Bought 2 pairs of glasses n didnt give me glass cleaner.Pretty disappointing when spending that kind of money.

This is of no reflection of the Duluth Sunglass Hut store as i ordered online. Of course, there is no where to leave a review for their website. I ordered a pair of sunglasses online on the Sunglass Hut website. After waiting two weeks to receive my order, i once again checked the UPS tracking to see where it was. I saw that the package was returned to the sender. After waiting on hold for an hour and not receiving an email back from Sunglass Hut i was told by a rep to call UPS because they didnt know why they were returned to sender. UPS told me that the sender, Sunglass Hut, did not correctly label the package as in they didnt even put my address on the package!! Sunglass Hut received the glasses 7 days ago and i still have not received my refund. Save yourself a lot of hassle and just pay the extra money to buy sunglasses directly from the designer. Sunglass Hut provided the WORST customer service i have ever encountered... and i worked in customer service for years so im not one of those people.

Needed to by sunglasses today, went by the booth twice with over an hour in between to find only a sign saying “be back soon”, not even giving a time to come back. I’ll be taking my business to a better staffed business.

Hit or miss if someone is actually there during there business hours.
