Service guys on the other hand, super poor service, after getting super poor service again & again just traded the car in for other brand. 1st time turned it it for service they took it for a joy ride up to 108 mph & gave it back dirty inside. 2nd time I turned in car for idle issue, they charged me for service which didnt fix the issue & told me car will do that after the fact, Car was bought New & was only 18 months old & always serviced by them. 3rd time they made the idle issue better, but charged me for tire rotation which I didnt mind paying, but later found out when they lifted the car up to do so they bend the back driver side inner fender flap & didnt even tell me. If I buy another Subaru, will mostly drive extra time to another dealership. Service writers are nice, but the service guys are the problem.

We went to look at used Subarus. The folks there were very friendly, no pushy salespeople. Blake was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and generous with his time!

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and assisted. I only went in for a key, I was informed that my Outback had 4 recalls that it needed. Major recalls that I wasnt aware of that were serious safety issues. I was never pressured, only assisted. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. And....you wouldnt believe the lobby, WOW! Even a separate kids lobby for fun! There arent enough words to describe how happy I am with this service!!! I was assisted bt Shaun Feltner and Jay Goodwin. They should be recognized as they both went above and beyond for me.
