I love Auto Value. But the Miller Hill Mall store in Duluth is horrible. I have an account with Auto Value in Grand Forks ND and those guys are so good to me. I came to Duluth to visit family for a while and my power steering went out. I called my store back in ND and they set it up for me to go pick up the parts at the Miller Hill location. When I got there they were rude. After I left I went and started working on my truck. About half way thru my project I realized I needed a few more parts. I called the store and said I was just in there and bought a bunch of stuff and that I have an account with them out if state and if they could deliver me a few extra things. The guy said No...we only deliver to our customers who have accounts with us. Its pretty sad when you drop a few hundred in parts. Sucks that one bad experience ruins it for everything else. Sad to say l will be closing my account.

Awful customer service. Good luck trying to get help here. And prices are ridiculous. There are like 5 auto part stores near here. Dont go to this one.
