Totally saved us today ! Limped in with a flat on the left rear of our F-250 pulling a trailer with equipment and 500 gallons of water. They not only had our sized tire ( a used at that ) which is unusual being its 10 ply heavy duty and a 17 inch tire, they said drop your trailer no problem wherever you find a spot and we will have you out of here in less than an hour. They were not lying ! Professional and courteous ! They will have our business again and again !

Had an appointment at 1:45 was there a little early because I had a flat tire and wanted to make sure I didn’t break down somewhere . They got me in and were efficient and caring. The store manager and staff at the Duluth store were very helpful after my tire had a flat. They were out of the replacement tire needed but the manager went above and beyond to ensure I had means to get home! In a time when most customer service is sketchy at best, the Duluth Discount Tire manager and staff shines with professionalism! Check them out, you wont regret it!!

Today visited the shop for tire alignment and came to know they did not offer in any center . So performed tire balancing with offer to get till life of tire . Made an appointment for tire rotation and balance online, arrived ten minutes ahead of time, they were ready for me to check in, got my car in right away and my car was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. One of the wheel caps was not put back on correctly and was about to fall off when I noticed it two days later. Apart from that one small glitch it was a very positive experience.

Very happy with their services. Had both a Mini Cooper with run flat tires replaced here (perfect), and a 4Runner with Falken Wildpeak all terrain tires (installed by another place but out of balance) rebalanced here and was impressed by speed and more importantly a job well done.

Discount tire offered me great priced wheels. However, they took over a month to arrive. They were great a working with me to find another wheel that I like even more. The service was fast as well.

Always great service. I went to tire plus where I bought my tires from to check on a nail I had in my tire. A guy was on the phone and very rude off of singleton rd. I wouldnt recommend tire plus to my worst enemy. But I had quick and easy service with discount tire. They removed the nail. And was happy to do it.

I really appreciate Discount Tire. They have been my go to since 1999 starting in Indianapolis, TX then to CA and back to GA. The guys working are always friendly, trustworthy, helpful and attractive. They make the best recommendations and dont try to nickel and dime women.I have purchased tires, just stopped in to get a flat repaired at no charge or something as simple as getting checked for tire pressure. The attitude of the employees never changes regardless of which location you go to.

I went to see about getting plugged patch whichever. Had to make appointment but they put air in my tire went back for appointment fixed my tire. 2 days later it was leaking again. They put air for me. 2 days later flat again. He put air and found another nail in it. Going back today to patch plug that nail . They are great though. Very polite nice. Courteous.

Set up an appointment over the phone for 3:30, my car was not serviced until 4:00 pm.. after about an hour and 30 minutes without any updates, I called back up to the location to see if the work had been finished. The work had been completed for 30 minutes! No call no notifications. Came back to pick up my car and it had been running since the time they completed the service until I picked it up. My battery was just about dead.Spoke with the manager and he did not care. I spent good money here and I’ll never return.You guys left my car running for 2 hours!

Great experience. I was a walk in. Had a nail in my tire that another place said due to the location could not be repaired. Must replace. I had my doubts. Went to Discount Tire and Joe, the manager, checked out and had the mechanic repair with a patch. He also changed the TPMS valve steam FOR FREE. Fantastic. The manager and the mechanic were personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

Appointment was at 12 they had to reorder two more tires then had me wait till 4 to install then.. Did not get my tire TPS corrected told me to drive car then come back if its still an issue which means more time away from me.

What I love about Discount Tires is all of the free services they provide with no hassel from plugging tires, adding air, tire rotation and great advice. That is why we buy tires from them and for our business fleet vehicles.Keep up the good work guys!

Called this morning to see if they could fit me in for a lunchtime install and they had me in and out in about 3 minutes. Didnt try to oversell me, showed me the options, I really love discount tire.

My mom needed new tires so I called 4 different places to check different brands and prices, they beat Costco Walmart Pep Boys and Kauffman tire, ended up buying a four set of Bridgestone‘s for less than all the above mentioned we were in and out of there in about an hour service was great they guarantee them and rotate them for life, I highly recommend this place Brad and Alexis Took care of us real good

Bought four new tires and had them installed at a cost of over $600, and they couldnt take the time to clean the huge amount of mounting grease off of my wheels. I had to go home and get my bottle of wheel cleaner and rags and spend 15 minutes trying to scrub all of it off at the car wash. Very disappointing.

The staff was amazing from the phone call to the service inside the store. Everyone was very friendly and kind. I had to get two tires replaced and they had me in and out in no time at all. This place was worth the 30 min drive. Thank you so much to all of the staff!

Great tire shop. I go here for all of my needs, both ridiculous and not. The staff is always very friendly and willing to work through different solutions. I have come to them with a few trucks trying to figure out what size tires I could squeeze on and Nate was always tremendously helpful. I managed to break a wheel and it took a few days for the new wheel to come in. They pulled my truck into the bay each night when they closed. Great service and great staff!

Ive been here for over an hour waiting to get a new tire that popped yesterday, replaced, and Ive noticed that no matter how busy they all are, they are still very polite to every single customer. This makes the wait a lot easier to deal with! Keep up the great job guys!

Old school customer service. When they are busy and other customers are waiting, staff members, regardless of their role, ensures those customers that someone will be right with them. If youre able to schedule an appointment, do it. With appointments, its generally a 45 minute wait, however they finished changing out my tires in 30 minutes. Perhaps because it was an 8:30 appointment, however, at other shops in the past it took over an hour for morning appointments.

Everything is appointment only, just another tire store. My time is money, Id pay to get my tire fixed but you guys dont have the staff to support the need of your customers. you are not the store you once were and I will go right down the road to your competition and pay 40.00 for tire repaire.

Stellar customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable. They patched my tires a few times for free. Later I had to get brand new tires on 2 cars I own and they were very reasonably priced. One of my cars had tire issues. I took it to the dealership several times and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it. Discount Tire found the issue. Im really satisfied with their work.
