As part of a long, cross-country trip this summer, we realized that we needed a better long haul seat! We ordered the seat through the good folks at HD Sports Center in Duluth. We met the seat there and switched out the old seat. They were super helpful in ordering the new seat and helping us ship the old one home. Could not have been smoother and we are grateful for all the help they gave us!

Nice layout, great inventory of accessories. Problem was I went in to order a replacement throttle cable.aftermarket the parts guy either didnt know how to properly measure it or purposely was going to order me the wrong cable.

Excellent customer service. Sales staff are great, always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service dept. Is great as well, excellent repair and install work. Always answering any questions I have. I bought my bike there, and was one of the best buying experiences Ive had.

Riding from ND to MI when my footrest rubber came off. Pulled in to Duluth HD an hour before closing. They stopped what they were doing and took care of me so I could get back on the road. Professional and efficient from the parts department to service. Thanks.

I took a 400 mile round trip ride to check out this Harley dealership. Initially I like the selections they had of everything and even found a few pretty good sales that were on a managers special rack. When I was checking out I specifically asked the guy if the shirts rang up with the 2 for $35 price, because even though I got a lot of smaller items, the total seemed higher then when I added all the items. He looked and said, yup it all was rang up correctly. We were with a group of 6 other people, so I was in a rush to go, and figured since I saw him look and he confirmed it was all correct, I didnt need to check it afterwards.Well, now that I am back home over 3 hours away, as I was taking the tags off and opening my other items I decided to see which other items caused it to be more then I had estimated it would be.Well, the manager special was never rung up, and instead of the 2 shirt for $35 like the sign said,(which is the only reason I got them at all), I PAID $30 for each shirt plus tax on both. So, NOW I AM FURIOUS since the cashier obviously lied about even looking at what I asked him about the price, and was then short with me and Ill ignored me when I asked to check out a ring in the case under the counter.So, as of now I give this dealership a horrible review. Tomorrow is Sunday, so Im curious to see how they plan on making this right since Im now over 3 hours away, and THEYVE ALREADY ROBBED ME FOR enough time and money

True Motorcylces but the price are climbing just like everything else cost of living is worth it with these bikes and accessories you never riding one if your looking differently the bike to save up for awesome riding comfortable and smooth

The workers went above and beyond, service guy found me a waterproof air filter cover that would work for my bike even though it wasnt for my bike, the rain suits were a much needed thing for the Deluth precipitation thank you again Deluth Harley-Davidson 😀 much appreciated and will recommend to everyone who goes through there

Lots of beautiful bikes to choose from, I felt like a kid in a candy store!

Just had a 20,000 mile on my 03 Fatboy. New tires too. Much more responsive after I picked it up. New plugs and the fuel system check/ adjustments must of helped things out. Feels new again. Thanks to the mechanics there. Can be a little costly sometimes but overall well worth it knowing Im set for the season.

Top shelf service and attention. Knowledgeable staff. They even wash your bike after servicing.

Bought a helmet size large, didnt try it on thought it would be one size bigger than a medium. Being a new customer didnt realize it couldnt be returned if it didnt fit. You would think a large would be bigger than a medium. The large ended up being smaller. The clerk told me there was nothing they could do. My bike is in their shop spending over $ 2,ooo on repairs. I will probably consider another shop next time. I didnt want my money back, just wanted a large helmet. I was polite and told the clerk to have a nice day.

I have nothing but good things to say. I bought a used ultra classic. I worked with Josh,he had all the papers ready to sign. I walked in 20 minutes later,I rode out. I stated the bike was used I had a fuel leak 2 weeks after I got the bike. The Harley shop came to my house and picked up the bike, they fixed it and did not charge me a penny. I will definitely be going back the level of customer service I got was above all expectations.

I was stranded with a bad tire over 800 miles from home. Called their service department to check on a tire. They had it, but refused to help me as I ride an Indian. Its not rocket science to put on a rear tire. He also would not give me a referral for an alternate shop. Douche baggery at its finest.

On road trip from North Carolina to South Dakota.......pulled in to service with oil transfer to primary. Service dept took my 2018 RG in right away......how could you ask for more from any dealership. Fantastic customer service! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Awesome service and friendly workers. I was told that because techs were in training the day I went that it might take a while, they had the job done before I went and ate lunch. I have only been to the service department twice and was greeted by name. Would absolutely recommend this place and will continue to get my work done here.
