Outstanding customer service, very patient and completely professional. I enjoyed my vehicle buying experience with my sales person Max. He was down to earth snd easy to work with. Just an overall awesome guy. If you’re looking for a vehicle go see him. He’s not pushy or over barring let’s you make the decision that is best for you and your family.
I went to test drive a car. The people at Dodge dealership are very helpful and nice to there customers.
Great place, we always get our oil changed, great service 👍
Bobby and chris are amazing to work with. We ordered two new vehicles and one just showed up and they made the whole transaction so very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend duluth dodge and bobby/chris.
First time customer with service because we moved here last year. I really enjoyed the people, when there in person, and had a feeling of confidence about leaving my Aspen with them. It was a full month from dx to their soonest appointment to perform the repairs. It was done Monday (this is Saturday) but we decided to go ahead with AC diagnostics and the resultant $100 kit to fix. I not only still don’t have my vehicle back, but have been unable to get a single live person in service on the phone. We were transferred multiple times to someone’s voicemail, for 3+ hours yesterday. No callback. Finally insisted they connect me with a person, saleswoman transferred me to the sales manager. Voicemail. No callback. This morning, called 2 minutes after the service department’s opening time per their own website. Service is not open on the weekends. In what world is it ok to sit on someone’s transportation for a full week without even a courtesy call? I am so disgusted I don’t want to have to look at them, whenever I might be able to get my beloved Aspen back.
This review is based on the service department. I will be extremely honest, up until today I had not had a good service experience since John B. Left . I was not treated very well in regards to my vehicle and they did not like me much, as I told them exactly how I felt . However I am writing this review on today’s experience and I had the BEST experience I have ever had there, Katie was courteous and pleasant and understanding and did everything she could to meet my needs and get my vehicle fixed in a timely manor which I so appreciate. Drew the service associate was also pleasant and courteous and explained everything well and answered all my questions without hesitation. So for these 2 people I give it 5 stars ! It is how customer service should be !
Great Dealership everyone is so friendly and helpful!!
Service communication issues. sales are great, but is a long term package.
I wandered through looking at cars for 15 minutes, and no one asked to help me. They did come to help the couple that was looking though. I had a dodge journey with no start issues and electrical problems, and was informed by a Dodge certified garage to not bring it back after 3 years of appts replacing parts because they cant fix it. Had to take a loss and trade it in.
Stopped for an oil change .. no appointment.. opps .. but they got me in..thank you
The best car buying experience that I have ever had. The sales staff were friendly and relatable rather than the usual flashy sociopaths you run into at other dealerships. They banged out this sale in 30 minutes flat, we got a great trade in offer and the price on the jeep we wanted was far less than other dealerships. I highly recommend giving these people your business.
Great experience and great customer service. Kristin did a great job and with extremely cold temps willing to show us any vehicle.
Very friendly. Answered all my questions. Parts department great. Im sure service is great🙄also. Got my new Ram 2500. Sales department fantastic.
With no way to review the service center directly I’ll have to leave this one star on the dealership itself. My mother purchased a package of simple oil change services with her new bought vehicle, and despite making appointments for each service has been repeatedly told that she will have to wait while multiple (5+) other vehicles are serviced before hers.Absolute BS, we could change the oil ourselves in 10 minutes but she got conned into buying this service.
Service closed on weekends....fair enough. But you cant even make an appointment on Saturday for the next week !!! Customer service not the friendliest or overly helpful. Not rude, just does enough nothing more
Dog friendly very nice people definitely would buy another vehicle from them
It was such a pleasant surprise to have a woman sales person:) she greeted us right away and very knowledgeable and helpful. Kristin was very friendly and easy to work with along with a great experience!!
Dan Renfroe at Duluth Dodge was amazing to work with. Patient, knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. I dread buying a vehicle as it takes up so much of your time and is a stressful, exhausting process. Duluth Dodge made it tolerable; even enjoyable! Thanks Dan and Duluth Dodge! I am LOVING my new vehicle!
Went with my daughter an her husband Bret Herrick to deliver a car they worked on seen my grandson working in the pits
Kristin helps you buy a car! Fun, quick and easy
Great folks here! Ask for Kristen, and tell her Kevin sent ya!
Great service Dept and sales department. Very friendly and will recommend to all my friends and family!
Great service department, and friendly sales! I recommend this place for all your automotive needs :)
Excellent experience buying my new vehicle! All customer service is great, and fast reliable repair service as well. The service center was good, as they got us in to fix a tire when nobody else could.
Very high prices. they told me one price first and then they charged more ($775) just for oil and fuel filters change when I asked why ....he told me Im sorry but those are our prices
I had a wonderful experience at Duluth Dodge. I was able find the perfect truck, a dream I have had for some time. Specifically, working with Dan Ploehn, he was patient and able to walk me through the process as well as provided me some wonderful perks upon buying my truck. Special thanks to Dan, I am so happy I chose Duluth Dodge!
The service and sales department are both extraordinary! They really care about everyone who walks through the door!
Have had good luck here in the past. Purchased a vehicle here. Went for an oil change today and was told I need an appointment and that the information was posted on the website. Service person seemed overwhelmed and defensive. The website under the express lane section on iPhone literally states “no appointment needed”. Please change and inform your staff not to argue with the customer. Not sure I’ll come back. Good business lost.
My husband recently purchased a vehicle from Dan Ploehn and received excellent service. He worked within our time frame as we had a two hour drive one way and provided additional information and pictures very quickly when my husband was in the inquiry stage but was never pushy. The purchase was smooth and easy, we highly recommend Dan.

This place is a scam. Its as crooked as it gets. From the top to bottom these guys will do whatever it takes to make a buck. Buyer beware, DO NOT BUY from here!! Every other review of this business is another customer getting scammed. How theyre still able to keep the doors open is beyond me! If your looking to buy a vehicle DO NOT BUY from here!!
Personally havent been, but I hear that would be the place to go. For specific chrysler dodge jeep ram vehicles.
I bought a new 2019 RAM. My Sales Consultants were Mike Barrett and Steven Casper. They treated me great! I got the vehicle I wanted at a great price with the added features I wanted. They worked hard to ensure I received slew of discounts. I also received a very fair price on my trade in. I left feeling and continue to feel we reached an awesome deal.
Hade a great car buying experience.
See Carp for your car buying needs. Craig, the finance guy is no bull and tells it like it is. Professional and no pressure. Great selection too. Worth a stop in!
Ive only dealt with the service department but if they operate their sales like they operate their service area, youre in great hands. I was in town on vacation and my car broke down. Got it towed there and they got it in right away and fixed it. Top notch service. They even gave me a few ideas on places to check out in the area!!
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, helped a friend get into a used car fairly quickly, Ill be shopping there in the future
Purchased a used vehicle and had an excellent experience! Lashawn took the time to sit down with us and listened to what we were looking for. We did not feel pressured or rushed through the entire experience. Dan also did an excellent job working through the financial side of the experience. Overall, a down to earth low pressure atmosphere. We left feeling like we got a great deal, and would certainly be back!
Good service! Nice jeeps!
Super friendly staff, nice clean facility. Worth coming back again!
Have always had great service with Duluth Dodge. No real complaints here....
My fiance has had so many issues with this place its unreal. Their customer service is so poor, and make you think that you are the problem, when really its their fault. Totally understand people make mistakes, but own it and apologize rather then being rude about it. Their communication is poor they say your vehicle will be done and you get a ride when you live 20 miles away only to find out, that it wont be done that day. Ahhhhh a phone call would be nice!? Or you drop off your vehicle to get something done, but instead just give you an oil change. DONT go through them you too will be very disappointed he will now be going over to Superior WI.
Mike Barret was great. Customer service skills were exemplary. Thanks Mike from the Ocepeks.
Staff was very welcoming. Great customer service!
Fantastic place to both purchase a vehicle and to have it serviced. Great group of people who are ready to help!
CAUTION anyone from buying a vehicle here!!! Bad customer service ESPECIALLY the general manager Steve. If your looking at an as is vehicle I’d move right along to the next dealer ship. They will pull a fast one on you, and you will get ripped off. I highly recommend just saving yourself the trip, and stop at Kolar where they actually now how to take care of there customers and EARN repeat business. If you are looking for dodge or Chrysler however Ken Waschke in Virginia MN is the best place for your Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep needs. The dealership I’m sure will attempt to respond with a snarky response. I assure you when I called to tell them my engine was bad among other things such as the heater core less than 90 days of purchasing the vehicle and only 5000 miles on it since purchase date. They offered NOTHING but excuses. Did not even offer to look at the vehicle until I brought it up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and it comes right from the top.
I worked with Thad and had a great experience. I am a disabled vet and was on the verge of seizures throughout the process, and he and the rest of the staff not only accommodated me but were also helpful throughout. I can not recommend this dealership higher.
We had made an appointment a month in advance to take in our jeep grand Cherokee with the Eco diesel to have some work done our complaint was that the engine was making oil we had brought in the jeep in September which we made an appointment for they proceeded to not even check out the jeep and just let it sit for 5 months not even looked at so we picked up the vehicle the other day because fca had told us to drive it for 500 mile and bring it back in we had drove the vehicle for 90 miles and checked the oil it had already gained over 2 quarts of diesel fuel in the oil so we had brought it back in today and the tech told us that it had no diesel in the oil when you could even smell it and also had to jump start the vehicle due to it sitting for 5 months the battery was dead and we even had talked to the general manger and told them that they should replace the battery for it sitting for 5 moths so to get to the point they have the WORST customer service i have ever dealt with!!! NEVER GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET EVEN SETTING FOOT IN THE DOOR!!!
Family member bought car from this dealership. She saved her money months to buy a vehicle. Less than 90 days from the purchase date and 5000 miles the engine is bad. Highly recommend if your looking for a vehicle move right along from this place. They will do anything to make a buck. 2 words to describe this dealership SLY & GREEDY!
The professionalism at this dealership is terrible.I went there today to lease a new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, we had one pre-picked out from the weekend before, and they had absolutely no interest in leasing me a Jeep. I have more than a few issues in regards to this place. They sold the Jeep we picked out and didnt notify us that it was gone, nor did they come up with a different option.I called and told them that this was the Jeep that we wanted before it was sold, and I understand that if someone else gets to it first then its gone, and thats fine; but if someone literally comes to you and says Hey, were coming to buy a vehicle from you on Saturday. and you know that vehicle is gone, dont you think you should try and keep that persons business? The sales person we had didnt care about leasing a Jeep to us. They were more concerned about trying to sell a truck they had sitting on the show floor. I didnt come in asking for a truck. This shows that they didnt care about me or my familys needs. They also pushed us away from leasing in the first place. We notified them when we made the appointment that we wanted to lease. We showed up and we get told Sorry, we didnt even run the numbers for a lease but we did run the numbers for financing. This shows that they didnt listen to me when I made the appointment in the first place. Also the sales person openly complained about leasing the last 4 vehicles they sold. Probably because that means their commission was less and would explain why they were trying to push us towards financing so badly. They continued to talk us out of leasing the vehicle by telling us over and over again about how expensive is was going to be. This is super disrespectful to the customer. Youre basically telling them that they cant afford the vehicle theyre looking at. You never tell the customer they cant afford something during the sales process. You help them find another solution for their needs. But the sales person didnt take the time to find out what we needed in the first place. They spent their time showing us vacation photos, telling us we couldnt afford it, and trying to finance a truck to us that we made no mention of interest towards. Completely wasting my time and yours. The sales person also directly told me I dont want to waste my time running around the lot trying to find you a vehicle. Are you serious? Its literally your job to help us buy a vehicle. It blows my mind that we come into a dealership, literally ready to walk out with a vehicle that day, and you make no effort to sell us anything that we want? When we arrived to the dealership, the sales staff seemed less than enthused that we came in looking to buy a vehicle. Almost as we were inconveniencing them on their Saturday at work.In the end, they didnt sell us the Jeep Grand Cherokee, but thats okay. Do you want to know why? Because we picked up the phone, called one other place and they were more than happy to lease us a brand new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited for $160 a month less than what Duluth Dodge wanted and it was another trim level up from what they priced us on. So we got exactly what we wanted and more, for a lot less.We will never bring our business to this place ever again. Too concerned with making their bonuses and commission. They wont even take the time to try and sell you what you want.TL;DR-Poor professionalism-They dont want your business-Theyre more concerned about making money off of you.-They dont care what you want.-They dont respect your time
Max is an awesome salesman! No pressure, very informative, and knowledgeable! We were treated like family when my daughter bought her car in January.
My Husband and I just purchased a new wrangler here yesterday. Paul Carpenter was the salesperson. I cant praise this dealership enough! Ive had good and bad experiences buying vehicles but this was without a doubt the quickest and easiest purchase I have ever made! Everything was all ready for me upon arrival and I am in love with my 2019 wrangler, plan to have it for many years. Definitely worth a drive from the cities. We cant get over how quick and pleasant that whole experience was! I know where Im going when my lease is finished on my renegade in a few years!
We have purchased 2 Jeeps from here over the years, and havent had any complaints. Oil changes can be done without an appt and the garage workers have always been pretty quick to get them done. Buying a new vehicle takes hours..not sure if thats standard or just our luck. :) They have a shuttle and we did get a courtesy car when they were installing the GPS and applying the rust proofing/scotchguard/ect.
After receiving bad reviews of this place from friends and family I decided to go there anyways and give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they just had a one time bad experience, nope I couldn’t have been more wrong. First I call ahead and say I’m coming up to get a trade appraisal and look at some trucks and I’m greeted with a “no problem we’ll be ready for you” I get up there and I’m in the parking lot for almost an hour before receiving help. I tell my sales person I’m looking to get a trade appraisal done on my car and I’m met with a “yeah, you and everybody else” and a “do you have a vehicle picked out cause otherwise my boss is going to be angry with me” they were fully ready to turn me away if I didn’t have a vehicle picked out to look at. Their vehicles are way overpriced compared to other dealers within 2 hours of Duluth for the same exact vehicles! My sales person was unknowledgeable about specifics of certain $70,000 vehicles and then tried to play it off with the “sales charm” instead of just saying “I’m not sure” I will never give this place my business again and as for anyone else looking for a vehicle, if you’ve heard bad things about them, they’re true. They do not care about the customers - the people that keep them in business. Go spend less money for the same kind of vehicle elsewhere and do yourself the favor and avoid the Down-talking a belittling.
Great sales people, great service. This is the place to buy tires. Just bought 3 at regular price and the 4th for $1. Nice. Great service department, easy service appointment and great work delivered. Service you can trust.
I brought my truck in with the classic broken manifold studs. I received a quote for around $720. I paid $130 for the diagnostic, which I already knew was broken studs. I understand they need to verify it themselves. I then worked with Chrysler to see if they would cover some of the repair as I was barely out of warranty. They agreed to cover some of the cost. The new estimate Duluth Dodge gave them was nearly $1300. When I inquired why the price nearly double the service manager said their quote was only for one side. Why would a customer come in, tell the service department both sides are broken and then only want a quote for one side? After paying for the repair and again telling them my disappointment, they gave the same story, the quote was only for one side. What I find interesting is when I look up all the parts on my quote, the quantity matches the total needed to do both sides. Also the manifold gasket say passenger and driver in the description.I also asked for a quote to change my spark plugs. Quote was right around $500. By my manifold experience I should understand this is probably per cylinder quote then in which case the actual charge for the service would be $4000?Only reason I gave 2 stars is they did fix the issue I brought it in for.
Dan Ploehn is the man to go see if you want to be treated with genuine respect while vehicle shopping. This past weekend my fiancé and I were bored driving thru their parking lot and thanks to Dan we were able to purchase my fiancés dream truck.Going into a dealership can be intimidating but we were welcomed, Dan didnt use any gimmicks and made sure all our needs were accommodated. Buying a truck almost 5 hours away from our home was unexpected but Dan stayed by our side thru out the entire process to make sure we were able to purchase our new baby. Thanks Dan!
I was very impressed. I hate high pressure sales and dread car dealerships because of it. I was very happy Pierce was great at helping me find a car that worked for me and my budget, he was great at showing me options without being pushy. The finance manager Dan was also great to work with. I was very happy with my car and the experience I had.
Went to buy a car told them I would talk to them when I found what I wanted. They wouldn’t leave me alone. Then treated me like I didn’t have money. So I went and paid cash for a vehicle at Northstar ford
I bought a 2015 Honda CRV. Dan Ploehn was my salesman. He was kind, caring and funny too ! He did a great job helping me. I also wanted to thank Steve Yagoda, Craig Kalkbrenner, Randolph Burleigh and Bobby Lancour. They were all very nice to me and made me feel comfortable. They even delivered my vehicle to my home. 😊
Service department is through, communicates transparently, and best of all fixes problems right the first time.
HORRILE. Just bought a 2014 Chrysler 200 from there less then 90 days ago and the engine went out. Highly recommend going else where to get a vehicle.
The new management at Duluth Dodge in Parts and Service, Dave and Bob, are doing a spectacular job. They bent over backwards to take care of a warranty issue, and get parts we needed in order to get on the road for our vacation. They are both knowledgeable and experienced in parts and service, and their customer service attitudes are a refreshing change from the previous team. Thanks Dave and Bob! Sarah G
Very helpful and pleasant people to deal with.
Always helpful
Bought our 17 keep compass from Carp!!! Got the full concierge service from driving it to our house for a test drive to a full walk through of all our options!
They worked to resolve all my needs. Very friendly
It was good but took for ever
The service and everything was great when my sales guy was there helping me and my wife get into a vehicle we got the vehicle. And after my sales guy left Duluth Dodge I been getting phone call after phone call after phone call after phone call to com in an get another vehicle. I’ve even called to complain about the phone calls and to have them stop calling me but nothing has happen for them to stop calling me. This is ridiculous for this to happen.
We have been trying to call the Duluth Dodges service department for nearly 3 hours. Most times we call it rings and rings, no one answers and there it no voice mail to leave a message. My husband left a voice mail around 9a.m. (the one time there was a message option out of multiple attempts to contact them) and no-one has called him back .. it is nearly noon. The most recently I called around 11:40 in the morning and I received a voice mail message that says I have called after business hours and to leave a message and they will return my call when they can.Until today we have not had any issues with Duluth Dodge as a whole but now.. this just is poor business. We will continue to contact, hoping we can get through to someone.
Great people Sales and Service
Great people. Hooked us up with a beautiful Equinox. Fast and affordable. Go see Aaron Bevington today if you are looking for a new car!
One car to two. My recent experience at Duluth Dodge was fantastic. I went in to buy one car and came out with two. I have never been more satisfied with a car purchase. From the salesmen, sales manager, and how simple the financing was - it was a good thing I did not need more cars. The sales management went out of their way to make sure we had the best financial package for our budget. I feel they would not let me overspend and put myself in a bad financial situation. They really had my best interests in mind. Thanks Duluth Dodge for being who you are. If your looking for a car, you owe to yourself to stop in and see how good they really are.
Came in to look at the 2019 Ram and was instantly pounced on by a guy name Paul Carpenter. I told him I was there to just check out the new Ram and he kept trying to push me into looking at the 2018. He kept telling me how much of a better deal I could get. Why would you try and sell someone something they are not interested in? I immediately left, drove 20 minutes up the road and bought my new 2019 Ram Limited from Superior Chrysler.
Our salesman Bob L. was great! We bought a used car for our daughter and it was a no pressure sale! We went back three times before we bought the car. Once we decided to make the purchase, the paperwork was done quickly. We’ll definitely go back.
Tony is an incredible person to work with when buying our new Jeep. He went above and beyond when it was time to have the northland package done. He dropped a car off at the house and took the jeep to get it completed!! Always willing to answer questions and help any way he can! Would recommend buying from Tony at Duluth Dodge to friends and family.
What a great experience! Dealt with Mark Kleimola, who went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact JEEP that I wanted! Matt Berg was extremely helpful as well. They were both friendly and knowledgeable, plus Mark has a great sense of humor! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! 👍🏻
Just purchased a brand new vehicle from here. Had a great experience. Everything from when I first walked in the door, to the financing, to signing papers &driving away.
Logan was super helpful. I didnt end up buying from them. I would have but I was super picky. Anyways ask for Logan he will help you out.
Went to visit this dealership while in Duluth. I dealt with salesman Mark Kleimola who was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy (as some salesmen are). He was very patient while I looked at and test drove numerous cars. I ended up buying the 1st car I tested. Matt Berg was helpful in the finance dept.. I ended up using my own credit union, and Matt was still very cordial even though I didnt go through the dealer financing. I will be back for my next car!!
It was my first time to Duluth Dodge and I can tell you it wont be my last. They have first class sales and service! I was working with Tony Kozlowski. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process in buying my vehicle. From test driving the car to the completion of all the paperwork. He was genuinely concerned that I was happy with my purchase. He made the buying experience very enjoyable! I would recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you very much!!
I worked with Tony when I bought my car, he was absolutely AWESOME!! He was super to work with. He helped set up my uconnect and everything else. I would highly recommend him to anybody!! Duluth Dodge was great to work with. I will buy from them again! Thank you for the great experience!!
Very unresponsive staff! Do not seem to want to make sales or prioritize their customers.
I had the best experience ever ..in buying my ride ... Logan..Dan ..and Steve.. seriously without them it wouldnt have happened.. they really work for you. .. Im very very happy thank all of you so much ...
Employees are all nice and helpful. Excellent dealership, I definitely recommend this company to all my friends and relatives.
Diesel Oil & filter change. Took more time to drive from my location than it took for the service. Very happy with arrive and staff.
Kole was very helpful in showing us what we were interested in seeing. All numbers were disclosed before we signed a bunch of papers. Lots of rebate $ available right now.
I bought a new Jeep Wrangler here last spring. I have had wonderful experiences with the salesmen and manger every time I have gone in. However, the people in the service department are very rude. When I bring my jeep in for an oil change they barely speak to me. When I brought it in for a recall appointment I asked if they would also wash the inside and outside and she said if they have time Ill squeeze that in. When I picked it up she charged me 40$ for the wash, and the inside didnt look any cleaner than before. In short, I love the sales department, but dont want anything to do with their service department.
Love Mopar but service at this place is lacking. They push for the sale take the money and you get that feeling, rather than feel like they want you there and slow to get anything done. Bought my Jeep and had starting issues and have had it towed back there 3 times and had 3 batteries put in it by the service department and told it’s fine now but it ain’t. I’d say after the second battery don’t work it’s probably not the issue and look at cables, grounding, or starter next so a piss poor service center that can’t diagnose a starting issue on a new Jeep takes the cake. I’ll go down to the cities for a Jeep before going here again. Would not recommend.
At first we were a little disappointed because we purchased a used car that we thought was in great condition, but noticed before we drove off the lot that there was some damage to a rear panel. We pointed it out but were told it could probably be touched up at a body shop (out of our pocket) for cheap - maybe $50. After getting a quote from a body shop, it came in over $350 at which point we felt wed been pushed through a quick sales process and now had buyers remorse. After speaking with Tony at Duluth Dodge, he arranged for them to fix the damage without replacing the whole panel as the body shop wanted to do. When I picked up the car, it looked fantastic, at which point Tony said they actually ended up needing to replace the panel after all, but they covered the cost. Tony went out of the way to help us out, called us regularly to follow up and subsequently my buyers remorse disappeared. We love our Jeep now!
I have been a customer for 20 years. Purchased 2 vehicles from them. Their service department is great. They have bundle deals on oil changes ( For all makes.) that make oil changes cheaper than the just oil change places. If you have a FCA car/truck under warranty, getting oil changes here goes on the vehicle record.
Terrible customer service the customer service is also terrible from the manager. They broke my running board on my truck and now I am trying to get it fixed, and it is terrible no phone calls back. I will never try to to business with them again.
Great customer service from Kole Hanson - highly recommended.
Worked super hard to get my husband a vehicle when we really needed it!! Well definitely be back again!!
Awesome experience! Went in to find the exact SUV I wanted and it was not on the lot so Duluth Dodge literally drove to the middle of North Dakota to get one for me the next day. Tough to find that kind of service anymore.
Although we didnt buy a car there. We loved how helpful they all were and would still recommend people to go to them! They just didnt have the van we wanted:)
I made an appointment around three weeks in advance to fix my Jeep, since I go to college in Mankato but I come home to Duluth every two weeks. I get there and the front desk employee told me that they meant to call me to reschedule, but no one did. He said they dont have mechanics on the weekends that can fix my engine, since theyre not certified to do that. No one told me this when I made the appointment three weeks ago. So basically I wasted all this time waiting and then finally going in just for them to tell me that they cant fix it. Huge waste of time, wouldnt recommend going if youre there to fix your car.
Horrible customer service! Dont call with updates on parts or where they are at with fixing our vehicle, also didnt have loaner vehicles and didnt get back to us about the loaner for 4 days. Our vehicle was returned with seats and radio adjusted and grease spots on the visor. We will be going back to Forest Lake or trying Superior. With a brand new truck, we were covered under warrenties and this should have been an easy process instead it wasnt worth the headache and now frustration of cleaning the grease.
Went there to get a new car after mine was totaled. Our salesman Kole Hanson was very helpful. He made sure we were taken care of and answered all of our questions. The showroom was clean and there were several things to do while we waited for paperwork. During our wait the staff asked us several times if we were okay/needed anything. Overall great experience!
