My experience with ALM Gwinnett was quite good overall. The vehicle, when delivered, was exquisitely prepared and exquisitely clean. My salesperson, Louis, was most helpful and accommodating. He was and continues to be knowledgeable and responsive. My only negative comment is that the dealership was less than fully prepared for an all cash transaction, creating a small delay in documentation.

Very poor customer service. They barely cleaned my car left me with barely any gas and did not even give an oil change. Completely forgot to even give me my temporary tag so I had to drive back and forth. To add on they crashed my sisters truck before she could even sign the papers on it! The cars are amazing but not worth the experience.

Purchasing my Used vehicle was a pleasant experience, however, after the purchase all bets are off with reference to customer service. the finance officer guaranteed me 10 free oil changes, Ive called 5 days in a row and have been given 5 different conflicting stories as to how to schedule one. Ive asked to speak to the salesman who sold me the vehicle, the office manager, the service manager and the non-existent customer service manage. There is no voicemail capability for any of the 4 managers. Ive asked to have anyone in a management capacity to include me the salesman that received the commission to call me back and that has not happened.. Ive left messages with the finance officer who guaranteed me the additional oil changes as a result of the poor customer service to call me back and that has not happened. I paid off the vehicle in June of 2021 and still have not received the title as of September.. This is the worst customer survive imaginable.

2nd purchase from ALM and each has been excellent. Loius is a true professional. We identified a vehicle @ the Kennesaw Location, and Louis arranged a teip to test drive it, and 2 hours later, we were taking it home. Great Company!

About 7 weeks ago, I bought the perfect car for me from Josh in sales. Josh is pretty great, so it’s sad that he’s elsewhere now.Aside from the fact that the tires were so worn that the car would hydroplane from a puddle and the Map GPS SD card is misplaced, I’m very happy with my purchase of the vehicle. Oh, abs instead of just finding the screws that fit the front bumper, they drilled holes into the front bumper so they could screw in that pretty little ALM plate. Thought that was interesting.Customer service is extremely hit or miss. I’ve been trying to get an answer concerning the whereabouts of my SD card and my license plate for weeks to no avail. I’m pretty sure the service manager, Isaac, is a myth. No answering the phone no matter what day or time you call, and definitely no returned calls to multiple messages. All of the managers are unavailable all the time as well, unless of course you’re standing in their face because they won’t answer the phones even after being transferred multiple times. One of the guys that answers the phone even had the audacity to catch an attitude with me as if he paid thousands of dollars and didn’t get everything he paid for. Then he paid me dust and fed me some BS about them ordering SD cards in bulk, but the SD card for my Infiniti is specific to the VIN. Why would they bulk order SD cards for a single vehicle no longer in their possession? Find out on the next episode of Dragonball Z. Didn’t bother to get his name because this really isn’t about tearing him down. Just painting the picture clearly.Bottom line: cross your fingers that you catch everybody on a good day in a great mood to be helpful, and check your car relentlessly before you purchase. Make sure you have EVERYTHING you should have before you leave the lot. You’re buying the car as-is after all.

I bought a car from ALM a month or two ago on the terms they would fix my damaged paint. After dropping the car off on 5 separate occasions and leaving it 2-3 days each time they finally painted it the last time. Unfortunately the paint looks terrible they left my whole car with a stucco like texture, multiple paint bubbles that are an inch in circumference that ooze paint when you push on them and multiple cracks all along the foot rail. There are multiple places the missed like a 1ftx6in spot which is bare metal on the bumper along with the whole lower part of the foot rail. It’s apparent they just tried to cover everything with a single coat of spray paint. I work with paint in my job so I can see the lack of effort in application also they did not prep causing the whole car to be covered in “fish eye”. I received the car and was told they would fix but I now get hung up on every time I call unless I use an other number although once I say my name I get put on hold and eventually hung up on. Living an hour half away I can swing by a ask. It’s unfortunate I’ve spent over a thousand dollar on rental cars thinking they were painting my car each of the 5 times I dropped it off. I’m now stuck with a 38k car with destroyed paint job thanks to ALM. I am now creating a law suit against them, it’s unfortunate it came to this but they were given every opportunity to fix what they agreed to fix in their contract. From the people I have talked to this is common from this company, me and many others do not recommend this business.

Diana Shasta is an unprofessional salesperson who cut me off after the purchase of my vehicle. It’s been 2 months and I have not received my plate. I’ve been calling almost everyday trying to get an update but I am basically just passed around and hung up on. Diana never bothered to answer her phone until I had to waste my time and go in person to finally talk to the manager. He didn’t even have a clue where the title work was and there was no proper communication within ALM. I am the CUSTOMER and I was doing all the work trying to get an update on the information. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional.

The Gwinnett location is the worst. I bought a car back in May and still dont have a tag! Its mid August. I have called them over 20 times left messages and the corporate office and not one single phone call has been returned. County tag office will not do a 3rd extension. Something shady is going on with the title and they have likely sold us a bad car. Sales Manager and Sales Associates are not reliable. Funny how we when we purchase the car there were 5 managers available but now that I have nothing to drive I cant get not one Manager to help do they job!! Dont go to this location.Update 1 month later: went back to dealership. Manager said he had gotten all my messages but ASSUMED corporate followed up. Then when he called them they still had no tag. Issued a 3rd temp tag which as of today is now expired again and guess what!!! Still no tag and not one call from anyone...small claims court here we come. I want my down payment back, maintenance fees, new tires back!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, my other half and myself needed a newer used vehicle and we went here only because they were opened on Sundays as it was the only day we could shop for a car together, our salesman was less than Enthusiastic about helping us which he didnt have to do much because we had already checked the lot out and found the car she wanted, they couldnt find the key for it, which was a single key with NO remote as stated in the ad, so needless to say we had to wait 3 days to pick the car up so they could check it out, on Wednesday we get there and the car had been half a--ed cleaned I was less than happy, they said they had detailed the car but when I looked in the console there was a rental agreement in there and the car didnt look like it was cleaned well at all, they reported to Carfax they had preformed a service, the oil was black the air filter was plugged up three tires were low on air and one was over inflated, three valve stem caps were missing, the can of tire sealant was empty cause this car does not have a spare, the biggest problem I found was a knocking noise when steering, good thing Im a (30 year ase certified auto mechanic) the steering shaft at the top of the rack and pinion was loose !! To add insult to injury while looking over the paper work I found in smaller print a charge for $599 a customer service pack lol you never serviced it the first time, title AND tag fee $44.00 then a title processing fee $99.00 shouldnt that be included in the first fee ? So I can tell you with 100 % Certainty we will never go back for another car nor will we send anybody here for a vehicle of any kind, I hope the $700 dollars you got from us was worth losing customers and I have got a big mouth by the way and will tell complete strangers to steer clear of this place . The pics are of the day we picked the car up, if thats what they call detailed and serviced I would have to disagree fully !

They allowed for my temporary license number to expire without getting me a permanent one and wanted me to go to the DMV to request for an extension instead of them taking that responsibility. Left several message with corporate to call me back and they never did. After they did the sale they could care less about making sure I get my license number on time.
