I’ve been in the market for a W210 E55 for a while and found the perfect one at Alex Automotive. I’ve got to say that I’m absolutely in love with the car and dealing with Steve made the car buying experience amazing! A good guy and a fellow car enthusiast, I felt so confident in the condition of the car I bought it while on vacation without even looking at it and was not disappointed! Every single one of the cars on the lot was super clean and well maintained. The vehicle I purchased came with full service history since new, and it’s a 2000! The car was meticulously maintained and I look forward to driving it for many years. They really know their stuff here and are selective with the vehicles on their lot. After months of searching online, I finally bought the perfect Porsche 718 Boxster at Alex Automotive in Duluth! Steve was great to work with and held the vehicle for me until I could fly down from Michigan to pick it up. The dealership is a short 45 minute drive from the Atlanta airport and Steve was nice enough to pick me up from my hotel in the morning. When we arrived to the dealership I was impressed by the facility, it is not your standard used car lot. The car was in even better condition than described online and just had new tires and a bunch of regular maintenance work done at the local Porsche dealership. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and on my way back to Michigan! Was great not having to endure a high-pressure sales pitch in the F&I office trying to get you to buy a bunch of warranties. If youre out of state and looking at buying a vehicle at Alex Automotive, you wont be disappointed!

While Alex and team do a great job with Mercedes vehicles, I just found out that they do fantastic work with Infinitis as well. Bought an older model FX35. Montero and team really hooked it up. Now it runs like a charm. Michael, Devin, Renae and Alex always make me feel like Im part of the family, and they treat my car as if it were theirs. Over the moon with this one!

I switched my ML350 BlueTec regular maintaining from the dealership to here based on my friends recommendation back in 2018. The staff is very knowledgeable of my ML350 diesel engines and system. Also, there are very courteous and friendly as well. This is a very well run shop, give them a try and you wont be disappointed!

Dont get your car in here if you want to get it fixed. After evaluation and getting prices I was told they will not be able to fix it as one thing may lead to another and the 328i will end up non fixable really then why do you keep your shop open that too after an initial estimate of 4500 for all repair. They claim all parts are not available (gaskets and valve covers!? really!!) May be the service manager or other associates .. definitely should not be anybodys choice if theres any mechanic nearby!!It is simply.... incompetency !Of the 10 codes mentioned before 7 or so are related to Eccentric shaft sensor 2A31-37 ; relearning the valvetronic sensor positions fixed all the codes. a 5 min check and adjustment by a REAL mechanic get that done!! another one was on tank venting system (2A1A) rectified by replacing the gas tank cap (which was not clicking right while closing) Again a real tech would know just by reading the codes or have any idea of what the code means would check these before shelling additional $2000+ as mentioned .. Pretty funny.I wanted to think this was a mistake by the associate but it seems like its not the case!!

I just flew from Charlotte NC all the way to Atlanta GA just to purchase a 2013 Porsche Boxster from Alex Automotive. Steve Rosenthal was a phenomenal sales person. I had been looking for a long time for an inexpensive spare car. I decided that I wanted a Toyota Sequoia and Alex and Steve had a great car at a great price available. Very pleasant to do business with them and enjoyable transaction. While I bought a car on the low end of the types of cars they normally sell, they treated me as if I had bought a nearly new Mercedes. Highly recommend.

I searched for a Porche 911 4S or Turbo for about 2 months. I dealt with two other cars (dealerships/salesmen) but backed out after finding several false statements regarding the cars they were selling. My initial contacts with Steve were jaded by my past negative experiences but the longer we interacted the more confortable I became and soon realized that what he told me were only truths. As we proceded through the process he was very responsive and accomidating in providing me with any information requested. At one point I was given some misinformation by a Porche mechanic about the Rev report he provied and rather than being indignant he said he didnt agree but I should proceed how I felt most comfortable. After seeking other opinions I found his opinion was correct and the mechanics to be wrong. We found a few small items on the PPI and he agreed to have them fixed. He arranged transportation iniatially but at the last minute the truck cancelled. I then foud a trucking company but did not know how to evaluate them. Steve volunteered to checked into them for me and determine if they were a reputible company based on their reviews, their transport trucks and their insurance carrier and policy coverage. He came in on that Sunday (his only day off when the dealership is closed) to meet the truck and review the paperwork prior to releasing the car. Service AFTER the sale and something I didnt expect but he offered freely. Ive never purchased a car withoug seeing and driving it so was apprehinsive of this process. I would highly recommend Steve and Alex Automotive to anyone seeking a car. I got a beautiful 2008 Turbo and am enjoying it more than I anticipated.

The staff was VERY friendly, courteous and helpful. ESPECIALLY Mike. From beginning to the time I picked up my car he was there to answer all my questions and assist me with the warranty company. He informed me of what was being done to my car prior to performing any services. He gave me prices to let me know what I had to pay out of pocket. When I picked up my car the receptionist was very friendly. When comparing prices with other Mercedes Benz auto mechanics the were very reasonable. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Steve went the extra mile to make sure everything was ready by the time we got there to test drive / buy my Porsche Macan S. He took the time to FaceTime with us and gave us a fully detailed inspection report on the vehicle that included brake pad and tire tread measurements so there were no surprises. The car was even more incredible in person than all the videos and photos. I went up to pick up a 2013 MB SL550 with my friend Gary and I have been to a lot of used car lots and I was pleasantly surprised !!! His sales person Mike was so knowledgeable about all brands and the one thing I really liked he was honest, sometime car sales people get a bad rap but in this case and we came from Bulffton,SC and never really saw the car in person my friend bought it on Mikes word and when we got there we where surprised in a good way!!! and we also met the owner Alex himself very nice and a gentlemen offered us water, coffee and since it was a 4 plus hour drive he gave us a good recommendation on some BBQ. All in all if your thinking about a used car give Mike & Alex a try they sell all brands and you wont be disappointed

I was very impressed with Alex Automotive. I found this place through a FB group page for connections. My mercedes needed the A Service and because I never get through to service at Atlanta Classic Cars, I thought I’d give this place a try. I made the appt and it was easy. Dropped off the car before 10 AM. I was hoping to get a call to let me know when the car would be ready but I had to end up calling them. I will have to say whoever answered the phone wasn’t very pleasant but my car would be ready by 5 PM. I did like the fact that I got a text message with the link of all the services performed on the car. I did not feel like they were just trying to “up sell” me for additional services not needed at this time. I paid the bill online and I received an email confirmation. Picked up my keys and it was easy. I did appreciate that they washed my car, vacuumed, and shined my tires up. Overall, I saved a lot of money for my A Service with them than I would have at the dealership. Everyone was great to work with overall.

I brought my BMW in for a diagnostic check on fluids that may need to be drained and filled. Michael was very informative on what was really needed and performed a diagnostic . Thank goodness nothing needed to be done . But as I left I got a coolant warning so I called him and he said it probably is just a hair low. My husband filled over a quart when we got home plus two lights were out . Maybe they just felt they needed to check the brake, transmission and steering fluids but I guess I thought a full diagnostic was being done. Nevertheless I will be a little more clear when handling these matters .

The oil change was fine, even cleaned the inside as you would expect. I asked them to check my brakes. They said I needed front & rear brakes & rotors, notating the light was on. However, the front light said OK, the back light had just come on 2-3 days prior to my visit, so why would the car need rotors as well, driven less than 60k miles ever. A suggestion yes since often you replace at the same time but not mandatory. First time here, I won’t be returning, being a female doesn’t make me car “ignorant”. 2016 BMW that I rarely drive. The mechanic I’m sure checked the brakes probably stated facts in alignment to the system but the service person made a decision to try to upsell, as a person with a sales background there is a thin line between exaggeration and misrepresentation, lacks professionalism.

From the first contact with CSRs Renee and Mike, Alex Auto., its technicians and reps. were professional, upbeat and thorough. They gave me realistic estimates, and careful texted me to get my explicit approval for each and every needed repair. And here is the best part--they listened to what I wanted, and did not try and sell me unneeded repairs and other services. They knew how to repair the problem without replacing whole expensive units--the usual practice at most M-B shops.They even found a way to come in under the estimated cost of repair--much appreciated! And the car runs great with better gas mileage since then. JVD

I had high hopes for this location and the work that could be accomplished, but was astonished by what I saw at this location. I was headed here to get an estimate completed when I entered and saw the employees and owner of this location beating, hitting, and wailing on a customer as he lay on the floor.Shocked and appalled I immediately left. Never in my entire life have I ever seen such a level of unprofessionalism and brute madness by a small business owner. This was absolutely mayhem and chaos and I highly recommend steering VERY clear away from here.I did check previous Google reviews and am seeing that the customer who was beat on did leave a review with photos as proof and evidence. I honestly cannot make this up, please look through the other reviews.This was absolute craziness and I hope that the business owner and the employees are taken to the fullest level of justice. I also implore everyone here to vote with their wallets and be sure to boycott a location that would be willing to beat on a customer. No matter the circumstance, violence is never an option, especially not for a small business owner.

I came to get a simple oil change because everywhere around me was closed due to covid19.. I drove 20 miles to this place because I read the reviews and thought nothing could go wrong. 150 miles later my engine is oil deprived, and blew a head gasket. If your last option was to get your car replaced here, buy a new car instead... it’ll be cheaper. I called them on multiple occasions, but i would be left on hold and not be reached back out to. I had to take it to my dealership near me and pay out of pocket for the damages done to my car. The person who fixed my car at the dealership even told me whoever handled my car clearly did not know what they were doing. I am so disappointed at everything.

I took my 2008 BMW 238i there for a check ups couple of weeks ago. They gave a list of repair items similar to the ones from the dealer but at least 25% cheaper with some are 45% lower. They definitely know what they are doing and honest. I end up have them to replace my front break discs and routers at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and will go back if I need future services.

They always have friendly customer service and are extremely knowledgeable about these smart cars. Also, they have a very clean atmosphere that is not found at most shops (waiting area, clean bathroom, organized and staff looks professional, friendly and neat).They are also way better priced than any of these dealerships or other shops I have seen in the Atlanta area.

I had an oil leak on my M3 and I suspected the worse. Turns out it was just the oil fill gasket. Alex replaced the gasket and cleaned up the engine bay. Very inexpensive repair (for a BMW M3). I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a 2014 E350 from Brent in December 2016 with very low mileage. The whole sales process was painless and quick. This car was just what I was looking to buy and reasonably priced. Alex and Brent were the best.
