Good place to find what you need when you are cooking some Asian cuisine. Prices are fairly good as well.
Very nice Asian food store. Some home goods, but mostly foods. Limited selection of fruit and veggies, but good quality and fresh. Coffee shop and bakery in front is a bit expensive, but delicious. Very good customer service and fast checkout. Very convenient shopping is much faster than larger Asian markets.
All the cashier and workers are energetic.. also all the product is nice and organized well so easy to find it
I like the seafood variety. I purchased 2 lbs of fresh shrimp 🍤. It was fresh and They was delicious 😋. They have great products selection as well. Different products.
Market with lots of vegetables and grains. And you must try the mixed grain rice for sure.
Many fresh merchandise are better than other Korean markets although packaged merchandise are a bit expensive compare to the others also.
Vegetables are very fresh but price is al little higher.
I absolutely love this store. Its always extremely clean and nice looking. The prices are great here and you can just about buy everything that you need. Im very into Eastern food and cant particularly stand eating any type of Western Standard American diet junk food so this place is very dear to me. The meat department is just simply amazing I cannot Rave about it enough. They always seem to have such good prices on fresh produce and the thing about their produce is it actually last in your refrigerator and doesnt go bad within a week or a few days
I have a very bad experience at Zion Market. The cashier did not stay behind the cash register and I need to wait for her to come back. I understand sometime store is busy but the problem is there is no line and everyone just stand there. I dont know what wrong with my cashier who kept running around and did not know what she is doing. She forgot to scan the item. Finally, she scanned it and I paid the item and waiting for her to go back to her cash register to press the button to print out the receipt. She spend 10 minutes to try to figure out how to do it and added something on the register that make me concern. She did not even ask anyone around her to help her. I just asked her what did you put in there. She started talking loud and said I did not charge you wrong and kept talking nonsense. It liked she did not understand me, dont know how to use cash register, and what the cash register computer is saying. I liked ok because she liked lost her mind. Suddenly, she told me to write down my name and phone number. I am not too understand what she say because she talked some Korean and English. I just guess what she mean because I worked as casher before. I assumed she said, If the transaction did not go through correctly, she will contact me. I liked ok and gave it to her because I felt like this casher really didnt know how to use the register and she is so rude. I am surprise the store did not train her. Also, why is she not asking other cashier to help her? Why is she running around? Why is she so rude to customer even she provided me bad service? If next time I go there, I will never go to her. The main reason is she treated customer too bad.
Fruit and veggies here never disappoint in their freshness. Little tight in the aisles and they dont have a lot of items, but definitely better than most markets around here for the fruits and veggies.
Lots of fresh vegetables, fish, meats, and Asian grocery
Well organized and friendly. Every essential you need and more!
Clean and lots of variety. Great place to grocery shop.
Super Korean, fresh produce, but small compared to other markets. I gave it 4 stars for the lovely Latina cashier who checked me out.
I love it here. I wish we had on in augusta. Great selection of products and household items.
Always can get what I wanted in this smaller Korean grocer. Their marinated meat is the best. Checkout is also quick
Good prices. Very well stocked.
Got some good food from them, great variety to pick from
Really nice! Its the smaller, neater version of GW supermarket. Better choice when your on a rush and only need a couple of things. Great sushi!
Very convenient and nice selection of items
Love to shop here i get all my produce and meat at a cheap prices
Everything you could possibly want and or need in Asian food, produce and products. Very large, clean, bright store. Highly recommend.
Parking lot may be tiny and selection smaller than an Hmart, but this is where I come when I want good quality meat
Zion is a smaller Asian market but its kept clean. The meats are good quality and well trimmed. The seafood selection is somewhat limited but fresh. Checkout is quick. Nice place to shop.
Nice grocery store with fresh meat. Recommend
I was able to shop with no hassle and they have some great deals on produce items.
Very nice atmosphere, reasonably priced items, and lots of variety
Clean, fresh products, and sincere employees..
This place was fairly good. Its food is fresh, and the quality is always up to standards. There arent that many people, and everyone follows the Corona guidelines. The staff are also very kind.
I believe this supermarket has never been examined by the USDA. If it was, then they havent thoroughly done so. Apparently, I found bits of plastic in a pack of beef. This is far beyond horrific because this incident couldve costed our lives if we havent discovered it. If you want safe products, then DONT EVER COME TO THIS SUPERMARKET EVER!!
Some of the best prices on produce but I usually avoid most of the fruit. Great Korean snack selection 👌
Very clean and organized. They have the already-marinated meats here such as pork, chick and beef, and they are very good. These favors are very similar to the meats at the K-BBQ restaurants.Downside: dont have much Asian products.Upside: clean and bright, organized.
Produce are usually fresh, affordable price. Only downside is theyre missing the not so common products since it is a smaller market. But its my most preferred market in metro atlanta!
Good size to shop quickly and have enough options to choose Korean merchandise items.
Fast checkout lane
They have fresh vegetables and cheap price meat compare to other korean grocery.
Sometimes prices wrong!!More practice cashiers
I love to shopping here over HMart. They have fresh meat, vegetables and fruits. The store it’s super clean.
One of the best Korean grocery stores
Great produce and meats at very reasonable prices! In comparison to the nearby competitors NamDaeMun, Assi, and Hmart, its a smaller store. Its kept very clean. I noticed that this store caters more to Koreans (yes, Im aware its a Korean grocery store). NDM, Assi, and Hmart-although all Korean owned- all cater to more of a diverse (from my observations) consumer group, i.e: Latin American, other Asians, Americans, and Africans, as they carry many other nationalities products. Therefore, I did not find the otherwise-ubiquitous tomatillos at this store, which was a big bummer. The store also has, like all Korean markets do, a prepared foods section, with items like bibimbap, Korean steamed corn, and kimchi and bbanchans of all sorts. And of course it wouldnt be complete without a mini Korean beauty store and Korean bakery, Tree Story.Note: dont expect great service at the bakery. There are two grumpy ajumas watching you and following you around. If you move a bread and put it back, one of them will come right after you (even if youre still there) to put her slightly OCD organization skills to work.Check out staff was amicable.
2nd best korean market in Duluth.
I always have a Great time here.
Quality of meat are great lot of choice korean product great place to shop
Ok prices. Decent selection of produce and meats.
I come here every time I come to town. I live in Alabama but always make a stop here.
Great choice for Korean groceries
I come this Korean grocery market very often and their fruits are best in town. I think all the fruits are from California and they are very fresh and juicy and sweet! They also have some kind of promotional hot deal if you buy more than $50 or so, you can get some of products with special discount price. Seafood and meats are pretty good quality and very nice market in Duluth.
Clean with an astounding selection of everything grocery.
Its smell very fishy. Extremely busy
Sunday afternoon. Not many customers compared to Namdaemoom. Not as many items as Namdaemoom but better quality. Enjoyed shopping there.
What is the purpose of discounts that only qualify if you purchase min 30$ ????If you dont like small family which I have my wife and my little son I can go for other markets to shop.To save 3$ spend 30$ ?!
Good prices on fruits and veggies. Better deals on meats than at other farmers markets. They have a section with sushi and prepared Korean dishes, but the prices are comparable to what youd pay in some restaurants. Checkout service is great.
Nice Korean market. Love thir fish and snack choicez
Nice layout. And fair amount of selection
Nice could not find what we wanted
I normally go to Assi or Super H, but my mother-in-law told me to check it out & as far as looking for meats, this is NOW my go-to location.
One of my favorite places to find lots of hard to find items!
My sister came up to the checkout line to pay for her items, cashier said nothing (assumed silent compliance), then some lady came back after supposedly leaving the line and started complaining in Korean. She hits my sister with the cart and the manager points at my sister and tells her to apologize, saying you are the wrong.Awful service, and as expected—people of the adhering ethnicity that the store caters to gets a pass for awful behavior. What shouldve happened was:The cashier informs my sister that someone left and will return shortly, or...The customer who left simply returns, waits for my sisters transaction to finish, and doesnt throw a tantrum.
So for the past couple of months Ive been watching a lot of Asian relate drama on Netflix. Going to this market made me feel so close to the show, the characters, even the drinks but especially the food, it was all so authentic. The people were so ready to help and being of non Asian descent, I initially felt out of place. But while walking around, I was amazed at how they mixed their Asian delicacies and American influences into one place. I will definitely go back.
Prices are very reasonable. Place also has a variety of ready-to-eat foods. Fantastic variety of meat options and of high quality.
Zion Market is awesome! They have fresh and nice produce, a very clean restroom, and so many more! Their produce is very clean and their products are put in nice order and makes it very easy to shop. The workers are very nice and helps you to find what you need~ If you need a clean and awesome market to go to, come to Zion Market! You will live it here.
Great Korean Store almost always the lowest on Veggies
I wandered in here while I was waiting for Microcenter to open. They have a great selection, and they have great prices as well. The produce selection was impressive. My wife had actually asked me to find some brown rice syrup, and I got two errands done in one parking lot that morning.
Everything fresh...nice and clean
The place is neat and clean. In addition, it is new so it doesnt have that distinct odor from an Asian market. On the other hand, the shop is quite small and they dont carry a big variety of products. They the best prices for produce and meat with comparable qualities to those of other markets. Definitely worth a visit.
This place is not as big as other Asian supermarkets in the area, but that is actually something I like about. It is not tiring to walk around the aisles.Yet if you are in need of fresh vegetables and fruits that Asian countries uses often, you can find them at a very reasonable price here. Also they have meat cuts that are more common in Asian cusine. They carry some household goods, for example cookware, dishes, and kitchen gadgets, that are typical for Asian household. There is a bakery inside of the market called Tree Story Bakery & Cafe. I love to get some pastry there on the way out.
Too piled up in front of the stores cash register, so its cramped and distracted. There are many things that are expensive compared to other Korean Mart.
Discovered the Zion market while going to micro center next door. Not sure how long its been here. But will definitely come back for more regular grocery shopping in the future. Neat little Korean market, reasonable price, fresh produce and meat. Lots of snacks choices as well!
Nice place
Very clean. Well stocked and easy to find what i want
Lots of types of delicious foods, friendly staff, fast lines, even when relatively crowded.
Fresh vegetables and fruits. Their Korean sweet potatoes are so good.
A Korean grocery market conveniently located with good parking space. Products seem quite fresh.
The marinated pork shoulder butts are essential to life.
I love to shop at this market. Always they have a good deal. But the bargain products were still pricey if you spend over $50.00 and can have choice of sale items.
Good for Korean
It is easy to go and grab what you need and leave. Items in store is fresh. Cash register line is short and fast!
This is the best and cheapest Korean Store we go to..love this store
I emailed to the headquarter to report a merchandise that was sold one month after the expiration date. They finally replied me back a week later and simply told me that someone would contact me after investigating deeper which has still never been appropriately resolved. (there is no SORRY) The Duluth store clerk also didnt take this matter seriously and casually refunded my money back. Thank goodness! I caught that expiration date one day the day before my recycling bin was taken away. I had to dig my recycling bin to retrieve the receipt. I dont think they wouldnt even care if I had not had the receipt to prove my story. There is NO customer service section at their store, and the workers seem so unhappy and miserable. I wonder why. I should have captured the expiration date of the soy bean paste container with sales receipt to post here. I will NEVER step in to that store again and will advocate everyone I know not to go there.
The newest addition of Korean grocery store in Duluth. Clean and neat. While grocery, meat and seafood sections are superb, the other sections are much smaller than other stores such as H-mart or Mega Mart.
Fresh Foods.
This is an Asian market that provides very r reasonably priced food. The store provides a wide array of food that you cant normally find in name brand supermarkets. The food is just as worthy as food found in name brand supermarkets. Its about an hour away from me but I will be going back to get my groceries despite not being Asian.
Easy to find this location. It’s a new establishment so everything is clean and smell good. They also have a variety of Korean treats. Check them out!
Definitely one of my favorite markets, we always pick up lots of goodies. Lunch dinner and pantry supplies. Bring your cooler and ice packs its worth the drive.
Absolutely terrible customer service!I used to like the place when it initially opened. They had fresh meats at good prices. Now half of fruits I buy there are rotten. We still went there occasionally as another option to HMart.Yesterday, my family went to shop at the store while I was waiting in the car. My wife and kids came out upset because of very rude fruit dept worker. I went in to demand an apology. The store manager and the same work were screaming and yelling using profanity. They need to understand the importance of customer service before doing business. I will not enter this store unless there is a management change!
My wife just discovered this Korean store after hearing about it for months from her friends. I could tell she was impressed by it and I am sure she will return in the future. She commented to me that the people who work there are very courteous and helpful.
This was a Korean grocery store the food is always fresh and good and its not very expensive
They needed to hire a good customer service manager. I found something in a seaweed roll. The manager insisted it was a tuna skin, if you want I would refund it After that, havent been there since last November. He thought I would believe those funny insisting thing. I sent e-mail to them no one replied me.
Even though it can be hard to navigate because there are almost no english speakers in there, its still very organized with good prices and great things to buy. I definately recommend getting your sadhimi grade fish here. One time my family and I got a whole block of salmon for somewhere between 7 and 9 dollars. I dont think it was much over a pound. But still thats a ridiculously low price. The tuna was really good too. Overall I love this place for its organization, cleanliness, and good prices.
Good products
Clean place to find great deals on korean groceries. They usually have tasting booths set up so try some new food. It is great. Usually has good service from their workers
I really like it the prices are good and they have lots of Korean selections...the produce is priced really well but a lot of the time a lot of its kind of old I wish theyd put in fresher produce. The fish is fresh though and the prepared counter in the back has a huge variety of selections for lunch and dinner made all day by ladies in the kitchen. Its my favorite Korean grocery store in Atlanta. If the produce would be a little more reliable it would be perfect.
I really enjoy getting fresh seafood and steaks from Zion Market.
A fairly new and clean store for Chinese and Korean groceries. Way cheaper than h mart and food is fresh. There is a lot of good rice to buy here, dumplings, yogurt drinks, fruits, vegetables, etc.
