If you like to cook you need to check this out. Prices are not always the best but they have deals occasionally. If looking for higher end food processing items and quality kitchen ware and knives its worth your time to look.

Good quality products, some are overpriced but if you are looking for something on greater quality and more unique than walmart or target, it is a great store.

I couldnt find an item that I was looking for and an employee very graciously offered to order it online for me and even offered me a discount. I believe her name was Rochelle and she was wonderful!

Ordering something online is very easy and helpful. The reason why I am disappointed with the staff is that when I called to tell them I personally would not be able to come pick up my items within the 3 days due to being exposed to Covid 19 from my boyfriend they would not accept me to approve someone else to come get my package to deliver to my doorstep. They simply said “it will be cancelled in 3 days and you’ll have to reorder it when you can come get it”.Not impressed with their customer service—especially in this time of need of compassion and understanding.

I have had 3 separate disappointing experiences here. The customer service is lackluster or entirely absent. The selection is poor and frequently understocked. We bought a broom organizer that had been reboxed without all the hardware components and had to be returned. It was the last in stock and there was no offer of ordering a new one or fixing the problem. I hoped the poor service was just a fluke, but 3 times in a row means there is something wrong systemically. Would not recommend.

Clean and decently stocked, but staff never once talked to us until we stepped up to the checkout.

What a store what a store! The beyond part really speaks volumes when you have actually visited this store. Kitchen appliances, wall decorations, gadgets of all kinds! Definitely a place to stop in and check out. Foot massagers, back massagers they have a variety of products. I like this store because Im a gadget guy I like different kitchen appliances. Stop by and check it out, you will be surprised!

Life is about experiences. I have been in numerous BB&Bs - and the floor plan and items are pretty consistent. But this location will stand apart from the rest due to the outstanding service and hospitality we received from LISA, who happened to be the store manager. She really went above and beyond to help us find an item that was not available in her location. Lisa took the time to assist us with finding an alternative gift for a housewarming party, which we were in route to. At the end of the conversation and journey, Brandi and I not only felt like we had made a new friend, even more it felt like we had reconnected with an old one we hadnt seen in a while! With gift in hand and superb clearance find in the bag, Brandi and I departed two truly pleased customers. Thank you Lisa for your time, knowledge and help!

This store has never failed me. Not only do I always find what I came for, but the staff seem to know exactly where things are when I ask. They walk you right to the product! If not, they will sit you down at a computer and look up what you want, take your money at the store, order, and have it shipped, (shipping on them), right to my door! Hands down- the best one stop store.

They had a Shark Handheld vacuum on display labeled last one with no base, and accessories, and it was listed for full price. The very unhelpful associate said she could give 10% off...Um its not even a functioning vacuum in its current state. I offered to take it, for a more discounted rate, as I just need that part, but was told they will plan to discount it later, and cant offer a lower price at this time. While I understand their policy, Im confused as to why it was even being displayed for sale. Their loss...I bought it on Amazon for cheaper, as I walked out of the store!

Bought $15 bedtop table because mine broke (same product) and when I got it home it was like mildew all over that white top which would not come off. When I call to tell them this and they said cant look up my sale with CC and they had none in stock. I bought in Duluth and live in cities so they told me to find store here. They would not trust me even if I sent photos in of the black speckled top and tiny chip in the wood, to order me one because their supply was out....they sent me on a wild goose chase. Wasnt my fault their product was defective!

Had no idea what to expect and I was blown away. The store is .north of the Miller Mall, and tucked in a parking lot behind Walgreens... via a frontage road. When you first enter you are met with some items in the foyer then go thru the h/a doors to a room well- lit and loaded with everything. Kitchen gadgets...bedding..etc. So many choices of quality products. If you need the facilities they are near the entry door, down a side hall. Friendly staff. Great place to return to.

I bought a teak wood shower brush for $32 was just awesome however had a slight defect and was cracking where there was a knot. I didnt have a receipt and figured I would have all kinds of trouble returning this item however the girl was so kind so professional no-questions-asked shoulder the screenshot of my bank statement and exchanged it immediately I love this place

The young woman that waited on me was very helpful and pleasant. They didnt have the item I wanted in-store, but we checked on line and she placed the order to come to my home with no shipping costs to me.

Purchased a Keurig 2.0 brewing system and it is the the best coffee Ive had at home. its fast and I can make up to four cups at a time with my free pot that came with the coffee maker. I also like that I can make it 4,6,8,10 oz. cups. I like regular coffee but my wife likes flavored so we have many choices for each individual cup.Thanks Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

This review is not about the store, but the customer service. The customer service in the gift registry to be exact.I registered with them for my wedding.I had recieved a package in the mail with glass baking dishes in it as a gift for my bridal shower from a family member. One of the baking dishes was broken. Brought them to the store and the lady was super nice about it and we just grabbed another set, she gave us a return/exchange reciept and we were on our way. No problems.So when received the wrong set of dishes from a wedding guest, we figured it wouldnt be a big deal to exchange them for the right set. They were both 49.99, just different color. Same brand even.Get to the store, we are told it wont be a problem to exchange, get the dishes and go back to the register. They ring it all up and say we owe them $37 and some change.We asked why and apparently the dishes that we were returning were on clearance as $14.99. So we could only get $14.99 credit. We just paid them, took our dishes, and walked out.My husband was absolutely ferious and insisted he would get our money back.He emailed the customer service for the store, and I got a call 2 days later.The store had wronged us, and it should have been a 100% even exchange because at the time of purchase of the dishes we returned to exchange, the person had paid the full $49.00. They were not on clearance yet.I was told we would get instore credit, and they would send it in the mail because we live two hours away.I was also told that the duluth store would call me when another set of dishes came into the store, because, of course we drive 2 hours home, open the new box of dishes and 2 bowls were broken.A week later, still no instore credit, and duluth does not have the dishes in stock.Also! Got a griddle sent in the mail as a wedding gift. I was so excited! I opened it and was hoping to make french toast for dinner. The griddle was broken. And again, a week later, duluth does not have the griddle in stock.I will never do another registery with them. Their poor customer service, and poor district customer service manager service has put a horrible taste in my mouth!
