The sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Simone, our sales rep, helped us greatly with our choice. We were a tad indecisive to say the least. We did all the internet searches and this was our final stop. The best of all the rest.

Spoke with Simone, and I was given an informative review of the mattress for my needs. She answered any question i had based on what was in stock, and prove match if I saw one more cost effective. Couldn’t ask for a better mattress buying experience.

I’ve been to other mattresses firms where the salesperson is pushy about getting a base and topper and pillows and not showing the cheapest ones, but the young man in this store was helping me and my parents and within 10 minutes showed me the cheapest one that met my needs and we were able to pay and get outta there in under 20 minutes. He did suggest the topper but after declining once he didn’t ask again which is perfectly fine. Great job, only wish I could remember his name to give him credit

I went with my girlfriend and had a really good experience. The salesperson was nice and informative. Mattress were good quality and comfortable. Even with a foam shortage, we got our mattress on time and the delivery guys were quick and effective. Only complaint was the metal frame we bought from them is very flimsy but we haven’t fallen through it yet.

Simone was amazing! I needed a pretty basic mattress and she didnt try to upsell me or talk me into something else. She took her time with me and let me check out multiple options. I would 100% buy from her again and I have already recommend her to family. The mattress itself (10 Doze) is excellent as well. No off-gassing and comfortable on Night 1.

I walked in ready to buy a 3.5k mattress. The associate did not even acknowledge for 10 minutes I was there. After i approached her asking if there was anyone to assist me, she said I am with 2 other people. I waited 10 more minutes and left. I was not greeted or approached - nothing! No hello, no bye. She clearly saw me as i stood right in front of her. Left to another store that cares about the business or customers.

Although I had to pay a return fee and re-delivery fee, I left feeling like she had my best interest in mind. Even better, she adjusted the price the next day, when the new mattress I bought (after the exchange) was marked down. I am pleased with her customer service. I just hope this new mattress gives me the comfort and relief I need.
