I was helped immediately. My mechanic did a free assessment of the car then helped me get everything fixed up. He took the time to explain and show to me what was happening with my car and frequently updated me throughout. In the end, I was given a discount for extended waiting period and I am happy with the results.

I stopped in this morning to get my brakes checked. Trey was VERY helpful and told me exactly what was going on. He also consistently gave me updates while I waited (lot of shops will just leave you sitting there for hours). Not only did they do great work on my car they went over all recommend service via carfax and recommend service from dealership specs. Very good prices . Not only did the take care of my car they made sure i was comfortable by letting me stay in my car and treating me like a long time friend even though we just met. By far the best service I have experienced. Came in for a oil change and was greeted quickly by a guy named Trey who was very respectful and knowledgeable. I have had a issue with a rough idle. Trey explains a service which i think was a fuel injection cleaning which he thought would help me but not to push to hard on the sale. I thought for a minute and decided to go ahead and get the service and oh how glad I Im I got it cause it fixed my issue and every way he said it would. Very honest. Thank you Trey and team

2017 Toyota Camry NEW TRANSMISSION!!!!This place is a dishonest business & they took full advantage of women that know nothing about cars. The last 2x I brought my car to this place for an oil change they kept telling me I need my transmission serviced. Once I was able to do so Trey the mechanic full serviced my transmission exactly 1 week later I was driving to Indiana with my 2 kids while climbing uphill in Nashville, Tennessee my transmission went completely out & my car started rolling backward on the highway I was able to get over in time & safe. When I called Havoline to let them know I spoke to Trey he had no concern that my children & I were stuck on the side of the road (5hrs). The next day I took my car to get a diagnostic & I was told I needed a NEW TRANSMISSION! I called Havoline to let them know & Trey never reported the issue. after a week of poor communication with corporate, they came back & denied all fault & left me to pay for a NEW TRANSMISSION! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!LAWSUIT!!!!!!

Definitely recommend these guys. Came in for an oil change and was impressed when they thoroughly went thru my car. Noticed my belts were in really bad shape and went over some other things that needed to be done. Got me in and out with new belts in a very reasonable amount of time!!

Without a doubt the best oil change experience Ive. All the employees where very knowledgeable when it came to my car, even let me watch them work. (even tho I had no idea what I was watching lol) The best part tho is all the little extra things like checking my tires, lights, filters, fluid leaves. Im personally extremely impressed, and I love the family feel. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their car taken care of, and not get taken advantage of.

Came in for an oil change. I was shown a list of options and the couple of questions I had were answered clearly. The staff were all friendly and professional. I was kept updated on what was happening through the work and when it came up that my engine oil needed flushed they told me without trying to push me to get it done. Really kind, professional crew, Ill definitely be coming back in the future.

I have recently got my oil changed and a battery installed at this Havoline and I was more than impressed with the professional attitude of the young lady they have working there. She was very professional and helpful. I have always been weary off express lubes in the past honestly I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership but I will say that because of the treatment I got at this Havoline made prompt service I will for sure be coming back and saving a lot of money also.

She was kind enough to get on the phone with my husband(who handles all the car decisions) and explain to him the best oil for my recently purchased car. Great service quick fast and good at what they do. I stood to the side to where i could see them and they could not see me. I personally watched them do everything that they were supposed to do (top fluids check tires change oil and filter .....) and more. If you need any services done to your vehicle this is the place to go i can say they are a honest group of people.

They let me stay in my vehicle which is a plus for me with everything thats going on with covid. They went over my whole car and did everything they said they were going to do plus more. My husband is the one that usually takes my car in for service. This time it was me and I am always apprehensive to get my car serviced Bc I know nothing about them. I pulled up and was greeted with such a bubbly, happy person that was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She pulled me into the bay and began quickly but efficiently popping the hood, checking the fluids, air and whatever else yall do! I was impressed. The whole team was talking to each other saying things I didnt understand but you could tell there was some serious team work going on. It was cool to see the guys around her making sure everything was running smoothly. After everything was done she helped me pull my car out and then she checked me out. Trey and Ashley are amazing! They take care of me each time I come to get an oil change and my tires rotated. I recently had my window motor fixed here and Trey went above and beyond to make sure that my window worked, but also that I did not have to end up paying an arm and a leg for parts and labor. Trey definitely took care of me and I trust him.
