With their help, I bought high-end leversets on DoorHardwareUSA.com. And when I experienced repeated quality and service issues with a deadbolt from one of their suppliers, Suwanee stepped-up and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. I really appreciate their ethics and would be happy to buy from them again.

Despite lots of technical questions and changes in selected item (Baldwin mortise entry set), service from everyone here was pleasant and helpful. Kailey was the sales associate for my order; she answered all my questions, sent me spec sheets, returned calls quickly, took the initiative to call to check that an item listed as available in warehouse was actually in stock, and never rushed me or showed any impatience (It took several days to get to the point of putting in the order).I will definitely check here first for any other hardware needs.

Had a great experience with this company after the original lockset didn’t meet the customers satisfaction. They swapped out the old locks for an upgraded lockset at no additional charge. I placed an order with Suwanee Decorative Hardware, Kailey called to let me know the hardware was not in stock so it would take 10-15 weeks for delivery. She wanted to know before placing the order if I was willing to wait for the items or if I would like help choosing another item. I thought this type of customer service was exceptional. After placing the order I realized one of the locksets I ordered was incorrect so she patiently worked with me to find the set that would work for my door. I highly recommend using this company and suggest requesting to work with Kailey, she was very patient and knowledgeable.

Great products & Customer Service. I have used this store twice for online purchases. The second order had some issues with the shipping (the shipping company delivered the box to the wrong address). Greg was terrific and without any additional cost to me, replaced the lost order.

The hardware vendor for a large project could not supply the desired entry door trim, so we tried Suwanee for the first time.It was a great experience. When we discovered the manufacturers published specifications did not match the actual product measurements, we contacted Suwanee.Rather than blame the manufacturer, they found a compatible part from a different vendor that made the trim work for us.Suwanee saved the day and had the project back on track within two days.They are now our preferred door hardware vendor.

If youre looking for uniqueness and great quality kitchen ware such as knobs..etc.. this is the place to visit. However, while visiting this establishment, I noticed 4-5 employees there, but no one made an attempt to assist me, so I left.

I have been having an issue with an EMTouch door lock from Emtek for some period of time. After calling Emtek customer service, I was told that it was a warranty problem, and that I would need to contact the dealer from whom I purchased the product a few years ago. So, that is what I did, Suwanee Decorative Hardware, and I have to say, this was one of the best experiences dealing with a customer service organization I have had in a long time. Kailey was very helpful in first finding my purchase, and then contacting Emtek to arrange for an RMA... Professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable, traits that seem to have been lost from customer service organizations. I sincerely hope her organization realizes what an asset they have with Ms. Hinton as an ambassador for the company. They have just won another loyal customer. Thank you.
