Would like to be able to give them ZERO stars! This is an over priced, out of the way place to go to.. Its mainly there for the Holiday Inn guests or people that may work at or visit other places inside the Skywalk... The worst unaccommodating staff. I was literally assaulted by one of their employees, the front counters order taker literally put hands on me over a cup of ice!!!! I was also 8 months pregnant at this time!! Should have pressed charges. But the hotel staff and The Greenery staff did absolutely NOTHING in this event. Which in the customer service world is HIGHLY unheard of and is EXTREMELY unacceptable!! I think they may have gotten rid of the lady that did this to me.. But no way to know for sure.. As they told me nothing except for at the time that if I had a problem with it then I needed to contact the police... Which I would have but my phone was dead and I didnt have a charger at the time...they never offered any apology or accommodation to help fix that outrageous situation which makes me first ill and makes my jaw drop to the floor! Ive worked in customer service jobs for a long time and I never seen anything like this... Never seen a situation so bad handled even WORSE!! Its just an all around stay away from this place type of sad excuse for a company still standing... Terrible!!

The girls are amazing. Its covid. They deal with SO MANY entitled boomers and Karens. For real. But on another note the food is okay too. Its a little expensive as its kind of part of the hotel, but very hearty portions. They used to have soup that was AMAZING. Shout out to the manager lady who I hear from all her employees NEVER shows up to work 😂 but they make do aye

Breakfast is very bad. Breakfast sandwich on a bland soggy English muffin with sad soggy bacon. The chicken breakfast burrito was gross.

Go somewhere else to get breakfast!Overpriced microwave burritos that tast like theyve been in a freezer for months. Food is almost inedible, coffee is good.

I like this place mostly because of the staff. It is Starbucks coffee but I don’t think the food is the same, meaning it’s pretty good. The only drawback is there are always coffee grounds in my espresso drinks. Maybe it’s a training thing? Great stop(only stop) for the holiday Inn that isn’t a sit down place like the lyric. Speedy service!

We love the staff at Dovetail. If you are a regular they make an effort to know your name.

Good cappuccino but its a rip off for other stuff. 4.50 for a burrito, smallest tortilla you can buy. Very small burrito

Coffee they asked me how to make a turtle Americano like its your job then it sucked and then they couldnt substitute feta for Swiss because Swiss was sliced not shredded really learn to do your job people who hired n trained these girls somebody with money and no experience or somebody to stressed to put love into what they do is my guess im sorry will try it again on another day just not coffee though

I love the coffee and atmosphere.Its very pleasant and enjoyable for your morning coffee.Also they always have the current regions newspapers.So i really enjoy that.The staff is cheerful and very helpful.I love visitng the Greenery every morning for my first cup of the day.
