Publix is my favorite grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Delicious items in the bakery, deli, with readymade food you can grab and go if in a hurry. Publix carries the widest variety of foods of any chain Ive been in. And dont get me started about a sub from the deli. Pub subs are the absolute best subs of everywhere! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Publix is always my first choice.

This Publix was massive and super organized!!! I havent been to a public in several years so I kind of assumed it would look the same... It definitely didnt! This location was the largest one Ive been to... With row after row of strategically organized goods and very friendly staff members that were enthusiastic about helping you navigate & find exactly what you are looking for.

Went to the deli and the young lady there was sweet and helped me with a great cheese that a buy all the time

I LOVE this publix. The staff is always friendly, and the deals are always amazing. Everything is always so clean and fresh. I love the fact that the employees are always willing to help if needed. I wish I could give them more stars. Keep up the great work!

This store is nice.They have a lot of pre packaged food and not so much fresh.I was surprised to see how small the produce dept. is.They do have a sign at the front door requesting patrons wear masks but I dont have one anymore so hubby and I went in without.No one freaked out but we did get some looks here and there although I was glad to see others also mask free.The staff were very friendly and efficient.Enjoyed shopping there.

You’ll always get good service at Publix but the pharmacy department is horrible! Always rude, like your bothering them! Poor attitudes all around! Time for me to find a new pharmacy

This is what all grocery stores should be like!! As an immigrant northerner Yankee as the Southerners playfully call me, I was persuaded to try many southern foods of which Im very great full. Store lighting, shelf order, cleanliness and staff has made this my go to place when driving in the Ackworth Ga. Area. North of Atlanta. I seriously suggest that you visit this place.

I came to the Publix on Pleasant Hill and I was sold spoiled raw shrimp!!! I have attached a picture of the shrimp so you can tell for yourselves. The lady at the seafood department tried to say it was normal…. I have eaten shrimp my whole life and I have never seen shrimp with white spots.

Large lot. Friendly associates and frequent buy-one-get-one-free deals. Always have cashiers to check you out. Very nice store, well organized and clean. Service so much better than that K store. Very nice meats and produce. Costs a little more, but well worth it for an better shopping experience.

Great service, management greets everyone and help you out while shopping. Best super market I have been in period with the best attitude. I will shop there every time. Everyone spoke to you as you walk by. The shelves were stocked with good products. Meats are awesome, fruits and vegetables great. 😋. Awesome store and service.

Great atmosphere, customers service are a plus. Easy to find what you need. Always get my needs and wants within few minutes of walking in.

They have great service and I love their tuna sandwich and more importantly since Im a senior I love that normally have riding carts available

Very chill place to shop. Always have good quality food anytime I need it. Their sushi and subs are amazing. One of the cashiers, Variah I believe, was very down to earth and kind in assisting me at the register. She had some trouble looking up some flowers I was trying to purchase but Jordan -one of their managers I believe- was quick to assist as well.

I have been shopping at this Publix for years.. In the last 2 weeks Ive had 2 problems which Thomas which nothing was done about. My. My 75 year old mother who was handicapped went through line and asked the checker to please wait until she got her things on the ramp so she could watch the screen since shes been overcharged in the past the young lady took an attitude with her. To day Labor Day I tried to buy a rack of ribs thats on sale theyre frozen I dont have time to power boil them so I asked for a fresh rack they would not honor the pricing this is ridiculous publics honors half eaten chickens that are brought back because theyre not correct. I talked to both the assistant manager and store manager they are both idiots! Do not shop here Spend your money at another location or a different grocery store one star for Publix you should be ashamed of yourselves the way you treated a customer who spends over a $1000 a week with his family in your store shame shame shame!

Whoever the light skin lady is that works in the pharmacy with the short curly hair has a HORRIBLE attitude. Like why are you working at Publix if your customer service is so trash. Definitely will never be picking up medicine from here again. She was so ugly acting

Publix is ok. Not the most affordable grocery store, but definitely one of the supermarkets you can always expect to have extra fresh everything! The cashiers are pretty friendly. You can catch a good deal on seafood here often. The ppl back there are very nice & patient. Its a diverse area, so it proves a comfortable shopping experience. The bakery is yummy yummy. The bakers are well skilled. They done my wedding cake it was beautiful & delicious..

This publix location like all publix stores are very clean and neatly organized (unlike the ghetto krogers in the area) . The staff here is also very friendly (unlike at hmart where they are only friendly to korean customers). Bakery items are always fresh and people seem to take pride in their work. A pleasant shopping experience overall

I come here from time to time for lunch. Thus far, I have been satisfied with the quality of food I received but today was different. I ordered a chicken tender sub online. This was my first time having the sandwich but I’ve always enjoy the tenders alone. The sandwich was hot but the chicken tenders were hard and chewy. The tomatoes were soft and mushy. I’m not going to stop shopping here because of this bad experience but I just wanted the deli associates to be aware of such things.

I went for money orders and a few items. Well stocked, cleanliness was pretty well, or more..the young black guy behind the counter, with money orders, was very helpful, polite and eager to make my visit perfect! Thanks publix for hiring the best!.

The prepared food is awful and the staff is slow. I’ve given multiple chances but it’s gotten worse. Yesterday I bought some chicken wings and they were bland and soggy. Bought them back for a refund. I decided to get a sandwich…………guess what? The bread, if you can call it that. Was ROCK hard and was burned in the middle. The peppers tasted spoiled. I live two minutes from this store but I will not come back.

Review is on the Deli department, Ki had the ugliest attitude I have ever experienced at a Publix. It was like she was mad making the sandwiches we ordered, was even slamming down the knives after using them. She was saying how she “needed a damn break”. Which I get people are tired but there was no need for all the attitude and rudeness

Deli online orders are pointless. you spend more time waiting in the store AFTER the pick-up time than it would take just to walk in and wait in line. my pick-up time just for a sub was 20 min from order time, over an hour later while waiting in the store the lady said she was about to make the sub but there was no chicken ready so I would have to wait even longer.

Love the soups and subs .you have to try these out look out firehouse..😬

Im truly disapointed. I ordered a sandwich on line and the only thing that was done right was they gave new the right type of bread but It was hard. I asked for chicken and got beef. None of the veggies I requeste, no salt no pepper no oregano were added. No oil and vinegar . No what I ordered.

I count on the quality of seasonal produce here. Out of all the big supermarket chains, our family trusts this Publix the most. :)

We Love publics sweet tea.. We probably buy a gallon every day. We would probably shop for items there if they were not so expensive.. But we do shop there sometimes. The customer service is always on point, but again the prces are just too much on certain things.

This Publix location has maintained a high level of customer service throughout the years. Its always clean, organized and easy to navigate. This is a good place to shop.

Publix always clean, fresh produce, hard workers always at the kitchen and bakery, nice and friendly ladies serving behind the countertop. Some prices just little more than Kroger, distribution, design and setting up at the store better than Kroger. I wish they can have more items like Kroger at least fruits and vegetables.

I love publix I frequent the deli because who is beating a publix sub? (Not subway thats for sure! ) my favorite sub maker is Quinton ! He makes it perfect each time and he is hilarious.I love this location because nearly every single person is willing to help in a more than adequate manner.And the cashiers are super nice.One thing about this location, yoouuuu will get at LEAST 3 people asking if you need help taking your groceries to the car ( I love it)I truly dislike the fact that I cant tip them.I tried SEVERAL SEVERAL times and absolutely every single time they refuse and will not accept .The meat department will make it happen. End of sentence. Lol.The store is ALWAYS in top fashion... management isnt hiding in the shadows they are on the floor and engaging / checking in with shoppers and employeesThe produce section ....... *sigh* never a veggie out of place. I love Publix supermarket but their MoJo. Chicken is too over cooked. I had to throw away their Rotisseries chicken twice in 2 weeks.

Always fresh and good quality items at this Publix. Staff is super friendly and the General Manager is awesome and helpful.

I like this Publix. It is in a good part of town. Its usually clean when I go in there. The shopping center itself is nice and not littered. I love the pies from the deli. The key lime pie from Publix is to die for, it is a must try.

This is the second time I have to Deli for hot food an they give m old hard chicken. When there is only 2 to 3 peices left an nobody buy them dont sell that old hard chicken. This is Publix. Will not go again.

Ive always been a big fan of Publix... Recently, their politics and antics left me askew but thats not why I write my review today.Ive still shopped there regularly, love their customer service, BOGOs and subs!Until this past week when I went to drop off a prescription for a Zpack(antibiotics). My tooth abcessed, the infection spread quickly and my entire face was swollen before recognition. Needless to say, I was not feeling well.I stood in the drop off line for 3-4 mins before a gentleman walked up before me in the line. The pharmacist spoke another language to the man but I can only assume she said come next because he quickly walked around me and proceeded to her where they conversed for several minutes before I sat down because again Im not feeling well.Apparently, this irritated her in some way as she begrudgingly walked to the back for a minute before motioning me to come towards her.I handed her my prescription and attempted to ask what I assumed where standard pharmacy questions. How long? How.... Well I didnt get my 2nd question out before being interrupted and a hold up hand being raised.People have bad days and its not the end if the world. She muttered something to the effect of hour.I decided to give her a few hours before returning. My face was steadily swelling but surely she would be a tad more cordial this time around.WRONG!!I have never in my life been to such a sorry excuse for a medical professional! Generally, before youre even handed the prescription, they ask questions such as have you taken this before? Do you need a consultant? Any questions? Then give you general instructions liketake with food.Well not this lady! She took payment! Handed me tge prescription and was walking away when I said... Do you know how.... Yep, thats all I got out before being told there is a leaflet in the bag.I am well aware there is a leaflet in the bag but my eyes were very swollen, I was extremely weak and hadnt realized I was dealing with the only pharmacist Uve encountered that wasnt more than willing to HELP with prescription information. Ive been to a pharmacy that required consultant for 1st time prescription.Disappointed is an understatement. Do better Publix!Ive included a few photos of my face. Is it possible she was frightened? Either way, never again.

I dont know what to think about this location. Usually I have no issues with Publix and I been to enough. But today felt different, the people in the deli department were rude and not very accommodating. Only came for a sub and the clerk immediately said they were out of what I wanted then walked away from me as if annoyed and told the other lady to a wait on me. Not cool..

The Pharmacy staff needs some training in dealing with people. Youve had a hard year? So have all of us. Take your anger issues out on someone else. I really cant shop here anymore after being treated like that. Fortunately, I have better control of my attitude than the staff there.

This Deli Department is the WORST in ATLANTA. You will always wait a long time to be helped. They all work at a snails pace. You only see a member of management if you look up at their pictures posted on poster.Great Place to waste alot of your time.

I purchased a sub from this Publix location last night and the service was impeccable. I was given options that Id never been offered before for my sub by the deli associate helping me. I wish I caught her name. I was a bit weary about ordering a sub due to COVID concerns but I was happy to see her take precautions by changing her gloves just for my order! Wow! I am still impressed. I know that this Publix must hold themselves to a higher standard because I just purchased the same sub from a different location the day before yesterday. While my experience there was not bad, the difference could be felt here! Thank you and please keep up the great job!
