Shady dealer, buyer beware!!! I live in FL, had dealer deliver vehicle. Called multiple times to close the deal but Manager offered little urgency and it took over a week just to SCHEDULE freight AFTER I PAID!Derri; Manager reassured me the vehicle was on hold and being monitored. Once I received the vehicle it had FRONTAL DAMAGE (undisclosed) and 600 MORE MILES than agreed (45,412-signed & 46,094-delivered) on closing documents!Who took a road trip?! So much for sitting on hold and being monitored.When I inquired about remedies, the Manager simply asked What do you propose? then didnt respond when I asked for $200 to cover repair costs and mileage discrepancy; very reasonable. What a joke! No integrity.Do not buy from this dealer. Derri Morton and his team are unreliable, shady, and just trying to close a deal however possible. They do not stand by their product or even their service. Despicable.I have reported this dealer to the State of Georgias Office of Attorney General for odometer fraud and contract violation.05/27/2020

Feeling my new car... Came here expecting a closed dealership due to the snow. But was able to purchase my new (to me) Audi a4, got a good rate through Flagship Bank (had not heard of them before) Thanks Derri, who i think is either sales manager or finance manager, Thanks Frederrick, was my sales guy. Thanks Iliana, shes the boss lady that handles the tags, registration etc. Knew nothing about the process so definitley appreciated the knowledge she gave me! ended up shaking hands with the owner Tony as i left. Overall 100 experience. Will be back and will refer!!! These guys aint been here in duluth long. but are going places and are worth a look. BUY FROM THEM

Today is March 6 2020.It was good experience and finally I bought a car because they would fix the rear hatch opener and replace the drivers side window lane.The guys were very kind. I want to say thank you.After a couple of weeks......today is March 23 2020.They didnt contact me yet to fix my car which I purchased.They are liars. I really regretted that I bought the car.Please do NOT buy any cars here....

Sketchy, sketchy, sketchy!My wife and I were looking for a Subaru Outback. Found one at this location and spoke with a salesman named Frederick. Frederick said the car was running great. That was a blatant lie. When we arrived to test drive it, it made an uncomfortable, loud rattling sound. You could also hear water slosh around underneath when you stopped. After returning the car, Frederick noted that it had water damage and the exhaust needed work -- But we fix it if you buy it.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Fredrick was great to work with. He went out if his way to make sure I was happy and gave me a great deal. Very nice experience!

Bought my 350z from Fredrick.Haven’t had a car shopping experience go that smooth in a long time.When I arrived at the dealership Fredrick was already waiting for me and had the car pulled around, cleaned, and gassed up.He gave me a great walk around with the car while being very transparent about the vehicle condition and what it needed.We went on a test drive while he pointed out a couple features on the vehicle he was very knowledgeable.When we got back to the dealership and came to an agreement on numbers he had all the paperwork ready within a couple minutes and I left with my new car in less then 3 hours.Would do business with him again ! Highly suggest you ask for him if you are visiting this dealership.

Had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. Frederick, Iliana and Jeff were all very helpful. Frederick made sure we were comfortable in whatever car we chose. He didn’t pressure us into something that we were not interested in. Any concerns we had he addressed them immediately and made sure it was fixed. Jeff was excellent at explaining the terms and conditions of our loan and made everything crystal clear. Iliana handles the titles, gave our son snacks while we were waiting and holds great conversations despite her being a dolphins fan. All in all this dealership is great and makes you feel at home.

Fredrick was awesome! We did not think we were going to be able to pull off the purchase we wanted but he made it happen! He is the best! Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever...lied about getting problems fixed before delivering truck. Never delivered truck, had to go pick it up (3 1/2 hrs) away! Never got paper work until after multiple calls and finally sent via email instead of requested postal mail. Rude and deceitful... NO warranty unless purchase one extra. Derri, Iliana, and Stewart. This place should not be allowed to operate! No customer service at all. Truck already in shop after one week due to pump hose breaking that goes to turbo. Never again will I shop out of town!

If I could leave a lower review I would. I contacted this dealership in reference to a vehicle I was interested in and was contacted by the GM Arthur McCoy. We set up a deal and I had a Ready Check with dealer instructions to give them. I myself do not know the process of “booking” nor do I know what takes place after their finance department receive the check. Their finance manager Kevin Martin did not read the dealer instructions criteria on the Check Ready, and consequently the bank did not accept it because the vehicle was worth much less than what they were selling it for and it did not meet the “trade to value”. At this time I had the bill of sale as well as their vehicle.They asked me to put down the $3,400 difference so that the check would go through and I told them I could not (I had previously told them that I was not putting anything down on the vehicle so between then and now there was no change of heart). Where things get messy is when Arthur SOLD my car 2 days after it was traded BEFORE he made sure the paperwork went through (which it didn’t). He DID NOT pay off my vehicle and did not have the title. Which would make it illegal for him to even sell my vehicle.The only thing I was asking for after I found all of this out was to get the payments of the vehicle they gave me down to what we had previously agreed to which would mean they would have to take the sale price of the vehicle down. Not too much to ask seeing as how I now had a lawsuit on my hands. I was told that the “owners” could not do that because they would be losing money! In my opinion, losing a couple thousand is minor compared to losing your license as well as MUCH more than a couple thousand.At the end of all of this, they got my vehicle back and I gave them theirs. But not before they tried to charge ME for brakes that THEY put on my vehicle. Long story short, I did not have to pay for them in return for me not suing them. Also, Arthur ending up “resigning” because of all of this.I really loved the vehicle and still would have bought it on the deal we had agreed on, but after I realized that they weren’t concerned with taking care of their clients, and telling me how THEY would lose money after THEIR mishap, I just did not want anything to do with them nor any connection to their dealership.I just wish they would have put their client first especially when they are the ones who made the mistake. STEER CLEAR
