What a nice place. There are a ton of options for so many people. High quality items for anything related to sewing, knitting, art and craft projects. Even as a guy without any skills in the above areas I killed a half hour just looking around before heading to Best Buy..:)

Excellent price on the flannel, but neither this piece nor those I bought last fall were square, so I lost at least 2 per yard which negatively impacted my project.

Lots of great stuff packed in a small space. Never enough employees and recent visit they had internet problems leaving me unable to pay with debit and therefore unable to pay at all.

Prices are way too high for me. Yes they have a lot to choose from but my budget is too small for there prices.

Dont go in if youre in a hurry. Lots of choices; scads of products; wait times are long.

Love everything about the store and staff, just wish they had more cutters cutting material for customers. With just having back surgery recently, the wait became excruciating for me. Otherwise it would of been 5 star

Stopped in to buy fabric to cover our RV dinette cushions. I had the measurement for the 4 cushions. I needed help figuring out how much fabric to buy so I asked a salesperson to help me. Well she proceeded to tell me I needed 20 yards of fabric and I would have to order online because they didnt have that much in stock. I left the store and just for the heck of it I stopped at Hobby Lobby to check there, needless to say I only needed 6 yards of fabric to get the job done. Thank goodnessI checked elsewhere. Very disappointed with the help at Joanns.

I was so halpy they opened here I have been waiting to get one of these stores here for a long time. Most retail stores up here are short staffed so the line does not bother me. The prices are great and they haveva great selection of many things. Also their seasonal decorations are amazing.

Staff was rude and unhelpful.I heard two of the staff commenting snidely on the fact that I had just walked right past an item that I had inquired about.Yet the couldnt assist me with locating it.🙁😔

Of course there is plenty of fabric here, but I wanted to see what other kind of craft supplies they have in stock. They have a lot! They have paints + supplies, drawing supplies, clay, beads/jewelry, scrap booking, etc., and when I compared a few select items at Michaels, Jo-Anns offered a cheaper price. You can also find weekly coupons online. Check it out for yourself.

Joann’s will not be long for this world unless they start to properly staff their stores. I have seen (many times) customers abandoning cut fabric because the check out line is 20 people long. I went to Joann’s in Dukuth last weekend for some tricot lining but NOPE! Not only did they not carry it, they had never heard of it! Yikes.

They have a wonderful selection of fabrics n crafts,, awesome!!!

Everytime Ive been there the fabric cutting area has had a huge line and only one or two associates. Unfortunately, a majority of the time the associates are visiting with each other and are not dealing with the customers. Then when you go up front there is only one cashier and a maze of people waiting to checkout.The manager needs to address this soon. Often times purple just give up and leave their stuff in a pile and walk it of the store. Sadly, I wont go back.

I normally wouldn’t share this but as an inexperienced sewer I was hooping for some guidance at the sewing counter. All I got was a cranky employee getting snippy with me because I didn’t know I was supposed to take a number. Customer service is zero at this store.
