The Pharmacy staff is rude and condescending. When trying to transfer a prescription, the new pharmacy has not been able to get Walgreens to answer their phones. The staff acted with indignation when questioned about the difficulty in getting phones answered. Told me they always answer the phones.Ironically, we went up front to purchase other items and the sales staff was dealing with an upset client on the phone. He apologized that the pharmacy doesnt answer the phone. They told us it happens all the time. So their credibility is shot after they flat out lied about taking all calls.Good luck!

This Duluth Georgia location is well organized. One aisle had a great assortment of candies to purchase. Next to the assortment of candies was great holiday or special occasion items. This Walgreens made my Wednesday a happy Wednesday.

One of staff is very rude. She didn’t want to take time to listen and had very aggressive tone of voice. I was just calling to make sure my son’s COVID test sample made to their lab because the lab informed me the sample hasn’t received after four business days. I don’t recommend this Walgreens. I spoked to this particular staff before on the phone. She is always very unfriendly and aggressive.

The worst Walgreens I have used in my life. My sugarloaf Walgreens lost their lease and closed so they moved my prescription to Buford Highway. After waiting a week for my prescription I finally was told that insurance turned down my four year running prescription. So I called them and they said that was incorrect that they had not been contacted. I called back Buford Highway I buckled and they finally figured out they had sent my prescription verification to a wrong doctor. Then they finally got the prescription worked out and then said I needdd to wait three days. I told them to just send it to Kroger because I wasn’t willing to drive two hours to go get my medicine since Kroger had it in stock I just needed it transferred. After waiting another day for them to send over my prescription I finally called to say please please please get off your azz and send my prescription to Kroger and they then said I had to have my doctor do it. Never never never never do business with these incompetent and rude buffoons.

Store does not have products that are useful for everyone... Came in for hair dye but they dont have ethnic hair dyes for African-Americans in the community. The African-American purchasing woman stated she only buys things to suit the demographic of this area. Ive lived in Duluth for 5 years now... Sad that this is a continuance of segregation in 2017.

No greeting from the two people at the registers. As I walked to the photo area I had to ask one of them if anyone was working over in this area and it just so happen to be one of them. The price was higher than expected for print outs for a disposable camera. Clean and convenient location, with two Redbox kiosks outside.

Charged me 108$, when they didnt run my new insurance, which only came out to 8$, after I told them numerous times prior to this visit that it changed. Youd think it would he updated in there system. Nevertheless.... Was waiting for over 10mins at the window, with no, oh sorry we will be right with you. I DONT MIND WAITING BUT DONT JUST LEAVE A CLIENT SITTING THERE WITH NO RESPONSE.

I dont even know where to begin with this pharmacy. This past Thursday afternoon, my dogs vet sent in a prescription request for an antibiotic. I never received a call to say it was ready, so Friday morning I called this pharmacy to make sure it had been received. After being told nothing had been received I called the vets. They told me it had been sent in the day before just a little after 2PM. This Walgreens kept insisting it had not been received. Right as I was getting off the phone again with the vets, a man from the pharmacy called to apologize and say that it had been received, but for some reason had not been scanned into the system-but that they would have it ready within 15 mins. I thought, ok no problem, Ill just stop by and pick it up on my way out of town for the weekend.That afternoon, I showed up to pick up my prescription with my dog in tow, and the woman inside rudely tried to tell me the manager called me personally to tell me they were out of stock of that antibiotic and that it was noted in the system a message had been left. I had a missed call that I received around 4 PM from an unknown number, but did not have a VM. Not only that, I was told around 10:15 that morning that it would be ready in 15 mins...thats a lot of time in between to figure out your out of stock! After wasting about 10-15 mins of my time to find somewhere else with it in stock, I was told to head over to another Walgreens in the area and that by the time I was there, they will have let the pharmacy know and my prescription will be ready.I arrived at the other pharmacy and waited FOREVER in the drive-thru. Finally the car in front of me left and I waited for about another 5-10 mins.-no lie and finally had to press the call button to get anyone to come over. That is when I find out that not only did this pharmacy not call them like they said they would, they too were out of stock of this medicine! Long story short, the girl at this Walgreens called the prescription in to another location and I was able to pick it up when I got back in town Sunday.I am still in disbelief at the customer service that was provided at these two locations. I wasted 30+ minutes on all of this and was late to a dinner I was trying to get to. I have a dash-cam in my car that can back all of this up. This experience has reminded me why I go to CVS for all of my pharmacy needs. Never will I be back here. Ridiculous.

I arrive on time but had to be there for one and a half hour. I have to say that they saw me the same day as an emergency and that Doctor Carlisle was really nice. However, when I tried to change the prescription they werent very helpful. They told me they couldnt give me the prescription without the Pharmacy number. I told the lady I could not get that number and asked if she could look it up for me. She refuse to help me and got in to an attitude that no collaboration at all. I was ok with my experience until this point and ready to make this place my eye doctor. However, I wont be coming back except for my follow up appointment and thats it.

The pharmacy techs give horrible customer service!!!!!!!! The other sales people are friendly enough, and the store is conveniently located. Its a shame because its okay other than the RUDE pharmacy customer service.
