My Bolova watch needed small crystals to replace ones that had fallen out on the rim and band so I visited the repair shop near my home. Joseph did a phenomenal job not only securing the small crystals that he didnt have in stock, but also replacing the battery and watch face. I was very impressed with their service - worth the wait!

I stopped in to get three new watch bands and Michelle was so kind, helpful and thorough! She texted me when ordered band was in. Great customer service and follow through! I will definitely use them in the future!

Armen & Joseph Jewelers and staff continue to amaze me. I stopped in a week or so ago to have the diamond cross, that Joseph designed and crafted for me a few years ago, cleaned and checked. While Ginny was taking care of that, I wandered around the store looking at all the beautiful jewelry. Armen & Joseph have some of the most unique and beautiful pieces, many of which you wont see in any other store. I have been looking for a ring that would match my favorite pair of earrings for over a year and of course found it there during that visit. The problem was that I had lost one of my earrings and wasnt quite sure how I was going to replace it. I was explaining that to Ginny and she immediately offered to help. She asked to hang on to the one earring I had to see what she could figure out for me. I came back a couple of hours later and Ginny had found a source and had prepared the way for me to contact those folks and have the earring replaced. Joseph and staff treat everyone like they are family. If you havent experienced the care and customer service they provide, you are truly missing out on the best jeweler in town!

The staff are all incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind people and a pleasure to speak with. Joseph reset my diamond that was passed on from my Grandmother to my Mom and then to me in a gorgeous new ring and band with diamonds! Armen and Joseph’s provided me with exceptional service. After ordering some stackable rings online from a different vendor, the rings came in and were far too large for me. That is when I called Armen and Joseph’s and explained that I needed a ring resizing. Joseph (the owner) kindly gave me a quick quote over phone and guaranteed that he could do a resizing by the end of the weekend. His pricing beat all other jewelers I had called that day. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted and assisted. I went to pick up my rings after 2 days and they seemed to fit perfectly in store. After wearing the rings for a day, I started realizing that they were a bit too tight to wear all together especially since they were stackable. I called Armen & Joseph’s back and explained my situation to which they were happy to re-adjust the size for me free of charge. When we came in, despite the shop being busy, he also took his time to show us some of the wedding bands available (per request) and mother’s birthstone rings. I was so impressed and pleased by my service. After two days, my rings were resized again, and they fit and look absolutely perfect. My husband and I will definitely be back.

As a young man looking for an engagement ring I was not pleased with pleased with the customer service of who I assume to be owner, Joseph. Made me feel like I was in the pawn shop trying to sell diamonds for cash. Thats why I went to a jeweler with nice reviews instead of every other We Buy Gold express on every corner. Why I felt like I needed to make my own review.... Went in with 4 diamonds and was hoping to find a ring for one and sell others or trade for a setting. The receptionist and Victor were very polite and kind. Joseph was not so much. Felt like I was being talked down to. Maybe he assumed the worst with me being young and selling diamonds, or maybe thats just his attitude to everyone. Either way I wont be returning, to many other options in the area.

Years ago Joseph designed and created a ring for me. It is gorgeous and I have been complimented on it all over the country by many people. He also repaired another ring for me and did a superb job. He and his staff are friendly and provide wonderful prompt service. I have recommended Joseph to many people but he recently repaired a wedding ring for my good friend that was botched by another jeweler. Her ring turned out perfect. I have never seen her happier. Omg....I am over the moon!! Mym-i-l passed away. My husbands sister and nieces divided up her jewelry and gave me gorgeous blue topaz earrings and a matching ring. While I love the earrings, the ring is simply not my cup of tea, as I dont wear rings. I took it to Joseph to simply have it set as a pendant. It is simple. It is eligant. It is FABULOUS! Rarely have I taken it off since my husband gave it to me years and years ago. One day I noticed a diamond had fallen out of my ring, I was devastated. I was blown away because I was on the verge of losing another diamond because of a broken prong.I have to tell you that not only did they replace my missing diamond, Joseph restored my precious to her original state of beauty! Amazing service! Went in to have my favorite ring repaired and was greeted at the door. My ring is silver/cubic zirconia and the band was warped. They took it to the back to inspect it and went ahead and fixed it while I was filling out my info! I was amazed how fast it was, I was thinking it would take a few days at least.They recommended not professionally cleaning my ring as it could knock some stones loose. They also told me they could re-create my ring in white gold and diamonds if I ever wanted to do a custom design! Seriously incredible service. I didnt have a chance to look around at their jewelry selection but Im sure its fabulous. I will definitely come back!

These folks are awesome. Ive been buying my jewelry from them for 30 years. Bought my wifes engagement ring, later a ring guard for her engagement ring, and lately a gorgeous diamond cross necklace for her birthday. Theres no reason to look anywhere else. I got an athletic State champion ring stuck on a finger and had it there for several months. My dad had gone to this store several times for his watches and was satisfied everytime. He had me go here in hopes of them getting my ring off. The jeweler was very nice and patient with me. He helped me stay calm and was able to remove my ring without damaging it or my finger. Im very appreciative as it would have been costly to fix it and it may not have been able to be fixed. The store itself is very well laid-out and everything is easy to find inside. I admired the jewelery while waiting and it all looks very nice and beautiful.

I got engaged at the beginning of the month and needed my ring resized and cleaned. The ring is my fiancées grandmothers ring and I was concerned where to take it. My good friend Elizabeth told me about Armen And Joseph. I went and was very impressed. I met Joseph who is one of the owners. He was very nice and friendly. He told me about my ring and even let me look at the diamond with his fancy eye glass magnifier. I do not know the technical term! He gave me a fair price, a write up and even touched up some of the areas that were there from a previous jeweler that needed to be smoothed out. I also had an insurance appraisal done while it was there. I came to pick it up and was so pleased with it. I have worn it everyday and Im so happy that my friend gave me the recommendation to see armen and Joseph jewelers. I will be a customer for life! Thank you!!
