Very helpful and friendly staff! Cant remember her name but she was there to help me try on some boots and I ended buying a pair!

I believe the girls name was Marie (long dark hair). She was super helpful and accomodating! She helped me find a great pair of shoes for my wedding (not a traditional bride so I found some Converse!).

Absolutely love this store! The gals that helped us today and 2 days ago are absolutely amazing! Got shoes 👞 for the whole family, twice!!

I feel that the customer service is always top notch when I enter the store. The quality of shoes also appear to be exceptional. I purchased a pair of hiking shoes for my wife a few years ago and she still loves them. The price is somewhat prohibitive for me though, and I generally check out the show and leave without buying anything.

Awesome shoe store. Something for everyone. Staff seemed to actually enjoy their job.

They persuaded me into buying waterproofing spray for my new leather and suede boots, and said I could spray it on any material. It ended up leaving white stains on the black leather. They wouldnt give me a refund because they were damaged. Dont go to this store.

They sell kids shoes but cant even help a new mom whos kid just started walking find the proper size for their baby but instead ignores you and says I have no idea size sizes are for kids when they sell kids shoes ???? Maybe learn about shoes since you work in a shoe store ???thanks for your help I found it elsewhere

Terrible service at the Duluth mall Journeys. Mary couldn’t stop chewing and chomping on her gum while talking. She was rude and made it clear we will never shop at another Journeys ever!
