I regret continuing with my purchase after the staff rang me up. She commented, stating Im happy you found your special section when referring to plus size options. Im fat, not on an Easter egg hunt. It was incredibly condescending & I shouldve just left then. Beyond that, large selection but overpriced.Edit: the hoodie I purchased is not even close to the size it was marked. Awful experience all the way around

Fun little shop to check out. Lots of cool stuff.

A nice variety of shirts, but so many of them are screen printed off-center that its difficult to find good ones. All the employees were quite rude, and the store is so tightly packed that there is no where to move. On top of that the signs everywhere that are preemptively yelling at you make sure you know how much they dont want you in there. Its ok if you just want to grab a t-shirt but everything else is way overpriced and not worth the hassle.

Every time my family visits we go to this awesome place. For a small family business they are doing great job. They already know us and give us the best service in the area

Terrible quality! Bought shirts for both of my kids and washed once and the lettering/screening printing has completely washed off on a good potion of my daughter’s shirts. Washed in warm with like colors. I wasn’t expecting super high quality but this is way worse than what I was expecting.

Should be -0 star. We took in a walking stick we got in TN, the cashier accused us stealing from the store, he wouldnt listen to our explanation. Thanks to a good lady speak out for us.

Spend your money elsewhere. My partner is a black man and while shopping with our small child, he was followed to the point the staff doesn’t even try to be discrete.We have been together for 18 years and have never experienced such awful and rude employees. I understand retail isn’t the easiest job, especially during a pandemic, but this was uncalled for in ANY situation.While watching him, I was trying to find an item when one of the employees eventually made eye contact with me and she asked if I needed help finding anything. I said, “yes, I need to find the correct size” and she simply walked away. I am disgusted. Racial profiling at it’s finest. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Great Place to live

No one was in the store, didnt see anyone working so I wasnt able to buy anything which was to bad because there was thing I wanted to buy.

Cute products, employees need to talk more quietly and realize they have guests in the store.

Caroline was super helpful and polite. While waiting for my shirt to be made, I could hear the employees talking poorly about other coworkers. A majority of the employees were in a bad mood except for Caroline.

I am obsessed with I Love Duluth. I love the huge selection. Well stocked. Unique items. Items you can custom make. Big store, but tightly packed. Hard to maneuver a stroller. But highly recommend. I always have to stop here, I always have to purchase something for me...and now for my daughter. Family tradition started!

Fun little store, Employees were fantastic!

After they applied a logo to a shirt I noticed a black smudge on it. I asked the woman who made it to redo it. She accused me of spilling sanitizer on it. Hand sanitizer I assume. We don’t carry it or use it. We never left the store. She then says something under her breath so I said we would just walk out if it was too much of a hassle for her. So we did, without the shirt and the other 40 or 50 bucks worth of stuff we had. Keep irritating customers and you’ll have more time to post more passive aggressive signs in the store.

I absolutely love this store! It is located in such a beautiful spot in Duluth and there’s so many fun things to do. The store has a lot of logos and a huge variety of products to meet your needs. The employees were very helpful, but there are many signs that helped me find what I was looking for. Everything is laid out in a very organized manner, and one can find all similar products clumped together in the same area. The combinations of colors are so visually appealing, and the overall environment is so incredible, this store is something I’ll never forget. What I especially liked was how easy it was to differentiate the products for males and females. Being able to quickly find what I was looking for made the shopping experience easy and stress free.

Very dishonest. Bought merchandise and realized it was broken. Went to exhange and all of the items on the shelf were broken. They finally gave us our money back. We were not rude or disrespectful but they were very unpleasant to work with. Clearly they dont understand american culture or ethics of not selling damaged merchandise. They left all of the broken merchandise on the rack to sell to somebody else.

Do your research. This business owner is not on the up and up. Had printed shirts look like trash after 1 wash. Then I saw the news articles about tax debt. Ouch. Makes a bad name for Canal Park.

What a nice store to stop by! Shopping there all the time and every year this place just gets better. They do nice thing bringing kids from abroad to work for the summer though cultural exchange program. I enjoy talking to them and give A+ to the customer service overall. Great job guys. Highly recommendPS I’m shopping here for years and have never seen any actual rasist stuff. That print about full America I simply except as a joke and totally don’t get haters with poor mind. People want to buy it so they sell it big deal. It’s still the biggest and the coolest place for tourists in Duluth

Love everything they sell!

Male employees working right now are hardly wearing their masks. One has his nose out and the other not covering mouth or nose, it’s under his chin. When we left one of the same employees was sitting on the moose next to the entrance smoking, so we walked out into a bunch of cigarette smoke.The inside of the store was also dirty, a lot of the stuff had lots of dust over it like it had not been dusted/sitting there for long periods of time.

Visit here every year and find something different to do each time!Great weekend getaway

Huge store! Stopped in so my wife could shop for a Duluth Hoody - ended up making a custom one and the lady who helped us was very friendly and was extremely easy to work with. Great prices too on some of the clothing.

Just went there maybe 30 minutes ago (8/17/19). Tight space to shop in, but if you lovd Duluth, they have a ton of shirts, hoodies, hats, etc with different styles of Duluth logos on them. Reason for the two stars was because of the employee staring me down the whole time I was there. Was it because of my scooter that I was carrying? My small back pack? Both? Not sure, but if that kid was supposed to be the stores loss prevention, he really sucks at his job. I did end up buying something, but I wont be going back in there any time soon.

Im from Duluth and will shop like Im a tourist. I love all or their clothes. Super bright, tasty, and fun. You at least need two hours to look around and shop. There is so much to look at.I came in there with the intention to buy a pair of shorts in an emergency situation because my teenage daughter forgot hers at home.... so I found the shorts and ended up leaving with 2 sweaters, some sweats, bumper stickers, annnnnnd knick knacks. Shame on me but I love all what I bought. Always have too.

Stuff were neat but the employees were very rude. It ruined the whole experience for us and we dont live in duluth.

Whoever the girl is with the long brown hair that works there should not be in customer service. I asked nicely if they had a restroom and she just rudely says Nope! amd turns around and walks away while rolling her eyes. I understand she probably hates her job and doesnt want to be there, but suck it up and be polite to your customers. I wouldnt spend a penny there for that reason alone. Seriously horrible service! I feel sorry for her coworkers who are actually doing a good job because she ruins it for them.

The 2 gals that were working there were very helpful. The have a wide variety of t-shirts long-sleeve shirts hoodies whatever you need theyve got it.

Heres a couple things. I bought shirts from there in June-it is now December and the shirts are already falling apart-graphics are cracking and there are holes appearing in the fabric. Usually I wouldnt spend time reviewing a tourist trap dump. However, I recently found out theyre selling stuff with inflammatory anti immigrant phrases. However, the store is owned by an immigrant, and I wont shop at a store owned by hypocrites. Save your money and go to Duluth Pack.

This place was awesome the variety of t-shirts they offer is out of this world! They did take awhile to check me out though which was kinda frustrating but other than that I highly recommend this place if your traveling in Duluth.

Not happy with the service provided. Wasnt happy with the clothing line they sold in 2009 which featured racist slogans about native Americans. Not impressed with the current stock of f--k off were full clothing. There are so many other businesses in Duluth more worthy of your patronage.

Cluttered and overpriced. They have “Native American themed” items which feels like cultural appropriation to me. They also don’t do returns at all. I tried to return two unused items that I purchased two days before and they wouldn’t do it.
