Hubby and I stopped here on the way out of ATL. We were looking for a place that served breakfast all day. And I wanted lunch. Had good reviews so lets try it. It was busy at 11 a.m. literally had on booth with our name on it. We got our menus and they had ALOT of different food on the menu. Usually, that means that they arent be good cause they doin too much. Well were WRONG... hubby said breakfast was good.. biscuit was good too.. mine was delicious.. the alfredo sauce is homemade.. I asked cause that is a deal breaker for me.. if you can believe this the mushrooms were even fresh..the waitor even though they were slammed was attentive.. sweet tea was good.. bathroom was clean... restaurant was clean... and we thought it was great price for what we got.. will definitely be back...
First time here. Ordered swiss cheese and ham Omelet and corned beef hash and eggs. The Omelet was very good. Large portion and very tasty. The two eggs on the combo plate were really good, as well. The potatoes for both orders however, were a mix of hot and cold temperature-wise. Not evenly heated through. I was disappointed in the corned beef hash. I get this quite often in other restaurants and this was a small portion compared to others. In addition it was overly crispy. Our server started out attentive but eventually seemed to forget us. Overall, based on this first visit, we were not completely satisfied. Perhaps we will give them one more try and order something different.
This has to be one of my favorite places for breakfast because of their Duluth Diner Breakfast Special. It has too much food for one, and you get a taste of everything; eggs, pancakes 🥞 (Excellent) or waffle, sausage, bacon, toast and potatoes or grits. 😋 Yummy. I was so obsessed with my breakfast that I dont remember what my guest had.
My brother and I stopped for lunch and left STUFFED. I had the Breakfast Special and he had the bacon, cheddar and avocado omelette. We were very hungry and werent patient enough to take pictures, but we wish we had. Fairly priced for the portions we received and now we have a new go-to breakfast place in our rotation. Looking forward to the next meal!
Our server was so on it. He was what the true word is called customer service. Awesome service. The food was okay, yet I would go back just for the service.
Food was very good. Our server was slow, and really did not listen at all. Sweet tea became unsweet. Water with lemon became just water. Onion rings instead of fries became, you guessed it, fries. Never filled up any of our (mostly incorrect) drinks. Would eat there again, not in that servers section.

This is the first time I have tried the Duluth Diner. The website is nicely done and the burgers looked delicious. I ordered take-out, a burger medium rare. It was well done, which made it dry, very disappointing. I also have a problem with the auto-tip added when I am picking up. The amount of the tip should be left to me, not the restaurant.

Ive never been so thankful for people Ive never met before. I have a gluten allergy so I cant eat things from most restaurants and when Im having a hard day I get Duluth Diner. I always order the same dish from here, and its consistently crazy delicious and doesnt make me sick. And they have the best grits Ive ever had in my life. Thank yall so much ♥️♥️♥️

Pretty darn Good! They have the yummy old fashioned grits you cant find too many places. The eggs were scrambled perfectly and the Pancakes were lightly cooked..just like I like them! YUM! I had the chicken? Turkey? Sausage...it was tasty. I had too much to eat so I didnt get around to the biscuit in my order but its DEFINITELY worth a try if you want a yummy ole fashioned breakfast!
Googled a place for pancakes & waffles. Place looks Ike a pizza tavern converted to a breakfast joint. Staff were very nice and the place is clean. All of our food came out very cold as if they didnt have a heat lamp to stage it before delivering to the table. Individual butter and syrup packets(cold) were annoying. I get the Covid thing but lets move on and get a pitcher of warm syrup etc! Bacon tasted horrible and I never waste bacon! I expected too much. Im not going back but wouldnt stop someone from trying it.
If you are looking for a real American Diner look no further!! The Duluth Diner immediately took me back to me back to my teenage years when I arrived to the United States from Dublin, Ireland. Upon entering the diner I was made feel very Welcome by all the staff. I was immediately seated and given my menu. The menu is absolutely amazing. My server immediately took my drinks order and gave me plenty of time to read over the menu. I ordered the Steak&Eggs with a side of toast. Everything was perfect! The coffe, steak, eggs and toast were perfect. Let me add the coffee and orange juice were perfect also. My server was awesome and checked in on me to see if I needed anything. You can tell the staff take a lot of pride in their jobs and the Duluth, Diner. The Duluth Diner is open Seven Days a Week. Now here is the best part. The Duluth Diner is perfect for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It should be noted they offer amazing desserts also. The Duluth Diner is very clean and the rest rooms are clean also. Lastly I have traveled all over the world with the United States Marines, Originally from Ireland and traveled all over the United States. The Duluth Diner rates very high on my list of places due to all my past experiences. I definitely will be visiting the Duluth Diner in the near future. A good place to come for good food. At least it used to be. They have always been known for their huge portions, until now. I ordered one of their specials but it was very average, and portioned average as well. The food was good. Just not memorable. Or even very good. Oh, well. They say the good things never last. I think the same can be said for this place too.

This was always a great place to eat but prices are ridiculously high. I had meatballs and spaghetti and I was charged $1 for each meatball extra. That doesnt make sense because after all I did order spaghetti and meatballs as it states on menu. Who pays $15.95 for just a plate of spaghetti?

Tried some different dishes today (I DID mention before that it is a fourteen page menu!) The Caribbean Monte Cristo came from the kitchen looking fantastic! The only failure in it was my own... I have been craving an actual Monte Cristo so gave this a shot. Really was good for what it was! Exactly what the menu described! Like I said, the disappointment is all in me...Disco fries... hmm... this reminds us in so many ways of Poutine from Canada. Flavorful, filling, and fun! Only thing I would change is to have the fries crispier as they got soggy towards the end.Service and food quality were top notch as has been the case each of our visits. Definitely will be back to explore this menu further!

Im super picky. That said it was one of the best Eggs Benedict Ive ever had. My husbands French Toast was delicious. Cooked perfectly and Arion was a good server. Well definitely be back.
My husband and I visited this diner yesterday June 6 at about 9ish. It was busy and they were short handed however they were very efficient and I was happy with the service and the food, as always was awesome. The staff needs to stop and breathe. Will be back soon.
I met some friends here for lunch today. It was the first time any of us had dined here. We all thought the food was very good and have agreed to come back here next time we meet for lunch. The menu is extensive. There is something here for everyone.

Duluth Diner is the the best place to eat why I said that is because they dont see colour they treat each customers the same way smiley face and very professional good attitude by the servers that will want to make you go back and dine there anytime because they judge you as a customer and not the way you look thanks to the elderly guy that serve us and thanks to the 2 ladies
Menu is too big..... Food was good. But the male waiter we had was not so good. He acted like he didnt understand what we were talking about. Maybe next time there will be better service.
Took a long time to get our food and it was cold. No refills on drinks and our waitress Carmen ( I believe thats her name) did not listen well as our order was not right when it came out, fries were burned. Food is also expensive. I will not be coming back to this restaurant.

First visit was Jan. 8th... I was definitely pleased. Carmen was the server. She was friendly and attentive. I had the steak omelette, with grits. Carmen brought coffee, and kept it refilled! Shockingly awful, after reading good reviews.Corned beef reuben was cold and soggy.The calamari did not taste fresh.The French fries were cold and soggy.Nothing worth the $40.00 that I spent.Would advise anyone to pass on this place
Every time I go it reminds me how much better it is to IHOP or Waffle House(in my opinion).

We drove past them almost every day for 15 years. I dont know why we never stopped - we just didnt. About 2 weeks ago we decided to use GrubHub for the first time. On the GH app, we selected breakfast and picked Duluth Diner. We had custom omelette, pancakes, potatoes, country ham, turkey sausage and coffee. Woke up this beautiful Sunday morning and decided to try Grub Hub and Duluth Diner again. We changed our menu slightly. It was great both times. Delivered on time, food was fresh, tasty. Food also LOOKED good. Large portions. To me, their pancakes are better than First Watch, IHOP, Another Broken Egg, Egg Harbor. Good prices. We will eat there again!

My family and I arrived right before they were closing and felt bad for coming in so late. However, our waitress, Carmen, was sweet and made sure we didn’t feel rushed and told us to take our time. She constantly made sure our glasses were full and the food came out very quickly. Not to mention the food was AMAZING!! Mrs Carmen is definitely the best!! 😊👍if I’m ever in Duluth again, I know where I’m eating!!
First visit and an unexpected treat. Vast menu with a heavy lean to breakfast fare. A really good place for all 3 grazing periods of the day with a lot of choices for those times in between. ENJOY!
The manager wore a mask below his nose and kept touching it. He wanted us to sit next to all the other people in the restaurant while we placed our takeout order, and frowned and seemed exasperated when we stood off to the side (out of the way) instead. Absolutely no one was wearing a mask, even as they chatted after eating or hadnt ordered yet. Not the restaurants fault per se, but management and staff made zero effort to enforce.When we paid and had a problem with the machine, without asking either time, he took my credit card out of my hand even after he had reached for it and I had pulled back, asking him to just wait a moment while I tried the machine again (Id only tried once.)Two stars because the burger and chicken fried steak were unremarkable but not awful.Mask issues, zero social distancing, and grabbing my card out of my hand without asking? No, I wont be going back.

Turkey triple decker disappointing overall. Bread was good. Would it hurt to actually make a turkey and then use the meat? If it was over roasted then I apologize. Did not seem that way. Overall....meh.

We came for breakfast. The place was empty on a Saturday morning at 8am didnt even look open. Food was decent. My daughter had a waffle topped with strawberry and whip cream and enjoyed it. The vibe in this place is very odd. The waitress wasnt really connecting with me. It just doesnt give a welcoming energy. The prices dont equal the food quality. My total was close to $27 for a omelet meal and 7 yr old meal. It was decent food, just not a place I would return to.
Did a Doordash order. Called the Diner to verify order and let them know to substitute Pork Sausage with Turkey Sausage due to being allergic to Pork and was giving a hard time by the Manager. They didnt have the option on Doordash to substitute the order and thats why I called Duluth Diner to make changes.Now I have done this same order before with no issues, so why this time???Had to cancel order, and My Card still got charged, and have to wait possibly an entire week for funds to get returned.We eat there all the time. Never again.Lost a Repeat Customer.
