I love this Walmart-sized asian grocery store. They do change out stock so by the time I make it back to Georgia, they dont always have what Im looking for but thats any store. The biggest pros are 1) they have pretty good prices and 2) are right next to Sweet Hut Cafe. The cons are 1) the lines for checkout are incredibly long and if you choose to social distance from the person in front of you, someone will break like you were never there and 2) it isnt the most organized - this is like Walmart, whereas H Mart is Publix.

Waited 45 min in line even when all the registers were open. People were cutting in line, reaching over & shoving you. I guess it’s expected in an Asian market (& yes I can say that, I’m Asian) but still a horrible experience. I recommend Jusgo, HMart or Assi.

A lot of Chinese groceries and fresh produce here. But majority is Chinese only and not any other Asian nations groceries. For Chinese it is probably the good place and should be able to find a lot of their food. However for non Chinese Asian, it is just ok.

This rating is mainly for the food court - not the market itself. Never shop there because the lines are ridiculously long and feel unorganized. There are many good restaurants in the food court including the BBQ place - good pricing and good food with multiple choices. No tip! Thus the 4 stars. 😁

A good supermarket for Asian foods especially korean and chinese. It has got eateries too, inside, at the entrance. This Asian supermarket is just gigantic. Probably one of the largest, if not the largest, one in GA. Their selections are just so huge that it can be difficult to find what you need, but their prices are fairly low because of that (at least cheaper than US grocery stores). For some items, they stack the boxes and the topmost box would be opened so that you could just buy an individual product from the top or grab the entire box below.By the customer service are traditional and contemporary medicines. In addition to the supermarket. They have things like:- a food court- Furniture shop- Chinese pottery shop- Cosmetics shop- A salon (didn’t pay attention to what type)One major problem with this supermarket is that their customer service is unreliable when it comes to difficult issues. When I went to customer service, there were two people and both of them looked like teenagers.Seriously? TEENS? Doing customer service? How could they leave such a gruesome and complicate job to TEENS? In most markets, teenagers typically work as cashiers or doing bagging or stocking shelves. In my last trip there, their machines wouldn’t process my gift card (it had never been used). Neither the cashier or the manager seem to understand the issue. I asked them “what’s wrong with it?” and they had no answer. When I asked the customer service rep to check the balance and they admitted to me that he had no clue how to do that. He didn’t even try to direct me to someone higher in management who could’ve help me. Later, I check the balance through the website url printed on the gift card and it showed the original balance.

Great Chinese grocery spot, setting is not too messy, and food court is good. Not too much comment on the prices since everyone has their own standard, but I think it is fair. The produces and meats has similar price as common grocery locations (ie. Walmart, Kroger, Publix, etc.)

Good variety of Chinese products and fresh produces. The food court is great and the staff are friendly and fast.I agree that the staff of the fresh seafood section is friendly and efficient. However, the service at the fresh meat section can be an disappointment. One of the older staff literally yells at customers. I was yelled at one time a couple weeks ago, when I was there asking for service. So be careful and choose the right person to help you, if you want a good experience. Also, the fresh produce section is right next to the checkout area. When the lines are a bit long, the fresh produce area is sort of partially “blocked” by customers (and the shopping carts) waiting in lines. This makes it hard for others to getsome of the vegeeis/fruits.

After moving to Atlanta from LA, one of my first priorities is to figure out where to get my critical Asian groceries. Great Wall’s seafood section is not as pristine as Jusgo’s, but I was happy to find some harder to source items in the noodle (giant section including knife cut Taiwanese noodles!!), snack (even sea urchin rice crackers) and drink (all kinds of Vita box drinks and a Taiwanese guava drink are my favs) aisles. The food court is also much more upscale and exciting at Jusgo, but GW does have a Cantonese bbq spot that offers congees and dim sum made to order! (Wonton noodles too, but those are just ok, I really miss Noodle Boy in LA 😭)

There is so much here from different cultures like China, Japan, Korea, and many. many more.Speaking on what we purchased, meat was fresh as were the fruits and vegetables. So many choices. If you have visited an H-Mart (which is Korean) than you will see GW is very similar.I really do hope they (GW ownership) consider opening a store in Phoenix Arizona. Considering there is a huge presence of people from those regions.

I went in here the other day to check it out as I love Asian grocery stores. I typically just go to the Zion Market next door but wanted to try something new. Well they do have a slightly bigger selection of certain items I did not like the store at all. I was looking for a garlic chili paste I knew the name of it but I could not find it. Why couldnt I find it? Because things are not put together by the type of food that they are they are put together on the shelf by the company that makes them so garlic chili paste would be in 10 different places on the same freaking aisle! Who in their right mind would put up product like that it makes no sense? Ill stick to other stores from now on that know how to place product on shelves properly I dont have two hours to look for three things.Meat and seafood prices were also insanely High compared to some of the other Asian grocery stores in the area.

Overall, not a bad grocery market. Has stuff from a variety of Asian cultures -- Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. My main complaints are the cashiers and occasional stockers who are extremely rude. Ive asked some stockers where some things were since I couldnt find it and they pointed to a general direction and walked away. As for the cashiers, when the lines are long, I try to help bag some items (I literally stand there and wait for them to hand me a bag, I dont snatch it or anything) and they glare at me as if I stole their money lol. Have had several times where I asked for an extra bag for fish or something so it doesnt leak in my car and they stare me down and say something incompletely coherent to which I assume is no so I say thanks and pay for my stuff and leave.Wish the workers were more easy to approach because the products sold are of pretty decent quality.

Long time ago I thought this is the best Asian market ever. But goes by the time people just working careless all the time, I mean the cashier did not do their job well. I got a green papaya but she did not even look up inside the bag then just put the apple mangos price on it. First I got a whole box of mango already why would I get another single one again? Second thats not the excuse for her to NOT TO CHECK ON EACH ITEAM that customer get. Before this I also had small oranges 5 for $3, she just asked another cashier How much was the big oranges? When I heard that I correct her Thats small ones, 5 for $3. She looks like doubting but had to listen to me. I dont mind to prove it if they needed. If you ask me do I know the difference? Oranges? Mango and papaya? I do know about that. And thats NOT the first time they made mistake by checking out. Its not just about the price its about a cashiers job. It should be efficient and accurate. God is in the detail.

If you still choose to come here, be careful to check for the price of every single item at the register! I did not buy a hot pot package and it showed up on my receipt for $112. When I inquired about it, the lady at the register was outrageously rude. Not only did she not apologize, she removed my grocery and shoved them off and threw them on the side angrily and told me to bag them. I guess she was upset that they made a mistake and now she had to go through each item?! The management team is not any better. After they checked every item I had and did not find the $112 hot pot package, he did not give me refund right away nor apologize. Ive heard the same pricing mistake happened to others before, but I did not know they can be this rude. There are plenty other grocery stores around, you dont need to come here and go through such troubles.
