not the way you treat customers! I get having restrictions right now and Im happy to comply with any restrictions, what upset me was her demeanor and how aggressive she came across.
Possibly the best antique shop ever. Great location by the water...see the big ore boat like the Edmund Fitzgerald. I didnt buy everything I found so I can come back again. We made the stop in Duluth just to shop at Father Time. Other fun shops and places to eat and drink near by. The people in the shop, were very helpful .....credit cards accepted. Cant wait to go back for a third time. Restrooms available in the shop.
Really love stopping in here when I’m in Canal Park, they have a HUGE selection and even the pickiest collectors are sure to find something they like if you look hard enough. Having said that they are very organized, lots of valuables behind lock and key but the staff will happily get you the key for any case. One other thing work noting is they usually have sales on certain sections or dealers, I found a vintage screwdriver I liked and was only going to buy one but I noticed the sign said 20% off so I bought 4.
The older woman at the counter who rang up my sale on Saturday 8/24 was so rude. I told her I thought I had my tax id number on file and the disgusted look she gave me was enough to make my skin crawl. After rolling her eyes and loudly sighing, I told her to just forget it, its not worth it. She said they dont keep them on file, and it has to be done separately (whatever that means). I almost walked out without buying anything. This woman is beyond rude.Other than that.....This place has an amazing selection, so huge you could spend a whole day in here. Some items might be on the pricier side, but antiques are becoming harder and harder to find. Its definitely worth the time, this place is great (hopefully the old crab ass wont have to ring you up, she definitely hates her life).
This is a must stop for us everytime we visit Duluth! My 11yr old son loves this antique store. The people are always so friendly!
Interesting store with amazing antiques all thoughout.
Sweet antique mall not as organized as some but there is always something to find and you could wander there for hours
This is a huge antique store. Very clean well organized. Helpful staff and very knowledgeable. Considering it is in Canal Park, the prices are quite reasonable. I love finding unique treasures and this place was loaded with them. Certainly worth a stop even if it is just too browse.
Always something new. Love finding something I didnt know I needed.
We stumbled on this antique shop while waiting for a ship to arrive to the Duluth entry. So glad we did because this was a fantastic store! Tons of variety and I thought the pricing throughout was very reasonable. Definitely a must-see if youre in town and into antiquing!
This store is one of the best places to visit in Duluth. Im not a huge antique guy but walking thru the store is like a history lesson. Its easy to get lost inside and always find new and interesting things every time I go in.
Good prices to pick up some treasures for our Etsy store. The people at the desk were very helpful!
One of my favorite antique stores in Minnesota. I never leave empty handed. Good service, you can spend hours here.
Father time antiques is the best one antique store in Duluth.
A great shop if youre a collector of any kind, or just admire antiques in general.
Always so much stuff to see, you can always find something to buy as well as alot of memories with alot of pieces! Great place to shop!
I collect records, and I love antique shops because they have records in boxes and on shelves like the old records stores. I came here to look at records, and ended up spending about 3 hours there looking at everything. Ive been there a couple times since. Its a cool store and its really big, filled to the brim with antiques. They have so many records you could be there for 6 hours and still not have seen all of them. The employees are very nice and helpful. Some stuff is kind of expensive, but every time you go there you find a piece or two that you really love for a low price. I could have easily spent days there and have drained my entire wallet. My new favorite store in Duluth!
One of my new favorite antique stores! Huge collection that is well-displayed, prices are fair, and loads of everything you can imagine from every generation. Truly a museum of oddities and treasures. Gotta be careful moving around in some tightly-packed areas though; Heard a few people break some things, accidentally, Im sure. You could easily bring in $10-50 and find some stuff youll dig!
We always enjoy visiting Father Time. it is a nice antique store with many vendors showing. It has a wide variety of items with pretty good prices. The people always seem to be friendly and helpful. They keep the place clean and they have many new items every time we stop in. It is located in the Canal Park area so it can be hard to find parking if you dont want to use a private lot.
Love it
Nice, reasonable prices
Cool place
So far my general experience with this shop has been good. Some of the stuff is a bit expensive but I guess theyre antiques after all. I enjoy just looking at all the different stuff. There was one time when I was checking out a fur stole, and was holding it and seeing how nice it looked on me and stuff the one lady was watching me like a mean hawk when I did that, I guess I can understand if you dont want stuff to be stolen, and at least she didnt yell at me. I would say this is the best antique shop there is compared to all the ones Ive visited in the Northland. They have the most variety and the shop is nice and big. Their neighbor Antique Boutique basically doesnt have much compared to them, and has mostly like vases and plate ware type stuff. Father Time is sometimes its a bit cluttered but still a good shop. I enjoy visiting just to look at everything. Especially during holiday season.
This Shop is huge and has everything under the sun when it comes to antiques. I could have spent hours here and easily could have drained my wallet here. The owners ares also extremely kind and friendly!
Lotsa unique antiques at Father Time Antiques. Its a great place to browse with the wife and kids. The staff are kind and helpful.
Great antique and collectible store!! My wife and I always stop in here when we come to Duluth
Such a cool selection. Of course every antique Mall will have something different to offer, but when I went it was one of the better varieties of items Ive seen. Friendly staff.
Lots of fun stuff to browse, good size antique store in a great location.
Went here on vacation. The employees where very helpful
Always a good stop when in the Duluth Big Bridge area. plenty of quality items at good pricing.
Great selection of all kinds of stuff! Most if not all things there are authentic, such as WWII memorabilia, Japanese kimono accessories, classic cartoon and pop culture merchandise, and more. Items in the store can range from 5$ and under to over 5000$ depending on what you find.
Another great little antique store who doesnt love it ever-changing inventory and great atmosphere friendly staff its always fun to see what youll find
Very friendly people with a wide variety of antiques to look through. Pricing seemed pretty fair on most items.
Love this shop
A must see for antique lovers. Not a place to find junk. Something for everyone.
This place is awesome! I could spend a whole afternoon looking at everything in this store. The prices are fair. I will definitely be back!
Like walking through a museum and I thought the prices were very reasonable.
Every time I make it to Duluth, this shop is a priority stop. I am a huge vinyl enthusiast and this shop never disappoints. I always find something interesting, and they have interesting décor and comics and everything else as well.
Wow, amazing and huge! I was talking with one of the sellers and he said dealers from all over the midwest sell their treasures here! The shop is almost on the lake, plus so much to do in the Canal Park area! A must stop for anyone visiting Duluth.
This is my favorite antique store! Its massive and filled with so many vendors, you are sure to find a treasure youll love. Have to stop here every time were in Duluth!
Very large selection - one of the largest I have ever seen. Some very unique items.
Great place for antique lovers . Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because it’s the holiday season and I went in for a gift card . They do not do gift cards now I’m stuck gifting cash witch I do not prefer.
Over priced tourist trap. Many other shops in Duluth that have reasonable prices. We were followed around like we were going to rob the place. Then when we wanted to get into a locked case no one was around. Wont be going back there..
A very nice place to visit and the eclectic collection of trinkets and antiques.
So much cool stuff! A lot of fun to look around 😊
Love this shop we always find something almost everytime we go in! Everytime we head up to Duluth we have to go here :)
Very cool shop, lots of booths. Found some great vintage bottle openers here.
I love this place there is so much to look at and always find something new every time we go here!
This place is AWESOME! Lots to explore, so go when you have some extra time!
Theres A LOT of things there! It was fun to walk around and see all the different things they have there. Its a pretty big place!
Nice place if you love to antigue shop. A nice variety of different things reasonably priced.
Little over priced for some things, but an interesting store to walk around.
Good place
Sooo much to look through. There is something for every interest if you dig enough!
Wide variety of antiques. Something for everyone
Wide variety of antiques, from small and inexpensive to large and pricey items. You can easily spend hours looking around.
My favorite antique store in the Twin Ports
Someone at the counter accused me and my buds of stealing. I think they profiled us cuz we were young and not their typical aged customer. Can’t young people love antiques too? What happened to this country? #immovingtocanada
One of my favorite antique stores. So much stuff!!
Always a great find, fun things to look at on a rainy day.
Always wonderful staff and a lot of cool and some valuable items!
Great selection of antiques and the prices are fair!
Lots of cool stuff something for everyone the prices arent that bad either
Fun stuff to look at, brings back memories of childhood.
Very friendly staff and cool southwest items.
One of our favorite stops in Duluth.
Best antique store in Duluth hands down.
Lots of antiques here and all pretty good too.
Huge selection! I could spend days in there. Wish I had more time.
