Went in today get bunch of plain hats, June 1 2021. I under stand that there is a mask mandate. Guy werking the afternoon shift there let me stand around for 5 min before telling me they have a mask policy. If you are gonna have a mask policy which I understand you should have info on your store window as to such information. Long story short.. Rest of mall has no mask policy but Lids does. Lol.. I have a lids account and have bought caps there for years. Well thats. Done!!!! Good Luck..

Just received a present of a fitted Vikings hat on Saturday. It had all tags on the hat and had clearly never been worn. The store manager kind of laughed and said unfortunately I need a receipt even for a straight up exchange. I drove 100 miles to exchange this gift and was offered the worst customer service imaginable. If this is a corporate policy you need to rethink how you treat patrons in the age of Amazon....

The clerk was not interested i doing much. Got one set of shoes but never came back to see if we needed anything else. We left without purchasing anything.

Just ordered a hat, a MLB hat, it was $40. Spendy yes and had to pay $15 more in shipping. Which was not shown at checkout.Way too much. Go to Amazon and you can get the same hat for less and free shipping.
