As a loyal for Customer 30 years, have always been on keep fill and a contract every year. This year we forgot to call with the contract and they would not honor the price. Como is taking advantage of loyal customers. Do not do business with them!The Customer service is terrible. Superior Fuel is going to get my business for the next 30 years.

Do not use this company. We had called to do a fill of 500 dollars. well they put in 548 dollars then demanded the money from there screw up and like always got the he is a new driver bs. you should no be expected to pay for there mistake talked to managment for them to eat the cost and they would not budge. Very poor management at this place no wonder they have a 1.8 rating
23 year customer here. Ran out of propane. Had a $200 balance, they didnt tell me they wouldnt fill with a balance due. Took days to figure out I was out since the broken gauge said 70%. They miscalculated their budget plan that caused me to be under, so I got hit with a $841 fill up. Then threatening emails they would disconnect since I owed them $349 - I did pay them $492. Since zeroed them out. Yeah, this happened in January during the cold snap. Smug about how they dont have to fill a tank since theyre not a utility. Will be buying a tank soon.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. When they say “It’ll be 1-5 days delivery” it is ALWAYS 5 days. They wait the full 5 days in hopes you’ll have to “special order” and pay more. They are the worst. Very glad to have switched to a better local company. STEER CLEAR!
We own our own tank and have been doing business with Como Oil for 4 years now. They used to be good to work with when they were locally owned. Just got a bill from them a few days ago for $2.29 per gallon LP gas. Since when have East Coast prices come to Duluth? Looks like time to shop around!
Terrible customer service! Apparently they locked our tank by mistake according to the driver. We had no idea so after we paid an appliance place to come look at our stove that would not light hundred plus dollars later Como came out and unlocked our tank that we didnt know was locked. Poor service all the way around from the people that answer the phones to the bill pay to the drivers this is a terrible company it was way better when it was local. Looking at other reviews maybe the Duluth area needs training from other area Como oil and propane companies.
Terrible customer Service. I dont know what kind of people of working at this company, but the delivery guy delivered my oil to someone elses house. When Disputing it they charge my account again for the same amount fuel that I never got in the 1st place. Never do business with this company ever again. I dont care If the fuel is 10 cents cheaper. Its not worth the headache dealing with this company.
I cant even give 0 stars, they dont deserve to have that, there website says 24/7, 365 days, false advertising for sure, my furnace is not working and the answering service tells me they are instructed not to send a phone call for service, WTF kind of service is that. It went out Friday and were supposed to wait till Monday....bull___shi....

New customer to Como Oil & Propane out of Barnum. Very happy with customer service from office staff, delivery and repair. Their repair service was very professional, friendly and got to the bottom of my stoves problem very quickly. Happy we went with Como!
Last night we had a propane leak called like we were supposed to and just got the go around. My husband told the guy what he needed to fix it, when the guy showed up he took one look at the peace and said O I guess I dont have that part you will have to wait till morning and call Como this was at 10pm. So we went without heat till the morning.
Horrible customer service, lazy drivers. Find someone else!
