Bought Ion brand bleach and permanent hair dye. Found a specific hair treatment I was looking for and couldnt find for a long time! Finally, grabbed magnetic gel eyeliner from Adell. Sallys has the best price on it, and always in stock! I always come here for all my hair care needs.

Kinda annoyed went around 7 tried to even get into the burning tree location and all the doors were locked but the store was open so I proceeded to try and call and ask what door I should use to even get to the actual store and no answer!! I tried twice! If you guys cant at least answer the phone an hour BEFORE close when at least one of you should be in front anyways then why are you even employed?????

They always try to help as much as they can. If they dont have something in stock, they do their best to help you get the closest thing to that

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes which is rare. ( I’m very indecisive) An awesome associate named Amy helped me out and she’s a great asset to this store. I’ve never felt more comfortable, and so well taken care of. She went out of her way to help me and even had the things my fiancé called about on the counter ready for me! This store has become my go-to for all my hair and makeup needs. I routinely dye a friends hair unusual colors, and their selection of quality hair dyes is great. Ive also had great luck with their makeup with assistance from the staff. Store associates are always willing to help educate you and help you find what you need.

Love coming here for all my beauty supplies. Whether it be hair care, hair color or polishes. Quality hair care compared to salon products for a third of the price & hair color without spending hundreds at a salon.All the ladies there are very knowledgable & will address any concerns professionally.They always have some great sales such as free items with purchase or having my favorite hair care or color brands on sale.If they offered a credit card Id be in trouble!

Every time I have gone in to Sallys the employees have been VERY helpful and know exactly what products to recommend. As someone who was going through a color transition and had bright orange hair, I appreciated them not judging what I did and just gave great advice.

I needed toner for my recently bleached hair and they were extremely helpful in picking out everything I needed. Id never used toner before and the associates recommendations were perfect!

It WAS TERRIBLE all they want is money I went there to buy hair dye I went there to get it I bought a bunch of hair bleach and Hair Dye I was about to buy it and Then they Constanly are telling u to buy a different Kind A crappy kind And when u finally fall for it the hair dye sucks it comes out In one wash. I have a feeling they choose the crappy kind just so they want u to come back more.When the hair dye I usually bye isnt even from a beauty store.and is great.They Annoy you Constantly to buy stuff u dont need it gets very annoying.I wouldnt suggest going there for hair dye.

Looked on google, said they were open. Came to the store, everything on the door said they were open and open until 7pm. Lights are off and door is locked. Disappointed I drove all the way up there for it to be closed.

Uneducated staff, giving advice they clearly have no business giving people. Wasted almost 200 hundred dollars on products that ultimately just ended up ruining the hair in the end. Go to a salon its not worth it to spend a dime here if youre not a pro and already know exactly how things work. They will NOT help you in the right direction.
