Arrived at 1:30 for an appointment with Gianni Marini. At 2:25 I have to ask employees of my car’s status and I’m told he is out to lunch and that I will continue having to wait. Car was returned almost 2 hours after a scheduled 20 minute appointment. Not what I expected from a Mercedes Benz Dealership nor something I could recommend to anyone in any capacity. Highly dissatisfied.
