Lovely staff, great matcha latte. The space is nice and open, with interesting line art throughout. Shy a star only because it was 75°F the day I visited and the heat seemed to be on. So, it was too warm while I met with a colleague.

It was super busy when we arrived, staff was great and cranking out orders so the wait was minimal. Andrew was able to keep a friendly smile throughout the chaos. Had to drop a good review, we were very impressed with the staff downtown!

Very slow. Not sure if was just an extremely busy day that they werent expecting or what. But my order finally came out and tasted better than expected giving how hectic it was.

Good service, although when ordering on the app it often allows you to order things that are out of stock. The staff are always very nice about this and offer replacements or refunds.

This place is pretty depressing to be at during the pandemic. Though they made my coffee quickly and were nice enough. The bathrooms were closed, which is unacceptable, and does not allow people to wash thier hands even if they are a paying customer. The coffee was lack luster at best, probably coming down to the way Starbucks roasts its beans.

Went and got some coffee today. Brian on cash was super friendly and helpful, and the staff got my beverage out very quickly.

Busy at 10am on Monday, July 5th, but the staff was upbeat, engaged with customers during ordering hard at work getting drinks out. You wont find an amazing view of Superior or anything, but its a great little spot to people watch in the area!

Very inappropriate giant rainbow flag across pickup indoor counter. This is a public business & customers should not have to be subject to personal agenda. Others were commenting how distasteful as well. .....also,, staff very grumpy...& drink was terrible...dumped it out. Will NEVER return.

The baristas were very sweet and informative. I was ordering for my family, but I dont drink coffee. The ladies helped me figure out what to order. Getting to the location was a bit confusing because of the road closures and construction, but it was worth the trip.

Asked for a Carmel macchiato and it tasted like water when I told them it didn’t taste right they just said “what do you want me to do about it”. Instead of remaking the drink they just poured more Carmel syrup on top of it and I just ended up leaving with a cup of Carmel. Extremely dissatisfied with the people in this Starbucks. Learn some customer service skills.

First day I went here was great! Day 2 not so great they made my salted cream cold foam and it had no cream. I went back to show them and they told me that’s how it’s supposed to be (not creamy and just straight salt and foam) they refused to remake it and just put cream in it instead of the salted cream cold foam. I ordered the same drink day one and it was perfect. The man at the counter wasVery rude and did not want to help me

Stopped here on a Saturday. First had tried another coffee shop on the water front but it was very busy so we walked over to Starbucks. Got a table and a quite spot to sit while waiting for our harbor cruise. Only negative is the music was kinda loud.

Always happy and friendly, and I always see my favorite Barista when I stop in after getting my paycheck. He is always so happy and puts me in a better mood. You rock, man! 🤘🤘

Today was a very stressful and emotional day and I was about to give up. All I wanted from Starbucks was the energy to get through my 14 hour overnight shift, but what I got was so much more, the motivation to keep going on with my life. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted with Kirsties warm smile and kind words. It was so nice to see someine that is willing to go above and beyond at their job. And the coffee was delicious as well.

Normally I wouldn’t have anything bad to say. But when I ask for no bacon on my sandwich, and than you still cook it with the bacon on it. And then don’t take it off til after you give it too me and I say, “you didn’t take the bacon off?” And than your employee just walks back and takes it off and than gives me the same sand which back?? Yeah that’s horrible customer service. I don’t eat pork, but now there is bacon grease all over my sandwich?! And than when I try to say something your employee just walks away from me🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️This is the last time I come to this Starbucks ever again!

Came in around 11am on a Monday. Aaron and the other staff behind the counter we so vibrant and making people laugh/smile. Made me smile just to see the warmth and friendliness here.Update: The next day I didnt get the same vibe. Completely different staff around the same time and they were more focused on the conversation with other staff.

I went to this Starbucks because it was supposed to be open at 5 am. It did not open until 5:30 am, luckily I still got my coffee and made it to work. Service otherwise was great.

Great lunch stop with the kids! We needed lunch before our train ride and this was practical and economical. This Starbucks has a full sandwich menu which includes their breakfast sandwiches and lunch paninis - perfect for the kids and hubby. And I got to have a white mocha to boot. Happy momma on this train ride!

Was not happy with my experience at all, went for national frappechino day and they didnt even know about it which was fine (I guess lol) but then they completely got the order wrong and instead of just starting the right drink made me wait in line again to refund what they had charged me for so I could then pay the correct amount for what they were supposed to make in the first place as it was only 14 cents more.

I work at Starbucks. I know how we should act. The lady at the front who helped me (Julie) was very rude and when I tried to correct her, she didn’t ring up my drink right and when I told her I had partner numbers, she just stared at me rudely and didn’t even ask for me to being Telling her them, she just expected me to know what to do. Wrong size drink, wrong drink, don’t expect to come back here again.

The prices are ridiculous and Ive stopped going because of them and the subpar quality of the beverages.Most of the drinks are too bland or too sweet. Even the hot coco is severely lacking the real taste of chocolate.The breakfast food is so dry you need to drink something to get it down without choking.I used to go at least twice a day, I had lots of business in the downtown area, and Ive always been more than happy with the customer service.

Its a starbucks so its exactly like the thousands of other starbucks in existence in the world. The staff are friendly here though, more so then other starbucks ive been too. Which gives them five stars from me instead of four. If you need a coffee fix its a good place to go.

I love the staff at Starbucks! They remember my choice of drink, ( Vente Ultra Caramel Frap w/ a shot of espresso ), and i can honestly say it taste better and better every time i visit!
