Worst customer service EVEREREER

I buy a $6 ice cream for my daughter from here on my way home from work. I return 10 minutes later because when she open the ice cream it was terribly freezer burned. I show the cashier the freezer burned ice cream and he points to a no refund no exchange sign and i tell him I dont want a refund I just want to get one thats edible. He says there is nothing he could do. I wouldve accepted a cheeper ice cream in return. Do not buy anything out of here without examining it and dont buy the ice cream at all because the temperature on the freezer probably isnt correct.

Lady didnt even know what a print and play was and shooed me away very disrespectful.

This is my neiborhood Texaco so I go everyday. The service has gotten very much better. They Greet you well with positive energy so thats a thumbs up for me.

Rude cashier! Dont bother buying the Cajun fried chicken here unless you have a strong stomach. Watch out for those guys that hang around this gas station! Not a safe place!

Place does not deserve 1 star... go to the store just about everyday because it was close to my apartment . rude employees but the location convince didnt stop me from going.Until my wallet was left at the counter while purchasing with over $500 dollars in it and though they have 24 hour surveillance.. they refused to help in any way... the worker who worked at the register at the time even went as far as to get an attitude when I asked him for store manager info. and stated their ant shxt we can do.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star! I have been disrespected by the employees of this Texaco for the last time. This texaco used to be my after work stop every day. I am tired of being disrespected by Daniel and Fitsun. On several occasions, me and my friends have been given attitudes, bad looks, and even feelings of racism. To name a few, the last time I got chicken at krispy kunchy, I called the texaco because they had told me that theres a 10% discount on phone orders. I went to the texaco 15 minutes later, and I was not given my 10% discount. I questioned Fitsun about it and he put took 1 dollar off of a $30+ bill. Now, I had never asked about the discount, it was offered to me when I stopped by for gas. Another occasion, my friend had walked in for cigarettes. My friend specifically asked for the Marlboro Gold Pack. Daniel shouted what? to my friend, and my friend repeated. Daniel then goes on lashing out to my friend that they are called lights, when clearly the pack says Gold Pack. I know my laws. The name changed due to the misleading representation of the word light so technically it is taboo to use the word, even if it is commonly used due to old habits. But, my friend did not deserve to be disrespected as such. Today, was the last straw. I walked in a little after 6:00 PM and asked for a few things and $10 dollars on pump 3. Fitsun did not even ready the card machine and kept telling me its declined. No total had popped up. Only the welcome screen. No receipt of declination was given to me. I tried another card and this time the total popped up with the option of credit or debit. Before I could do anything, he reached over and canceled the transaction telling me it was declined. He denied service to me for absolutely no reason other than the fact that he dislikes me. He doesnt know me like that. Therefore me and my friends have determined he is hating based on race and we are extremely offended. I, my friends, families, and peers no longer plan on visiting this establishmentP.S I went to the Citgo across the street. Card worked perfectly fine. My total was higher at the Citgo too.
