Very nice store !!! Walked in and was greeted promptly even though everyone was kinda busy it seemed . Then Donna Approached us asking if we need help. I walked in looking for a very specific set which unfortunately they did not have that location so I insisted on just looking around at the store since I was already there. Donna was very kind and asked throughout the store if we needed help or anything. Then we found a set we like and basically walked out with three rooms with Donna’s help. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and what we needed so I really appreciate her for that

This was my first experience with Rooms to Go. I had a wonderful sales person named Sandra Mahes. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. She helped me with the process of financing and explained all the details. Following the sale she worked to get my items delivered sooner and has been available to me via phone ever since. She will be my go to salesperson for future purchases. I purchased a swivel chair and a queen sofa sleeper and love them both!

I have been to several furniture stores I will not say where, but the buyer process is super slow and I when to Rooms ToGo and they were super friendly super fast and they have super prices and a lot of variety. If they have home delivery, the answer is Yes!!!!They take it to your home or you can take it if you have a truck. But they are punctual to the delivery of course you have to pay for the delivery, but the advantage of this is that they install your furniture where your want it and immediately after the delivery is made, you receive a call on Rooms ToGo to find out how they treated you and how the delivery was and if there is something that you did not like, you can report it right there . I liked the service so I recommend it, Thanks to taking the time to read this review.

Love this place. I have brought many things from RTG, guess you can say that my whole house is filled with products from Rooms to Go. Some of the sales people can be off putting but ask for Terry. He gives me excellent customer service, before, during, and most importantly...AFTER the sale! I have used the Acceptance Now program with 90 days same as cash, super easy. Just dont go past the 90 days or you get screwed. 🤣

I have just moved to GA to my new home. Moving from an 800sqft apartment to a almost 3,000sqfr house means NEW FURNITURE!!!!! Christina was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Bobby is hands down the best salesman, he helped out so much. We really loved purchasing the perfect sleeper and the mattresses he showed us was really soft. Bobby is such an incredible salesman! We wouldn’t have been able to find the mattresses we found without Bobby.

Jeff was very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the price on the sectional said one thing but the price with all that you see in the store sectional was $350 more! (The cup holder/storage part). Felt like a little bait and switch on the stores part.

The people within the store are actually really nice and helpful. The problem is after you make a purchase.This process has been so mind numbingly awful I strongly advice spending an extra $200 just to avoid the headache that Rooms To Go will cause you after you make your purchase.I bought two furniture sets. One of them came in last month.The delivery people did not put on shoe coverings. In fact they actively refused to do so when asked to do so stating some sort of company policy that prevents them from putting on shoe coverings. So if you have carpeted floors they will be filled with dirt and grim by the time they leave.The delivery people aside the bed frame we bought had a massive crack alongside one of the railings. The delivery guys never asked if we were okay with this or anything, just messed up my carpet, threw it together and ran off. After noticing the crack we scheduled a replacement which took a month to arrive.Well they delivered the replacement today. The delivery people didnt set it up, didnt take the broken one with them, just left this giant box in our living room and left.What kind of service is this? Why make me wait over 5 months for a broken piece of furniture then not even bother to take the broken piece away? The least they could have done was set up the new piece! But apparently that just makes too much sense.I strongly advise against getting anything from Rooms To Go. Ive purchased from other furniture stores in the past and have never seen this level of unprofessionalism and laziness. Seriously even if some other place has the same item for $100 more, go there instead. You will regret buying from Rooms To Go. Theyll somehow deliver a broken item, just leave a giant box in your house, and then call it a job well done. Save yourself the time and trouble.

Please ask for Sandy Mahes (Sales Associate) when you arrive through the front doors. AND tell her, I sent you (it’s okay if we don’t know each other) 😊 She is the BEST! She took her time with us, knows what she’s talking about, provided suggestions, remembers your name, got to know us a bit and in return shared her experiences, and treats her customers like she would want to be treated- with utmost respect, care, and patience. Sandy is very personable and also very funny- just a gem. You will not be disappointed, trust me. Go visit her; she’s off on Thursdays and Fridays so do not, I repeat, do not go on those days. 😃 Happy furniture shopping!

Whitney was our sales rep and I can not recommend her more. She was so professional but also extremely personable. She had an amazing grasp on the inventory so she was able to lead us right to pieces that she knew we should love. She worked hard to make sure the pieces would fit in our house, even going as far as to look up past purchases so we could see what size we needed. My favorite thing is how she isn’t pushy. She doesn’t hound you to buy things after you said you weren’t interested. She was amazing and made our experience wonderful. 10 out of 10.

Went in this store really defeated on my search for finding a sofa. Then I met Sandy who is just a delight to work with. Customer Service at this location is horrible ( only the manager ) staff is doing fine . I placed a order a sometime back ask for it to be deliver on 08/07 . I called on Aug 5, 2021 the staff member on the phone told me she will call back & never called back . I called again on Aug 6,2021 doing a follow up on my order seeing what time it will be delivered the manager pick up the phone and wasn’t pilot at all he told me “ I don’t know why she didn’t tell you but you deliver will be Aug 25 . Which first is not communicating with the customer at all and had me thinking and going to be delivered that day I requested . Aug 25,2021 comes and so the deliver workers come and didn’t even know how to put the glass table together . Mind you I paid 139.99 for deliver and set up. This is unacceptable I will never order for this place again .

Had a great experience today. My wife and I recently moved to Georgia from Colorado and bought a new house and wanted some new furniture to complement our new modern home. When we arrived we were greeted by Tim who handed us a brochure and gave us the space to start browsing on our own. Eventually we started seeing some items we were interested in, and I got with Tim and he was very helpful and knowledgeable on what was available on many different items for many different rooms. Our goal was to find a one stop shop to furnish our new home and Tim helped us find a bedroom set, living room set, dining set and mattress/box spring and eas patient while we tried new things. Im happy to have found rooms to go and Tim to help guide us through our furniture shopping journey in our new state for our new home. We will continue to shop here to add more to our new home as time goes on. Great place and great people make all the difference.

Very poor customer service !!!!I made a purchase of dinning room sets on May 22, 2021. And on July 6, 2021 was scheduled for delivery but it did not showed up. Me and my wife called to Rooms to go customers service 5 times on 7/6/21 to check the status but they keep tell us that they dont know what happened to our delivery so they will call us after they find out what happened but no one call us back.Next day On July 7, 2021, We called back to them and they said still they dont know what happened to the delivery. and the only thing they can do reschedule the delivery day for July 30, 2021.

We came into Rooms To Ago yesterday on a mission to leave out the store with new mattresses and a sectional. We were greeted by Tim. Tim was very helpful. He helped us find the perfect mattress! Every time we tried one, he would tell us to close our eyes and twist and turn as if they were already ours and that really helped us find the perfect fit for us! Great customer service! Went in 30 mins before closing the night before and the salesman Tim was very helpful and informative. We went back the next day and spoke to Tim again. Still very helpful and answers all our questions. We looked at a couple couches and love seats but with Tims help, we settled on what we wanted. Definitely ask for Tim when you go!
