Publix is my go to grocery! They might be a little more expensive than Kroger but they have the nicest employees who bag and bring your groceries to your car without accepting tips. They always seem to have the best meat and pharmacy than other grocery stores too and things are well organized and easy to find. I think customer service and friendly employees are very important and make your shopping more enjoyable.

My go-to grocery store! Always clean, friendly service and a decent selection. Masks are worn by employees. The meat department is very accomodating- Ill often have them bone out chicken thighs for me or repackage something smaller, since I only cook for two. Their deli is great and their famous chicken subs are a treat. Id like to see more seafood offerings (lobster salad!) but other than that, no complaints!

I have picked up a birthday cake here and the staff were so helpful, friendly and prompt. The cake looked and tasted so good

Publix is a great place to work and shop a great selection of everything you want wish it was one in my area. 1 too 10 public is a TEN 10

I am moving to this area from Chicago. The folks in this store could not be nicer! Every time. Kudos to Publix for an outstanding job hiring, training and keeping everyone excited to help customers.

Deli work Reshisa was very rude not use to this kind of customer service at Publix. She hardly let me speak, body language was extremely aggressive and didn’t even check to see if the item was in stock. Will not be returning

DO NOT GO ON LUNCH IF ON A TIME FRAME! Had to be the slowest service Ive received yet. No sense of urgency at the deli hot bar and subs take 15 minutes each per person.

Regular shopper with my wife in this store. Was in this evening 03/13. With everything going on in the Country the staff was amazing. Friendly and doing what they needed to do to help the customers. Yall have the Best pharmacy in the Country anywhere! Keep up the great work!

This is a great Publix.

I usually come in the mornings with my 2 year old a couple times a week and this publix is great! The staff is friendly especially the customer service managers and the store is always clean. The food is always fresh in the deli, bakery, and meat department and if you have a request they always take care of you.

So clean you could eat off the floor. I would trade a tad of Publixs cleanliness for slightly lower prices. But I do cherry pick their sale items. Their meat is better than average.

We love Publix and eating at El Porton every chance we get! Please Support your Local Restaurants during Covid 19 many of them are barely hanging on!

Had every thing I needed today

Been shopping here since it opened. This store is always neat and clean. I am usually greeted or otherwise acknowledged whenever Im in the store. The deli crew used to not be very respectful of your time or your existence but it seems that the current manager seems to care about this and has trained their staff accordingly. The bathrooms are normally clean and free from horrific odors. Great place to shop all around.

I have twin toddlers and the staff here are always helpful. I dont live on this side of town but, when I pick up my kids and have to shop, I prefer to stop here.

I was there this afternoon and I was surprised by the kindness of the employees specially the manager Abraham, very courteous and knowledgeable about coupons and promotions on the store..some Publix seem like they dont like people to use coupons but this store is coupon friendly and the attention is outstanding. I really recommend this store.

I like this store location they have everything fully stocked and the staff is very sweet and will hold a conversation with you. The deli is the best with Publix the food is tasty and fresh. It a little hidden down hill so you definitely have to look for it but the quality of Publix and food is always the best .

I went to The deli department and had two sandwiches prepared by Diana Ong. She was absolutely great she was patient with me, always smiling and even told me all of the specials. She was very knowledgeable and even increased my special by making it a combo, this saved me $4! Thank you Publix for hiring such an amazing employees. Customer service is great. It is a smaller Publix and sometimes lines can grow quickly but staff jumps right in to open more checkout lanes.

Publix store #585 at Duluth Station Shopping Center has once again gone above and beyond in such a loving way. They collected enough money from their employees to buy my son, Curtis E. Jones,II a memorial marker. Curtis worked there and was tragically killed in an auto accident. The marker will be placed at Chattahoochee Nature Center which was one of his favorite places to visit. Thank you, Barbara Nesevich for managing such a fantastic store. Much love and blessings.

This location Never has a stock of wings on the bar. The area is always dirty and they have a bad attitude when you request fresh wings. I called at 8 pm to place a deli order and was told we dont except orders at this time of night but your open? Higher prices but the service sucks here.The deli hours should be as stated and if you place a order it should be horned.
