He was constantly in touch with me, answered ALL my questions when I had them, explained pricing and options very clearly, and helped me get my vehicle even though it took almost a week for me to make it down there from Knoxville, TN. He greeted me after a 3.5 hr drive and got things going right away. Even helped me move my things from my trade in into my new vehicle, and set up my phone to the truck.Great service, great personality, and let me also mention the finance guy, quick and effective..I certainly recommend this guys and the dealership.

I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. That should be an option.Im having an issue with my car not turning on. I have to jump start it every time. I took it to 2 places before Nissan. BOTH said it was my alternator. I have a warranty so decideded to take the car to Nissan dealership shop. I called to schedule an appointment the repre made it a point that there would be $140 diagnosis fee and chances are the warranty wont cover it.A little history on my car. Im second owner that just had a tune up, I get oil changes routinely as recommend and battery was replace less than a year agoI dropped the car off and was again reminded that its a chance the warranty not going to cover the 140But why should I worry its the alternator, right?No of course not. Its everything BUT. Oil leaks, battery replacement, belts and at the very bottom sub total 140All the routine oil changes and tune up Nissan dealership the only one that found all these issues with my car????I dont know much about cars but I can spot top or bottom oil leak.I am anger at this point so after picking up my car I stopped to get my battery rechecked. Battery in excellent condition.I have to be to work at 12:00 a.m. I had to jump start my car to get to and from work but everyone at that dealership home sleeping peacefully with no worries they screwed me overI dont know what machine theyre using at that dealership but the pictures below show that my battery is good

On the 25th of October I started the online process to purchase this vehicle from this dealership A 2019 Toyota Avalon with 55,000 miles with a small dent in the rear trunk lid. added my pic for my trade and did my credit app online locking in a price of 32,997 after being reached out to by a internet sales manger I noticed that the pricing online started to change because I had added this to my favorites to see movement of this vehicle and the price was changed to 38,219 so when I was called my a salesman I asked to see the work sheet of my financing and it had 38,000 on it. I told him no that’s not right told him at 11am the car was 32,000 and I had a email confirming this price! He then stated due to market value pricing changes daily.I informed my price lock was of the same DAY!!! After 5 hours of back and forth it was now 7pm and communication had stop from the salesmen who’s name is Mr.Marlo this morning I reached out to him and asked for a update and was informed it was sold for 35,000 which was the listing price.clearly thru our text and the screenshoots 35,000 was never a given price ! This dealer is so unprofessional and as u can see in the pictures they are price gouging to meet there on needs and clearly are not there for the customers but only to get all they can take from them!
I only gave two stars because the receptionist was sweet!!!I was interested in trading in my car and buying a new one at this lot. After dealing with their pushy employees, I decided to not return. I do not like to deal with the stereotypical car salesman. You know, the one that makes you leave the establishment feeling like you got scammed in a way. There was nothing about the person I worked with that seemed genuine. And I’ve worked with A LOT of car salesmen including one whose my brother.I felt pressured and cornered to make a decision right then and there even after telling him multiple times I wanted to wait until I was with partner who knows much more about cars. I think they tried to take advantage of the fact that I don’t know much about cars and was by myself.I understand it’s a business but please make your customers feel comfortable.

I took my car there for my 100.000 miles and I was told 2hrs but it took 5hrs. After paying $500 as I drove off the engine light came on. I have never had it come on. I called right the way and brought back the next day I had to go work. After 3 hrs, I was told that they needed more time to work on it. Basically, it took 3 days to fix their mistake. I you have time waste and keep going back and forth with them....then good luck! I have better things to do!
Terrible customer service from this guy.This day I arrived earlier for my appointment to change the oil in my vehicle and he inappropriately told me that I had to wait an hour and a half until he vacated because I was very busy since he had my appointment assigned.The person next to me ended up taking care of me and it was not enough and he had the audacity to say sarcastically good for youA total lack of professionalism and customer service. Comp people of this type should not work directly with the client, he is inept.
I came here to get batteries replaced for 2 of my key fobs and was denied after I stated I had key fob warranty I purchased at another nissan dealership. The gentlemen in the parts department told me to find proof that I had a key fob warranty for batteries that cost $1-$2z I’m extremely disappointed in this level of service after spending thousands of dollars here to get my car serviced. Won’t be coming back here again.

Gwinnett Place Nissan Service Center always goes above and beyond for the Nissans that we own. They are professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. They never hesitate to answer our many questions, and have always provided excellent service for our vehicles.
We went and test drove a vehicle and explicitly requested our credit only be run through Capital One Bank. Two days later our credit report showed 3 additional credit hits besides Capital One. We reached out to the finance manager Austin and never heard back. I emailed Austin as well requesting a resolution and never heard back. I spoke with the salesman Marlo and requested help and was told hed reach out after speaking with the finance team and never heard back. We did a pre approval with Capital One to prevent our credit from being affected more than necessary only to have this dealership in bad faith run our credit through 3 other banks. This is the type of experience that makes people not trust dealerships. Im in insurance sales and understand the uphill battle there is to ensure people that not everyone in your industry is untrustworthy and its this type of experience that is infuriating and will keep us from ever using/recommending this dealership. Additionally, when we went to the dealership we had seen the car we were interested in online, of course, and when we told the sale rep we were interested in numbers the price he started with was $3,000 more than the price listed online ( not to mention all of the add ons they attempted to sell ). I guess we shouldve left right then but we were seriously interested in this specific vehicle.
I had a service appt at GPN for front brakes. The service advisor input rear brakes and corrected the mistake to front brakes. Needless to say, the technician installed rear brakes. I had no idea until I was driving off the lot and did not notice a difference. I called the service advisor back and he said they did in fact install rear brakes instead of front brakes. Well, I went back to the dealership and they installed the correct brakes no charge to me.I felt bad because not only did I get rear brakes at cost, but front brakes at no cost Maybe God wanted to bless me. Because of the eagerness to correct the mistake I rated GPN five stars and will continue to be loyal to the dealership and brand.
Al was my point of contact and he made my experience exceptional. Everyone was nice but I dont know everyones name. There is a saying showroom clean and your service center and waiting area and work stations and area where cars are repairedAnd where you drive in were textbook showroom clean. I really enjoyed the coffee too and the space to be able to socially distance while I waited for my car. My mom has always serviced her car with you and now that I own her car I have been for oil change and repairs twice, I can see why she came there loyally. Al was veryHonest and trustworthy and communicated with from beginning to walking me to my car. The highlight surprise was a coupon was applied to myOil change and I didnt have a Bill to pay. When Al walked me out to my showroom clean car, I felt so cared for like I was special or something which I know I am not but I felt like Jehovah looked out for me today through my experience there with everyone and especially Al. I want to commend the lady that was cleaning the dealership so thorough and must of emptied the waste basket 4 times in the 4 hours I was there and she wasnt wasteful either she was very pleasant and humble and cared about her work like it was her home. Everyone there even the guy at the desk in waiting area was attentive to me with the coffee machine and spoke to me so kindly. May you please always reward your people for being honest and not recommending unnecessary work and you will continue to stand out as exceptional in a dishonest society in myMind and I will be able to recommend you. Thanks for the great and unexpected experience today.
Taylor Grzegorzewski is the best person I have ever met in a car dealership center. He actually takes care of the customer and their needs. We purchased a used Honda Accord in January 2021, and he made sure that we are getting the best deal while keeping his managers happy. On 7-18-21, I visited Gwinnett Place Nissan where Id purchased my 2020 Rogue. I needed a wheel lock as at my last tire rotation, the lock had inadvertently not been returned. The service dept was closed on Sun. Id driven 45 miles to get there, so wanted to get it back without having to come back. The used car manager was on duty. He graciously agreed to see if he could help and searched through all the wheel locks to get one that would fit mine. This great team work, as he had nothing to do with the service dept; but it is also wonderful customer service. Gwinnett Place Nissan takes care of their customers years after the sale. Thanks!!

THEY WILL LIE AND SAY THEY FOUND NO ISSUE WITH YOUR CAR IF IT IS A REPAIR THEY DO NOT WANT TO DO!!!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!I had a leak in my tailgate and was informed they’d need to run it through the car wash to find the leak. They claimed they ran in through a few times and couldn’t find a leak… upon picking up my car I noticed the car was still dusty and dirty; it was clear no water had touched the car. They had not even checked for the leak and lied to me about it. I will never come back here for service nor will I buy a car because you can’t trust they fix the cars before sale!SHOUTOUT TO CLASSIC COLLISION IN NORCROSS WHO ACTUALLY TESTED IT AND FOUND THE LEAK WITHIN 10 MINS AND WILL REPAIR IT!

No thank you!My wife said yes, please to several upsell services - but more importantly no thank you to several other upsell services & was charged at the counter for those she declined. She rebuked the charges, but was told but you needed it. This is after several conversations.I called the following day to discuss & the person on the other end of the line after answering with hello, not identifying themselves or the business I called, ended the conversation with a comment that they werent going round and round with me about what happened & that their manager would call the following Monday. Predictably, that person never called. I didnt bother following up because we, of course, we would never do business with these folks again.

Bought a Nissan altima Sr about 8 months ago and the headlight low beam went out.I scheduled a appointment and was quoted 126.00 to have it replaced now Im told it he bulb cant be replaced its got to be the whole assembly which is 1200.00 I think this is completely ridiculous.
The rudest and slimmest group of people I have ever had to deal with in whether from trying to purchase the car twice from here or at any time trying to get some respectful service.

Customer service provided by Pryce was not good. Some of services rendered were not what I asked for. When checking out the service guy AL was not helpful and did not go over my itemized summary report and did not answer questions I had about services provided. I was told to just enter my card in the card reader without explanation of services.
Requested a look at my headlights on my 2018 Armada. I had been told by another dealer there was nothing they could do. I had stopped driving at night because of the headlights. I could only see if I had on high beams and that’s not fair to the oncoming traffic. Well I had a chance to use me vehicle last night and test the headlights. NO PROBLEM as they fixed them. I most definitely WILL continue being a valued customer at such a prestigious and newsworthy dealership!! they went above and beyond ALL my expectations. This review is for the service department. I believe more people should know. Took in my boyfriends car for the ac to be repaired and we had a smart autocare warranty. All seemed fine until someone removed a part and it broke. They claimed it was due to corrosion and when we look at the pictures, we see no signs of corrosion. Not sure what theyre trying to claim but they say the warranty does not cover corrosion. I am upset that they are trying to charge us for what seems to be a mistake made on their end and now we are forced to either repair it or take it back in a condition where it will not work correctly because of their repairs. It is not a cheap fix either, the quote started around $2000 but then went up to $5000. I am upset that the price keeps changing and going up. I never had this problem at my kia dealership or any other mechanic I have used. It was always one quote and done. I am a reasonable person, I understand that mistakes happen, but everything that has happened with this repair has been awful. I would at least like to take the car back in the condition it was brought in as. This review will change if I get any better news, but it stands as is for now. EDIT: It looks like the shop is taking some responsibility since they are offering to get someone to weld the broken piece back on. I will update once the repairs have been completed with final review.
Calvin was so great to work with. Being that this is one of the few dealerships open on Sunday, GPN is open and I was able to communicate easily back and forth with Calvin and his team via text, call, and email. His patience with me and understanding of my budget we great and even before going in to sign my papers, I had my deal in writing and was not surprised or overwhelmed by anything when I went to the dealership. He was respectful, excited, and made me feel comfortable. His finance manager was also very helpful and just as much of a joy to work with. I am very happy with the service and help I received in the process.

I went to Takeem to get the Nissan kicks the process was fast and easy I was finished in less than 6 hours. His customer service was completely fantastic and he was as thorough as possible there were no questions to be asked at the end of the process. We test drove the car together he explained all the features as we drove the car. He showed me all the features and extra accessories. He even set my Nissan app account up and scheduled my first oil change. Last but not least he through in the best warranty I could have and 2 extra key chains with my keys.

The service guys were quick to diagnose the issue and get the repair done. I was thoroughly impressed with Gwinnett Place Nissans service and will be going back for future maintenance and repairs!
I went to fix an electrical issue in my nissan murano. They didnt fix it plus they broke the car key but they didnt take the responsability for that. So at the end they got what they wanted their profit and I got nothing plus a broken key. You judge.
The entire team at Gwinnett Place Nissan is excellent! Scott sold me my car six month ago! I got a great deal and he has kept in touch to make sure everything still works well on the vehicle. Most dealerships just sell you a car and you never hear from them again. The service dept is awesome! I have not yet had to wait more than 40 minutes to have my car detailed. My rep Michael is so sweet and thorough. The service prices are great. I always recommend people to this dealership! Thank you Scott, Yusuf and Michael. Not very happy. Dissatisfied with the tires I just bought. This van drives terrible. Never has this van driven liken this before and I’ve had it for over a year.
Met My Expectations, probably sounds like you left something on the table or couldve done better. Ive been in the automotive for over 20 years, so it takes a lot to surpass my expectations. As usual, Mike did an awesome job of getting me scheduled, getting me taken care of, and back on the road quickly. He makes service visits a breeze and painless. Thank you Mike!
I gave this dealership a poor rating due to the customer service experience. The sales rep Mario wouldnt negotiate on the price at all. The sales manager didnt greet us on our way out or try to come over and work out a good deal while we were still there. I can only assume because me and my wife were Black they assumed we had bad credit and felt like we were not worth their time. Especially, when they tried to run a credit check before we even agreed on a price. Me and my wife both have over a 700 credit score. We ended up going to another dealership and purchased a vehicle there. Hopefully this will help other Black couples that visit this dealership have a better customer service experience.
They worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. It was a special order, but the production date was moved up, so it arrived much sooner than expected. They still have it, getting outfitted with tool bins, side window and trailer brake control. I cant wait to actually get it, load it up with tools and go to work. So far Im very pleased.
I had a wonderful experience picking out a car with Edgar! I knew what vehicle I wanted, and he never asked me to look at another or push me out of my price range. He was very friendly and sweet too! I also enjoyed that he was personal instead of just strictly business.He showed me his art and we talked about music as we waited on the finance office to finalize everything. I’d definitely recommend this dealership!
My salesperson Marlo was fabulous. I see why he was employee/salesperson of the month. He was very knowledgeable and a people person. He walked me through everything and gave me his card for any additional questions that I may have.
