Good place to shop for most things. The prices for a lot of the items I purchased, are decent prices.

Love to shop there for my home repairs but they just dont know a lot? I get sent home with the wrong part more times than I like. The workers are nice but seems like they want to sell a product they are not sure will work out 100%.

Bought a refrigerator in July that offered a $47.50 rebate which sounded great. Today I received the rebate. Its not money, its a Menards store credit voucher. How is that a rebate if the money must be spent at their store? There are no Menards in Colorado and its not valid for purchases on menards.com. Thanks for nothing Menards!! I didnt realize I needed to read the fine print and Ill bet most of your customers were equally surprised. Wont make that mistake again since I wont be going back.

Poor customer service from most employees... my mother who broke her back and is now disabled asked 3 different employees to help take her 3 gallon s of paint up to the front. Told her theyd find someone from paint and the 3rd from paint told her he could put it I. Her cart but wouldnt be able to get it up front for her. Plus the store manager is horrible.

FINALLY a 5* review! West Duluth Menards employees are the bees knees! I went in for a putty knife, but left with over $80 in small treasures. Im going back for a new bathroom sink tomorrow even though my plan was to order online. Our local people reminded me why I choose to spend my money right here at Menards!!

Your help staff is very very poor. This i mean those on do not help load. We ask 3 different people to get us someone to help lift patio slab blocks. My husband is disabled and this is 4th time this has happen to us. I know workers are short but those on should help as 1 guy was just hanging out he decides to come over after we loaded 6 ourselves needed 2 more. My husband had to do it without his cane it was rough but we manage after waiting 15 minutes for someone in the yard.

This place is big but surprisingly difficult to find! Good prices and a great product selection, especially for remodeling or home improvement projects. The staff is more helpful than expected. Having no online option to submit a receipt for their ubiquitous 11% rebate is lame.

The staff was polite and helpful and the boat was well maintained. The food on our brunch cruise was good. No complaints here :)

I lightly waived at a worker to help me, he says he will be right over n continues on with his forklift. So as I wait I look around and decide on a different soil. He finally comes and asked what I needed. Told him Im good n that i changed my mind. He looks at me and says You made me stop doing what I was doing to come over her for nothing...WOW!!! I felt like just leaving my cart and walking out....To many garden centers around to be treated like that.

Very rude manager! I went here to return some bulbs because I had bought the wrong ones. I did the online service so it can make it quick and easy. When I went inside to the online service desk the manger pointed out that I was not wearing a mask and that I had to leave or buy a mask. I only needed to return the bulbs and get one item so I quickly went and grabbed the item and headed to the check out line. The manger then came up to me again making a huge scene. I tried to calmly explain to him that I had extreme asthma and couldn’t wear a mask because it made me dizzy and light headed very badly. The manger refused and demanded that I needed to leave. He then told me to online shop because of my condition. I held up my sheet with the online order telling him that that’s what I was trying to do In the first place. I then walked out of the building then had to go to the back of the building to try to return the bulbs again. Once again the manger refused for me to return the bulbs and threatened to band me from the store! I understand that people are suppose to wear masks these days but if you have a condition where you can’t and trying to avoid going into stores by online ordering...like I was...employees should be more understanding of that. Not happy at with my experience, next time I’m going to Fleet Farm where they understand.

The cashier in the garden center was more interested in what was going on with a coworker and not paying attention to what she was doing. Not good! Told me the wrong amount first...

Ordered cabinets online and before the special order parts showed up they sold some of the order off the floor. A month later they call our office to tell us the order has been sitting there for 30 days. I call them and they say there are still cabinets on the way and it will be another week. Some of the employees are fabulous and helpful but others abysmal so it ends up being a chance as to which you might get. I suggest going across the interstate to the cabinet shop as they are much more focused on the customer.

Great Menards here in Duluth MN, especially the staff. A young man by the name of Gabe was my cashier today, he was extremely nice and helpful. Kudos to him. Also a young man back by the carpet and window shades was very nice.

I live in Hibbing and called Menards in Hermantown. I needed a shallow well pump and Virginia Menards didnt have one. I spoke with NICK in the plumbing dept. Nick checked their stock and told me they had one left. I explained to Nick that I live in Hibbing but would leave right away if he could hold the pump. Nick said he would have the pump there for me. When I got to Menards Nick had the pump in a cart ready to go. Great customer service. I was in and out in 5 minutes. You just dont get service like I received from Nick.

Their hours for customers are pretty much to normal and nice for the early. They could have more staff available in the garden dept.

Menards was great! went there to buy mop head refill and came out spending 167 dollars on stuff i didnt need, well needed, but wasnt necessary at that moment . i liked everything i got. Always like shopping here and daydreaming about an accidental lock in, in which i build my dream tree house! lol . nice . still had ti wear a mask even though govenor had already called off mask mandation .

They have just about anything you need here. I asked a guy for help finding a couple things and he told me the isle and exactly where on the shelf I would find my items in different parts of the store. Glad for that because it is a large store.

Made an online order to pick up at this store. Email confirmation said it was in stock and ready to pick up. Get there with a borrowed trailer and only half of the order is in stock and it is poor quality. Was told I have to get a refund and go hopefully find at another store in the area. Very poor service. Try Home Depot

Where do I start ok every business in duluth has been hit hard from covid not menards they are making money hand over fist then theres the 11percent off Im sorry ( rebate ) while every store around has sales 20 - 30 - 40 percent off the price no rebates actual cash savings when is menards gonna step up and not just because of a pandemic just because they are a huge company and can afford to give the appreciation that is way over do and this is me bashing my favorite store hope to see a real SALE NO REBATES

The first girl that I encountered after entering the store was super rude and definitely should be talked to by her boss. Shes possibly just having a bad day but she was not a good person to have working in a service job. I dont think it was a bad day, though. I think she was trying to show disrespect to me and to my friend just from a mental place of being a hater. The cashier was really great though. Super nice, super patient with all the complications of my purchase with two rebates and a whole bunch of discount sheet protectors. Five stars for her.

Being 💯 honest, I dont like Menards. I worked for them I dont like them. That said, they are the cheapest place for dog treats for a big dog. So...Today, the only employee I interacted with was very nice and friendly.

We had a cabinet that was damaged but was WAY beyond the 90-day warranty. We returned it with the receipt and they gave us store credit no questions asked. (Figuratively speaking. They asked us a few simple questions and then gave us our money.)

Found the most beautiful rug there today its called oak tree and although I was looking for a dining room rug Im going to swap the one out in my living room instead. We were also there to get some treated 2x6x6 which they were out of so they quickly got some 12 footers to cut to get us on our way. Masks or face coverings still required there which we complied with because I love my Menards.

Okay buisness. They tend to have a ton of nice products, if not out of stock. Though I dont reccomend master force products, as they break pretty easily.Some employees are nice, some are not.The cashier, Tina seems to be quite rude anytime I go through her line, almost like shes thinking Hurry up and leave, I want to go home.Though Jason in plumbing was very helpful and friendly.

So extremely pleased to see that mask wearing by everyone is mandatory. I hope other businesses follow that practice. Its the only way that this virus is going to be lessened until a vaccine is found for it. Our lives can again go back to the more normal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Why? Why did you have to change everything around. My average time in store has doubled. Things are moved week to week. It had to drive employees nuts. They dont even know where things are!

Ordered an air conditioner online for instore pickup and it was ready in about 45 minutes. Picked up after work and pickup was fast and easy.

I go here more than I go to the grocery store. This location has good customer service and is typically good about keeping items stocked. Although the last couple times their project center guys have sold me on items I really didn’t need. Good job selling product. Bad job at keeping the customer’s budget in mind. I’ll keep going there vs Home Depot for almost everything still.

I walked into the store with my sister to help our mother carry supplies out to the vehicle (things to fix the yard, vents, and insulation in the house). We were immediately asked to leave because we did not look over the age of 16. Im in my 20s, no big deal we saw the signs and had our IDs with. I told her my age and grabbed my wallet, but instead of asking for IDs the employee starts LOUDLY going off on us. We just ignored her rude comments and left (hearing her yell the whole way out the door, mind you). Granted this is a scary, stressful time, but the harassment was VERY uncalled for. We got our supplies elsewhere.
