Clients sometimes require miracles and its moments like this when you know that there are real miracle makers walking the earth!!! A last-minute request for an 8 x 8 Step & Repeat on the Friday of a HOLIDAY WEEKEND at 4:30pm....for a SATURDAY EVENT. Some places I couldnt even get on the phone. Other places I couldnt get a reply on email. The places I did manage to speak with couldnt get the job done in time. And then there is BNP! I sent an email just for the heck of it because I had to exhaust all efforts for my client and low and behold I get a reply from KATIE!!! OMG!! She asked for my design and within about 3 email exchanges in less than an hour....I PLACED THE ORDER and will PICK UP IN TIME FOR THE EVENT!! They notified me and found a better image to use. Within a few hours the banner was printed and being prepped for shipment. I had needed a banner for an event. But was not sure what to order. I emailed support. Katie responded to my email, and answered my questions. She even asked me to send her the attachment of the picture I was wanting to get printed. MAN!! She went above and beyond, and was just so responsive as if I was the only customer she was working with. Katie and their production team was just amazing with helping me with making sure our picture was the perfect resolution and did not have any issues. When we finally gave them the right pictures with the correct resolution. Katie walked me through on how to place the order online, and even told me not to upload the picture, just to put in the special instructions, KATIE HAS THE FILE. As soon as I placed that order, she emailed me that they received my order and will be working on it. I ordered it on August 13th. I received it on Monday August 17!! I received all the email notifications of what status my order was until it was shipped. I did not expect to have received it so quickly, that I was so shocked to know it was already shipped the same day I ordered it!! I was even more happy when we received the banner. The quality of both the material and print was amazing!! I would highly recommend BannerNPrint to anyone I know. I will definitely be ordering all my banners from them. I am a customer for life now.
