The finance person was great also; he even let us look at seat configuration in his personal vehicle since they didnt have one like that on the lot. I ended up putting a deposit down on a car they were expecting in a few weeks, and when it showed up much sooner (after only 5 days), Janey had them inspect and prep the car right away so I could pick it up that day. All around, it was a great, low-pressure and stress-free experience.

It has been a few years since I last visited Rick Case Mazda for service due to changing jobs and their distance from my house, but the service level is still great. Matt (service advisor) and the technician assigned to my car truly care about you the customer and your vehicle. Being honest concerning services you truly need and helping you the customer become more educated on how to better care for your vehicle. The wait time was minimal and I am looking forward to my next routine service appointment. Also the amenities are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Vending machines, complimentary chocolate and expresso related drinks, and television. Rick Case Mazda Service is all about the customer 👌
Two weeks ago I made an appointment to have my oil changed at Rick Case Mazda. For two weeks I received email reminders of my appointment and arrived ten minutes early to get the paperwork done before my appointment time. It was on their schedule for 11:30am on Thursday 10/14/2021. That being said, I expect to have a relatively quick experience with the service department since an oil and filter change takes all of 20 minutes tops. I asked how long it would take because I had another appointment and wanted to make sure they would be done. I was told it would be 2 hours before they would get it in. Unacceptable! Why in the world would any business think that would be acceptable? If you set an appointment for a specific time I expect you to be ready to do the job at that time. If you cant do that, dont set appointments.Needless to say I didnt get my oil changed after wasting gas to driving over there and back for no reason.
Recently bought a Lexus from here and my experience was great ! I was greeted by my sales rep Divan Van Der Walt and it was immediately good vibes from there. Everyone at the location was super friendly and Divan worked with my budget to make sure I got the car. No shady vibes no hidden insane dealership fees just good people and good business. Giving a 2 just because they were nice. However since buying a used car from them I have discovered so many things that need to be repaired along with things I have already repaired. Still haven’t even paid my first car note. Not a good look.I bought the car in early June as is. Since driving the car off the lot I have tried to use windshield wiping fluid and it doesn’t work even after putting fluid, all of the windshield wipers have NEEDED replacement (one flat out broke while I was using it), one of the buttons on the remote doesn’t work and I have already put a couple hundred dollars into replacing the rear ADC sensors. All of the problems for me were honestly okay until I had to start vacuuming water from my passenger floor on a daily basis. It leaks from the glove compartment every time I turn, stop or if the car is just sitting still. It leaks in in amounts that I can see on a black carpet. The pictures here’s show the vacuum marks where I vacuumed just yesterday after work the pictures don’t even do justice in showing the amount)… now I have to do it all over again today.UPDATE:I am just gonna change this to a one star and I wish I could just give them NONE. The email that was given to me doesn’t work at all so I called the dealership to speak with Jeff directly who said to bring the car up there. I called to speak with him on Tuesday to let him know I was coming to make sure things were in place to get the car situation handled that day. He was in a meeting and I had to leave a message and never got a response back. The next day apparently he wasn’t in the office but no one knows anything about helping me. Unless you have money to waste don’t go to them because that whole “they were nice” thing is no longer a factor when I have to pay to get something fix so that I can have a passenger in my car. I get that it’s a used car that I was buying but honestly you would think they care more about the impression they leave on people. Guess not.NOTE: All pictures are from different days.

I feel in love with Mazda and knew it was what I wanted. However, after a long day when I got to the dealership I begin to have the WORSE migraine (this had nothing to do with them) the entire time Jonathan was patient, kind and honest, being a lady at a dealership by herself thats hard to find. I mentioned I was hungry and they brought me a snack! (a really good one I might add! )After some time of negotiation, I got a great deal and although I drove home with the worse headache, I was all smiles on the inside. Thanks to Jonathan, the General Manager and the guy who doesnt say much but makes magic happen (their words not mine!) If your looking for a affordable car that looks and feels like luxury Mazda is the way, and you have to go here to get it!

I went recently and Divan helped me out. I ultimately didnt buy with this dealership, but they were my most positive shopping experience this round of car buying. Divan was very helpful without pressuring. Good follow up without pressure, too. Its a valuable part of the process to figure out what I dont want and to consider some other options and Divan helped me with that. Ultimately I just bought a kind of car that wasnt available at this lot, but this was a lovely shopping experience.
One of the best car buying experiences Ive had. They are definitely an amazing team. I literally when online inquiring about the car I got and submitted my application and next day I got contacted because it was late night when I filled them out and spoke to Jonathan the most easy going person guided me thru the whole details of the car, helped me thru the whole process really quick since I live about two hours north once I was approved with the best rate thanks to Jeff the GM. I went the next day to pick up the car and signed paperwork I was out with in an hour all very quick and easy. Those guys are awesome there and would look forward to make more business with them. Not only did I became a fan of Mazdas, Im a fan of this dealer.

They replaced our transmission under warranty, which was nice. But after getting it back I noticed some noise from the undercarriage. Well.... what I found was some “extra” bolts, most of the transmission bolts were rounded off as seen in the pictures, and the bolts that were not round were not tight at all! I took them out with my fingers. They neglected to put some bolts back and used all the incorrect plastic clips. This is why I don’t trust dealers. We were told this was done by their master technician. Seems worse then a shade tree guy but ok. And I know it was them because I have a lift and checked myself after their “repair” that’s a lot.
We shopped several dealers in the Atlanta area, looking to trade our 18 CX5 for a 21 CX5. Rick Case was the only one that didnt BS us, treated us with respect, and gave us a fair price.Our sales guys were Juan, who was very chill and accommodating. The GM himself negotiated with me and was straight with me. When the car arrived, Juan was on vacation so it was delivered by Zeshan, and he was great, too.If you are looking for a new Mazda, you should give them a chance.

The customer service is not good at ALL Elijah and Rigo Cisneros don’t do the things right. They were not clear from the beginning they run my credit and approve me after that they call me to let me know they can’t give me the car because I own another one…. Why they never tell me this before run my credit??????? Now I will have this report for 24 Months on my credit score. Not happy at all.. I went to Toyota immediately and go home with another car.! What kind of training are you guys giving to your sells reps? They never explain you everything they just run your credit first and then give you excuses!!!! Not recommend this place to anybody!! Not good customer services on nothing.
Saw a VW Volkswagen on line that I wanted to buy for my daughter. I get there and not only was the car not there...but I was greeted by a surly black salesman named John or whatever. No hand shake nothing. Tells me that he would call Thurs or Friday when tve car came in...never heard from him...never buy a car from those winners at Rick case mazda...if I was Mr. Case, Id fire them all
This is an update to my experience with this Mazda location. My 1st purchase was back in 2017 and it was smooth and easy. I went this year 2021 to swap the car for a newer model and Christian was my salesperson. He was helpful through the process while I was at the dealership, and even extended his personal number in case I had any problems. Once I left the lot I have been having a couple of concerns with Christian and the finance department. There was a conversation about payments and dates which did not go as communicated. The response I received from Christian through text were very dismissive and tasteless. The way these sales agents communicate when you are buying a vehicle should transpire the same after leaving the lot, specially when you are leasing a vehicle. On top of this I dont even know who to communicate with now since Christian told me to basically refer back to the agreement for what was stated in person. The problem is the agreement and what was spoken about has not been honored this whole time. I am very disappointed and will definitely not be renewing or taking out another vehicle with Mazda. Customer Service for me is very important when dealing with any company. The level of customer service skills decides the trust and reliability a customer has in the company.
This was my first time here and definitely left with a terrible experience. Last week was my appointment to get my new set of tires and an alignment. I tried to reschedule and/or contact someone because I overslept for my appointment. I called 10x back to back to see if it was okay for me to still come or reschedule. No answer. I get there and they are understaff which I am understanding however I live an hour away from this dealership. I said a condescending remark about them not answering the phone and the service guy said” I don’t know if you ever worked in an environment where you’re understaffed but it was impossible to answer phone”. As I stated I get it, everywhere is understaff including myself however please answer the phone. I could have saved a lot gas and time to reschedule an appointment I could of did over the phone. Today, when I spoke with the different service person I told them the situation and basically said the same thing however he said normally when we’re busy customer service normally answers the phone. Luckily the customer service personnel was standing there and listening to the situation and said I normally do not get in until 9 but I did see your call and apologize. After hearing that really just upset me even more. Maybe they are normally decent with service but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.
Had a strange sound coming from my engine. They were able to identify the issue, were quick to resolve it, and made sure I wasn’t left without a car while they fixed it.
So disappointed, wanted to trade my car for a CX-5 (I probably will), the sales rep, a tall guy who didnt introduce himself came to help and ask me what I was looking for, after a few words, he ask for my car key, I didnt feel comfortable to give it to him, once I said I just came to look how the car look like he literally said OK, GO AND SEE IT FOR YOURSELF THEN, IM NOT WASTING MY TIME in a rude tone, my daughter felt so scared by looking at his attitude.If I buy the car, definitely wont buy from this dealership.I went to see the car in the showroom, no one say even hello to me, one more time, what a poor customer service from EVERYONE AT RICK CASE MAZDA

The service department was very friendly and made my service very easily. Everything was explained in deep detail, I was always aware of what was going on since the day was my car was dropped off to the day it was ready for me to pick up. I couldnt have asked for a better customer service.. JEFF is really amazing. I did not get the other guys name who was there today who helped me when picking up my car but I have to say they both make a great team. Thank you MAZADA for such amazing service
Went into Rick Case today after looking at cars at another Mazda dealer in the area who wanted MSRP + $2500 in dealer extras for a new CX-5. Not only did Rick Case not try to sell me pin striping, door paint protectors and tire gloss protection at ridiculous markup that I didnt want, but came down below MSRP (during the Covid chip shortage) and honored the loyalty cash incentive from Mazda. Then I found out that they double the mfg powertrain warranty to 10 year/120k miles on all new cars, and will come pick up the car from my home or work for any service appointments (routine maintenance or repairs). First car Ive bought in 10 years, but super happy with the experience and kudos to Shan for the professional experience.
This place is a rip off. I have had a Mazda car for 7 years and did all my service at an another dealership. This is my new Mazda car and went to Rick case Mazda for the first time since I moved and it’s closer. At 10k miles factory recommended service they tried to rip me off overselling unwanted services for 165$. I knew the factory recommended at 10k miles was just only oil change and tire rotate based on my second car. Beware and make sure you ask for only what you need based on the factory service manual even though it’s a Mazda dealership such a irony. I would not come here anymore since honesty is the last thing you will find here.
I went in to Rick Case Mazda knowing that I wanted a 2018 Mazda Cx-5 grand touring white exterior with white parchment leather interior. My sales rep was helpful and allowed me to take the vehicles on test drives without needing the rep in the car, which was convenient. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because of their ridiculous $700 service fee. As someone who has family in the auto dealer business, “dealer service fee” or “administrative fee” is just profit padding. I brought a Mazda3 GT in 2018. The salesman Troy and manager did all the discounts (especially family and friends discount) and documentation and purchase signed. After a month of getting car to home, Tory called and says family and friends discount is rejected and I have to pay 500$. I asked for an appointment with manager, called up several times to reach out to manager to talk about it. BUT unethical they just terminated my 2 years Rick case Mazda service package (oil and tier rotation) which was purchased during signing. When I went to service after 3 to 4 months the service person told me that the service package was canceled and I had to pay for oil change and tire rotation.I again tried to reach out to both salesman Troy and manager. But they were just rude and unethical.

I went to Rick Case twice. The first was on May 2nd to look at the Mazda CX-3 we were already considering the Mazda 3 or the CX-30 but wanted to check out the size of the CX-3. Zeshan Syed “Shan” was extremely helpful, and the customer service is incredible even though he spoke a little fast. Shan was very helpful and no pressure. We return on May 9th knowing that we wanted the CX-30 and a used 2017 Madza 3 for a replacement for a 2007 Mazda 3 that we were trading in. We had schedule an appointment with Shan, but he was off that day and Johnathan Fortune helped us with our purchases.Johnathan was very helpful, and the process was smooth. Johnathan did a get job with the lease of the CX-30 and with Rick Case Ten Year Warranty on used cars we made a second purchase that day. It made since to get another vehicle especially with the warranty. Overall, Johnathan did do a great job and followed up a with a phone call the next day.Lastly Andy Hwang, the finance manager, was great to work with too. Andy made the additional options easy to explain and no pressure. Andy was really relaxed and wonderful car buying experience.Where I was disappointed is when I found out that the used car only had one key fob. I figured since I purchased two cars that an additional key fob could be an item added to items owed to customer. Johnathan did give other options in getting an additional key fob. After following up with General Manager Jeff Edge he came up with a solution which I believe was fair and easy. Overall both vehicles purchase the 2021 CX-30 and the 2017 Madza3 are great vehicles and will definetly return and purchase future cars.
Everyone their was so friendly, helpful, and professional especially Mercier! Went in for a diagnostic on my car and they were upfront and honest about all the costs associated with repairs. I also appreciated that the mechanic sent me a video while diagnosing my car explaining what parts needed to be replaced and pointing out the parts that went bad. This is now my go to place when I’m having car troubles!
We were told by a salesman named Christian that we could buy a cargo van from the dealership when it came back from getting a dent repaired in the door. We waited on this particular van because of the type of van it was and the price. After about 2 weeks of waiting to buy it we were told that the van disappeared and that the staff doesn’t know where it went. Transparency is key, honest is non-negotiable. Beware of doing business here! We wasted our time which could have been spent finding a van from a dealer that would actually sell it to us.

The first day of service wasnt a good experience, but Jeff (advisor) and Chris (service manager) worked with me, apologized, and offered a significant discount. Me and my dad purchase 2 used nissan nv 1500 back in December 2020, our tags expired on February 3 .we went to motor vehicle to get out tags and a red flag came u under these vehicle they told use to go back to the deal because they cant give up any information about whats going on with the vehicles .Mazda sold us 2 vehicles with a lean on them. We cant get our tiles nor our tags they gave us dealer plates to drive with when we paid cash for our vehicles. We need our money back

LEMON ALERT!!! I made a 3 hour drive to purchase a car there. When I was there I was told the front brakes were resurfaced. Driving home I notice a shimmy when I stopped. The next day the check engine code came on . I called the sales guy and he told me that no the front brakes werent bad but the back brakes were (Avery the manager said the rotors were replaced in the back and reminded me what a great deal I got). Obviously someone was not telling the truth. They told me to check the car out at my local Mazda dealership. The found a P code stating the car had a bad oil change, there was leaking unrelated to this from the oil pain and another spot and he said yes the front brakes would probably need to be replaced. I have changed my own oil a few times and it is a simple procedure, the new dealership was confused by the code because they had never seen this code. The new place changed the oil and could not get the check engine light on and said it was a very strange code and often dealers reset codes to pass emissions. They did not drive it as much as I did and could not replicate the problem. In the meantime I got an email asking for a review and I told them my problem. I was told to email Chris Wells, the service manager and I did explaining my issues. No response until yesterday welcoming me to the family and how they provided top notch service. If a repair team sells you a car with bad breaks, problems with a check engine light and leaking oil, they are NOT TOP NOTCH. i called Avery and said Id like them to pick the car up they sold me a lemon. He told me no and reminded me what a great deal i got, so I had to take another trip down to return the car for a full refund. Alex was in the showroom and rudely gave me my check for a full refund. There is a law that says that within 3 days of having the car I can return it. I said thank you and goodbye. He said nothing. I found Alex and team to be incredibly rude and deceitful. They will do anything to sell you a car and their service department is the worse to pass a lemon like this through. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!! So never through this great deal like this did I receive any apologies or concern for the tremendous stress and amount of time and money I lost from work fixing this problem. DO NOT GO TO RICK CASE IF you want a dressed up looking dealership that will do ANYTHING to sell you a car and blame you because you dont appreciate the good deal you got. Also while I was there, they were giving an outrageously high repair quote to a woman for service that should never cost this much. She didnt have a lot of money, but theyll rip anyone off. She was taking her business elsewhere. Smart worman. AVOID RICK CASE...a huge waste of time and money. I AM WAITING TO HEAR FROM JEFF EDGE......hmmmmmm oh and the sales guy told me when I returned the car due to GA lemon law I totally agree! Thats ridiculous! He didnt know about the other problems. I have a text to prove it. This place is the epitome of BAD CAR DEALERSHIPS

Excellent service from very nice people. The tech walked me through the services needed on my vehicle via video. I was able to see precisely what the issues were as the tech explained how they would be corrected. They were thorough but not pushy. I did not feel as though I was being persuaded to purchase extra or unnecessary items. This will be my service center going forward!

The service I received today was consistent with my previous visits. It’s personal, personable, and seems to be done by knowledgeable and skilled mechanics. My service professional today was Mercier, and he gave me clear information about my car’s needs without trying to scare or push me into a time frame that made me uncomfortable. Honestly, this is not the cheapest dealership for regular maintenance service, but it is reasonable, and they treat me with respect and in a manner that keeps me coming back.

Everyone at Rick Case Mazda was understanding and professional and they honored their return policy, allowing us to return the vehicle for a full refund the next day. Shoutout to Andy, the business manager, and to Avery, Marquelle, and Sean, the sales team, for being so helpful and professional.As soon as I AM ready to pull the trigger on a new car with no regrets, I’ll be returning here to do it. The Sales Manager Avery and General Manager Masud we’re both very nice. The dealership experience was so simple, and professional. The whole deal only took a few minutes. Marisol was my sales lady, so sweet and answered all my questions. I recommend if you are looking for a car, head in and deal with these three!!
Monday i decided that it was time to get a new car, so started looking, and found the i wanted at this dealer. Called to see if it was available and Marisol, my sales person told me yes, and she could have it up front for me to look at as soon as I was able to get to the dealership, which i really appreciated during these times. Got in, went for a solo test drive and I knew i had to have it. Went back, and the deal was done. Process took around 3 hours, mainly because my credit is locked on all bureaus, so unlocking by phone was a hassle. Marisol took her time to explain things to me, and was really insightful on details. I appreciate the fact that she patiently waited while I sorted things out. But once I did, smooth sailing. I highly recommend her for any purchases, A+ experience.

I had a really great experience purchasing a new CX-5 from Rick Case. Cynthia was really excellent as a salesperson, Brett was great in finance, and the General Manager Masud was also wonderful to deal with. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and unlike other car buying experiences, treated you like an individual rather than a number. While making the deal I did not feel ripped-off or taken advantage of. Everyone was very up-front, honest, and professional. I got the impression that they wanted me to be satisfied and comfortable with my purchase. I did not have a similar experience after contacting another Mazda dealer in the Atlanta area beforehand (I won’t say which), so I’m really glad I ended up at Rick Case! We got our new CX 5 Signature today !! Rick Case Mazda was absolutely amazing to work with. We live in Augusta GA . I called up there told them what I wanted and they gave me a price $2000 cheaper than our local Mazda dealer . They also delivered the car we never even had to leave the house. Joe the sales Manager was great and sales person who delivered the car was great at explaining all the paperwork and features of the vehicle to us . . I took a 2015 Mazda 3 in for service. They got me in the same day I called and I waited about two hours for an oil change, tire rotation, new brake pads and a few other miscellaneous service items. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Merc was the the service person who helped me. He was knowledgeable and professional.

So far pleased to get excellent service, with updates almost every day. Issue was on the electrical system and it is hard to track.What is impressive is the detailed VDO of car in service, puzzling to see all the open wires. VDO comes with the details of all the findings and repair work.Thank you Mazda....

I drove over an hour to get to this dealership after seeing a vehicle price online that I found suitable and scheduling an appointment. When I arrived, my friend and I did a test drive of the vehicle. I was pretty sure it was the vehicle for me.However, after the first salesperson left to speak with a different potential client, a new salesperson came out and told us that the vehicle was not actually priced the way we saw it online. The same salesperson told us that the price online includes every possible incentive though most buyers won’t qualify for them. This artificially deflates the price to get people to the dealership (their words not mine). When I sat down to the get the actual numbers, the salesperson came back with the highest numbers I got from ANY MAZDA DEALERSHIP IN METRO ATLANTA for a similar vehicle. And, thinking back, I’m not sure it actually had all of the add-ons I’d been looking at, like roof rails and tint.The sales manager, unlike at the other Mazda dealerships I’ve visited, never once made an appearance. But sent word from on high that they were inflexible on the inflated price of the vehicle. And, I later received an email about my experience there asking for qualitative data. There was no response to my honest feedback.In a way, I’m thankful for this experience, because it did help me have a better experience closer to home and work. For better customer service and pricing, Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta will get the job done. I had a great experience with a salesman named Feroze.
Great experience at this dealership. Very friendly and transparent. Didnt feel like I was being taken to the cleaners like other fast talking dealers tend to make you feel. Zero high pressure and Rigo made everything seamless. So very nice. I would recommend this dealership/location to anyone. Not too large where you feel overwhelmed. Love my CX-5!!
My salesman scheduled me for an update after I bought a car but apparently scheduled it wrong so I didn’t have an appointment. They told me the day of that the salesman had made a simple mistake and reschedule me for the next day. I informed the manager of this error along with a few other things and even though I was given an explanation as to what happened he still proceeded to blame me for my appointment having to be rescheduled. Then two weeks after I bought the car the preform maintenance light came on. When I told the manager, Avery, about it he seemed not to care. The only maintenance he offered was a phone call to tell me how to switch the sensor off instead of actually checking out the car. This dealership is very poorly managed. I recommend going to another Mazda dealership if you are interested in Mazda’s.

I recently made an appointment to visit Rick Case Mazda to look at a used car. When we got there, it was out front waiting for us to look at it. Mona came right out and was extremely helpful. We went for a test drive and that was it. Sold. Ashley was with the finance area and she was so friendly and helpful. We didnt have to wait, she got our information in and gave us the best price! I hope she had a great time with drake!! The Travis came in and we met him. He was so cheerful!!! All you could do was smile. It really felt like a family.
