Hansel & Gretel Bakery is an authentic Korean bakery with lots and lots of varieties and flavors of cakes.I have tried the Bingsu (Shaved ice dessert) earlier in one of the another Korean restaurants and was not a big fan. But after trying it here, I totally have a different feeling now. Its really good and flavorful. I have tried the Mango Bingsu and its awesome.I highly recommend this bakery for someone who wanna try their first Bingsu!

We ordered Matcha Strawberry Bingsoo and loved it. Great atmosphere. Staff was nice. One of our favorite spots to go get dessert and pastries.

My fave dessert froyo. This got a lot of likes in my TikTok lol. — now my new fave, they make the best quality Thai Tea. It’s very hard to find one who makes good Thai Tea these days.

Really great spot for pastries, coffee, bubble tea, and shaved ice! Mostly Asian inspired flavors, but with a French pastry spin. Very similar vibe to Paris Baguette and other French inspired Korean bakeries in the area. Atmosphere was chill and inviting. Service was great. I would definitely come back again for the coffee and treats!

We absolutely love their shaved ice (bingsoo) here! Featured are their matcha strawberry bingsoo and mango cheesecake bingsoo.

The treats are not only good looking, theyre great tasting as well. I especially enjoyed the teddy bear mousse and the hibiscus lemonade.The coffee flavor of the Oreo and coffee is pleasantly strong, and the serving size is great for sharing with friends.

I normally visit with my family...my Umma & siblings but today went with my husband and step son, it was delightful as always. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

After 10+ visits, I can finally give this place my honest thoughts. HG took over what used to be mango six. Whenever I’m here, it’s always the two young ladies in the front working. This place is super clean and minimal. They’re always busy so if you want to enjoy your peace and quiet; it ain’t going to happen unless you have headphones on 🤪 I love their yogurt with mango!! The mangoes are always sweet and the yogurt reminds me of what my auntie made back home. It’s a big compliment because my auntie sells yogurt for a living. I always enjoyed a slice cake everywhere I go, but their cake is dry compared to other places. I highly recommend their drinks thought. Until next time!!! Peace

Marvelous Cream puffs resemblance of my childhood. They really knocked it out of the park. They executed their Cream puffs like a pastry in the heart of France. However, their fresh chocolate cream cake is not well executed comparing to thr Paris Baguettes cakes. Environment is perfect for a home office worker or a student to enjoy their time with a beverage and their choice of sweet.

The yogurts and cakes themselves looked really good. I just didn’t really like the tastes as I was expecting something better. However, the good price (plus a discount) and the atmosphere compensated. I’ll be back for sure and next time I’ll try something different.

I have visited this amazing Coffee Shop only once and will be returning again soon. Great place to hang out with your friends or study in white noise

I had the Vietnamese coffee and it was wayyyyyy too sweet. I told them about it and their response was to give me a small cup of milk so I can fix it myself... I added the milk and still way too sweet. My friend asked for the coffee to be fixed for me because I didn’t want to inconvenience them any more and they said “ok” but did not seem happy about it. After “fixing” it, it was still too sweet.Response to the owner:I don’t know who made my drink. My visit was yesterday 10/2/2021 around 6:15 pm.

Its kind of the Korean version of Central Perk from the TV show Friends. Its a calm cool laid-back atmosphere and you can enjoy fresh bakery and a cup of coffee outside.

This place is soo amazing. Last time I got an iced matcha latte and this time i tried the blue lemon sparkling lemonade. amazing drinks. Not only does this location have great selection the staff is absolutely outstanding and understanding of customer situation. After spending a bit of money I later returned with One of my bags of items that had been smashed on accident. I was in a crunched for time they quickly hotly regather items repurchase. Young man and the counter actually offered to replace them for free after hearing about my circumstances. I have never seen a bakery soooo packed with people. I felt like I was walking into the coffee shop on that TV show friends lol central perk or whatever. (Except this place is much nicer obviously) anyways, the hibiscus lemonade was pretty good.... Cheesecake didnt taste like cheesecake at all tho...in taste or texture which was strange. Fun atmosphere at least.

Ordered an iced Thai tea. When I got the drink it was almost purely white (meaning loaded down with a lot of cream and hardly any Thai tea). After drinking a sip it wasn’t at all tasty. All I wanted was a cup of Thai tea to help balance out the cream to tea ratio. Literally the cashier wouldn’t fix the drink. She wouldn’t redo the drink or refund me the money. I just threw the drink away and left (6 dollars for a terlible drink). The only other option they gave me was to BUY a new drink. Such terrible business and horrible experience.To respond to the question below: young white girl with her hair up, brownish color. She’s roughly 5’4-5’5 in height. I went on june 27th around 12:30-2:30 pm. I don’t have the receipt anymore to tell the exact time.

Drinks and desserts are always so delicious and tasty. Boba is always great in texture. Staff are friendly and respectful. I gladly make the 45 minute drive to come.

First Impressions: A lively spot with super friendly, energetic staff. There is an eclectic mix of clientele, with a fairly equal split on 1st timers and regulars.

The vietnamese iced latte is great! Great place to get baked goodies! Staff is always friendly, just wished they had a little more to offer like more breakfast sandwiches/croissants. I do like the garlic sausage croquettes and their cronuts!! (Raspberry or blueberry donuts)

The strawberry cream puff and blueberry cream puff were gifts - and both recipients loved the fresh fruit in these yummy eats! I also got a red bean donut (classic, well-filled), and a sesame donut - perfect amount of sweetness. I gave it 4 stars because they gave me a warm latte (took a while to cool, even with ice), and they forgot my puffs entirely, so I had to return to the store.Ambience is very pleasant and there is seating outside for those of us who are covid-aware. Be warned, though, that the servers at this location do NOT wear gloves, just masks; and I didnt see any hand washing while handling beverages. I probably will stick to the suwanee location or my favorite: White Windmill on Steve Reynolds.

I love this place. Do yourself a favor and get a cronut. I also love the cream filled breads. My wife and I had some over the weekend then both individually went back alone and brought home another loaf on the same day. Both still got eaten FAST.

This place is delish! The stafe is super friendly and recommended the Vietnamese Latte which was to die for. We tried the red bean donut, mini sausage brioche, chocolate cream puff, and one of their twists! Cant wait to go back for more. SO YUMMY!

During a recent business trip I had the pleasure of finding this gem of a bakery! I needed to make a stop for coffee and didn’t want the average cup of drip coffee from the gas station. So I wandered slightly off the beaten path. I spotted this place tucked back in a shopping center. The lighting and name coupled with the visible baked cakes drew me in. I started with the Vietnamese latte which was amazing! It was perfectly balanced not too sweet but just right! I remember thinking “fairytale coffee”. The selection of baked goods was incredible! Even though I had a long trip home I decided to make a selection or two or three or... I picked out three bags full of pastry’s to bring home. I also had to have another Vietnamese coffee, you know for the return trip. ;-)It took a fair amount of will power not to dive into the bags of goodies on the return but I was excited to share with my family, so that helped. After consuming these with everyone we now wish this bakery could be a local place so we could enjoy the same deliciousness, frequently. Days later I can recall the cheese filled pastry,(that I popped into the oven for about 3 mins to warm it on a suggestion from my server) OMG! the perfect macaroons. The two cream filled pastries one which was savory and one was sweet. The red bean filled pastry. I also had the privilege of meeting the owners who really obviously take specific pride in the things they produce. The quality was so good I would drive the 6 or so hours to have more even though it’s not practical. I do need to ask if they would ship overnight just in case my schedule wouldn’t allow for a drive. If I could give eleven stars I would. Did I mention the second Vietnamese coffee being as good or better than the first!I know a few things, one of them is a return to Hansel & Gretel is in my near future. One last thing I will leave you with, dear reader of the reviews - this establishment is absolutely spotless and polished on levels that go above and beyond! Go there and you will find a great many things, disappointment will not be one of those things.

This place is great! Food and ambiance are much better than Mozart bakery and Sweet Hut combined! The kiwi mojito is delicious and the layered croissants are the chefs kiss😙👌. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back!

I only get bubble tea from here but its pretty tasty! The staff is always friendly too. The strawberry in Thai tea flavor is delish, not a big fan of the coconut. It tasted like straight milk.

Two days ago we ordered a custom cake with preferred writing on the TOP of the cake, not on the piece of chocolate that we got. We several times explained what we want and still did not comply with our request. I wish there is more attentive personnel to receive the order.

Horrible service, gotten one of the pastries in a bag. Wow, talk about so dry asked eunice when they were made she said i dont know. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Then had the worse bubble tea i expierence. Milk was way to sweet Taste like leftover cereal milk, it was very cold and the boba were hot bit confused about that. Asked eunice why it was like that she said i dont know, began laughing with her other coworkers.Went back and ordered something else the fresh mango juice typically taste like baby food purée, couple sips and threw it out. Service was horrible run by bunch of kids. Wont be returning to this spot.And far as the atmospheres sounded pretty dead on the inside no music or anything.

Great food and drinks when they get the order right. Waited 30 mins on my lunch break today for a frozen baba tea and by the tome I got my order, it was wrong and I didn’t have have to do anything about it. Lesson learned I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Such long line and only one cashier. There were 4 employees behind the counter but no one cared about the long line. I had to leave. Couldnt wait any longer just to check out some bread. Wish they cared more for customers.

Traveling from out of town and was so pleased with their lattes and baked goodies I went back everyday I was in town. Highly recommend! Very clean, friendly and good quality. - Visiting from Tempe, Arizona originally from San Diego-- I think youd do well in either city!

Stopped by to get some coffee, but ended up also ordering a strawberry cream puff, blueberry cheesecake and the garlic crisps(?)! All were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try out some of the other deserts and their fresh bread.

Bingsoo are real good

Love this place! Super modern and cute! Their fresh cream puffs are ADDICTING (I purchased 20 of them just now) and so are their mojitos!!! Their bread is super fresh and always delicious. As for the comment below stating that this establishment is not Covid safe and that their coffee is too sweet, they practice many safety precautions and are always happy to fix your order! All you have to do is ASK and they are more than happy to assist you!! I’ve never had a bad experience here.

This place is unsafe for coronavirus! A woman was behind the counter with no mask, and an employee pulled her mask down under her nose while she made coffee, which means both of them could be breathing germs all over the equipment. The pastries are also self-serve, just laying out where anyone can touch them. The latte I got was an over-sweetened disaster. I wont be going back. I dont appreciate businesses that dont prioritize our safety. Mozart bakery cafe around the corner has better coffee and many of the same Korean desserts, but the employees wear masks.
