Gwinnett Place Honda is always a nice experience. They, again, always do great work. Now, there is one problem. When you drive into the service area for repairs. You have people sitting around in their cubicles and standing around chatting and not assisting the customer as soon as they arrive. Sometimes, you have to wait, now, this is not acceptable. Management, during training exercises may want to address this with their staff in the service area where cars are received. Other than this…this is a very nice place to bring your car for service.

Had the best experience in buying my very first car with Ray! I’m beyond happy with my purchase and definitely will be sending family members or friends to this dealership. They were very welcoming, friendly, and met all your needs as well as working with you and your budget.

I didn’t think there was a worse dealership in the area but I had the misfortune of going to this place, Gwinnett Place Honda. Brought my 2019 CRV here for oil change, tire rotation, and fuel pump recall. Paid for service went out into the parking lot and the car won’t show any lights when locking or unlocking. Sit in the car and all the display is glitching out and flickering on and off. Brake pedal is going weak and strong, and the car won’t start, unlock, lock, or activate alarm. Interior smells like the tech dropped 2 gallons of gas on the carpet. My multi point inspection shows everything is good other than brake pads and that the battery is good and has 450 out of 410 CCA so it’s better than rated. Yet the tech had to jump start it to get the car running. Asked for a rental so I could get back to work while they figure out and 3 hours later they call me to tell me the battery is broken. “Something with one of the interior cells.” Won’t tell me which cell or how they came to that conclusion especially when I have a paper from them showing my battery was better than rated earlier this morning. I ask them to ensure the fuel pump isn’t shorting out and draining the battery since that’s the only component that was electrical that they were supposed to touch to ensure my car won’t blow up while driving it and nothing.TL;DR: Stay away! Take your car somewhere else!!! Avoid this place! If your service is like mine, your vehicle will be worse off than when it came in, not better.

Its a complete 5 star for the Customer service, but I was a bit disappointed that there was no option given me, to opt out from the feature like Lo Jack (I felt the dealer is just exploiting the current crises scenario by forcing few features on me, to earn their profits), which is not at all fair. But still I would suggest Gwinnett Place Honda, because they are not exploiting customers in the name of Dealer Mark up prices (The price that dealer is charging in addition to dealer fee just because they are selling cars in this shortage time ) which some of the other Honda dealers are doing.
