Was looking for a new bead store after the one I used to shop at closed due to COVID. This one is much closer to where I stay and they have a huge selection if beads. Ill defintely will be back😃😊

So many varieties of beads!

Me and my mom keep going to this store for last few years . Today she literally insulted us so much . The owner is always rude . She keeps so many different price tags and expects customers to not even ask for the price and they are so harsh when we try to finalise the beads. Though they have good collections, owner needs to treat all her customers in same way !

I love this beads store. Excellent collection. No doubt in quality. Madhu mam is good in knowledge about the gemstones and beads. Worth visiting the store.

The quality of products are definitely genuie no doubt but the owner is rude. As long as she is sure that you are buying something significant she doesn’t show much interest. When she does answer you can feel the frustration in her voice. I understand she needs to be watchful but you cannot treat everyone as someone who has come to rob you. People spend their hard earned money. So show some respect.

I love the quality and variety of the beads and stones they have. The Aunties that work there are always so sweet to me. I’m going to visit today actually. I’ve made some really beautiful jewelry from materials I’ve purchased here.

Ive been in this store twice and I have sent people here. Those I have sent and both my experiences were great. Beautiful selection of beads, great prices and very friendly staff. I dont understand the negative reviews. Ive been to bead stores all over the United States and this place is worth the visit.

What does the type of beads a certain race purchases has to do with anything? And if you feel the need to follow someone around, then maybe you should just become an online only company.

Just went in there because I work close by and I absolutely loved this store! It is clean and clear. Clearly marked signs. Very helpful assistance. Got what I needed. Dont understand where the negative feedback comes from. Try it and see for yourself.

Beautiful collections, but owner is very rude. He was just behind me to check if anything is stolen. Though i was impressed by their collections, I made my mind not to visit again because of their behaviour.

As I was very impressed by the selection, The service was horrible. The first time I was was told what all of the black people typically buy and how they use them.The owner or manager kept telling me that the black people buy this and the black people by that. Because I had already had my beads in hand I went ahead and purchased them and I spent a good deal of money that day and bought some pretty beads. As I allow people to have their own feelings I return to the store another day to buy charms and maybe purchase a few more beads. This time as I got ready to leave the store I noticed some tumbled stones. And I started to look through them another lady came over and started watching me. Apparently I was taking too long because she started to tap her feet as she watched me. At that point I put my tumbled stones down and exited the store and will never return . I will note that there were other people in the store and they were not being washed as closely.

The products are beautiful and geniune and the service is great.

This store has good collection of beads and also ornaments.

The worst management I have ever seen in USA. They have claimed that the beads are original but they are actually dyed.
