DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!I originally showed up at the wrong CVS who was able to locate my prescription and told me it was sent to the CVS on Wheatland and Cedar Ridge. When I arrived the pharmacy tech was unable to locate my prescription. I informed her the CVS I was just sent from located the prescription and confirmed it was sent there. I asked if they could call them for the information. The pharmacy tech was very rude and unprofessional and said she could but it would take her a while. I told her it was fine and said I could wait because I really needed the medication. She asked if I wanted to come inside and I said I would rather wait in the drive through line. The tech responded to me and said she was going to call the police on me if I waited in the drive through. When I asked if she was serious she said yes and repeated to say she was going to call the police. I was beyond confused!! At no point did she ever say I had to wait inside. I chose the drive through because we’re living in a pandemic and I’m trying to minimize my exposure to COVID as much as possible. This pharmacy is a joke, do not go here unless you want to deal with rude and CRAZY staff. I called my doctor who confirmed that my prescription was in fact sent there. We ended up sending the V prescription to a different pharmacy where I had no issues whatsoever.

My son has complained about this pharmacy for a year, but I never took him that seriously. I owe him a major apology. Today I was on hold for an hour for a perscription that wasnt ready at 10:15, the drive-thru was closed, and the pharmacist lacked basic customer service skills. My input is to close the inside portion of the pharmacy as well, and use the time to train the pharmacy staff on how to politely and discretely practice customer service skills. If I could rate this location lower than 1 star, I would. This is literally the WORST pharmacy within a 50 mile radius. The staff is rude, they leave you on hold for 45 minutes at a time and they are completely unprofessional. It should not take a WEEK to refill a repeat rx that has multiple refills remaining...and yet it does EVERY SINGLE TIME.My father has already ended up in the ER with a 5 day hospital stay due to their refusal to do their job and refill IMPORTANT medications in a timely fashion-despite my calling/going in to pharmacy every day for nearly a week, it took them 8 days to pull a presealed box off the shelf and slap a label on it. Because of this my father was without his medication for 4 days resulting in a dangerous build up of ammonia IN HIS BRAIN.If you value your/your loved ones health, avoid this place like the plague.

Worst pharmacy ever! Had to wait an hour and a half to get a prescription filled... and it came prepackaged from the pharmaceutical company. Then when I went back in to speak to the manager of the store there was no one at the front checkout or anywhere to be seen, I waited for like a minute and then gave up. Pick another CVS to go to, this one really is a waste of your time..

EVERY FREAKING TIME I GET A PRESCRIPTION THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG!!!I hate CVS. I’m forced to use it because of my medical insurance pays more on my prescriptions with them. Litterally every single time I have refilled a prescription something has went wrong. I’ve tried to over look it, but every time? Let me share my experience.I have a doctor here in Duncancville that prescribes me 3 medications. My doctor automatically approves refills, but the pharmacy has to request it when it’s time. I go to pick up my prescription yesterday, after I called it in, and I pay for it and leave. Honestly I didn’t pay attention to the total or the bag. I go to open it this morning and there’s a note in the bag that says they have to reach out to my doctor to get the full refill! I then called the pharmacy, spoke to someone, and I asked how come nobody told me that you needed to reach out to the doctor to get a refill? They could have said something when I called in the prescription OR picked it up.I use to have Walgreens. They would automatically refill all 3 of my medications at once every 90 days per insurance and they would reach out to the doctor BEFORE my meds ran out so it was a seemless process for me as the customer.Why can’t CVS get it together? This is just this experience! Last time, they didn’t want to refill one of my meds that I physically handed them the prescription for. Time before that they only wanted to give me 2/3 medications. Literally something different every single time! I even spent time calling my doctor and insurance companies before for them to tell me it’s all on CVS to do their stuff right. I’m tempted to go spend more on my meds just because they can’t get it together.

The absolute worst pharmacy in existence. I have spent a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes on hold today. The second time, I spent 90 minutes on hold to be told the text message I received stating my refill order had been canceled and instructing me to call them was an error the system had “generated”. Their customer service may even be worse than AT&T. If this is the best they can do they need to shut down. I would switch but I am forced to use CVS by my insurance.

I have been waiting 1 hour in the drive through just to get my medication. And I am still not receiving my medicine. Awful service. 2 cars were in front of me, so 1 hour is just unacceptable.

Very slow service in the pharmacy. The stuff are very rude. If they don’t like Their job work somewhere else anyways they are so slow in pick up drive thru line. Open another drive thru line, hire employees that like their job.

This has to be the worst pharmacy I’ve used in my life! Every time I call to find out why my prescription is filled. I get a bs excuse and when I correct it and drive up there. It’s still not filled and more excuses. This is day four. Terrible! The whole pharmacy department should be ashamed!

Horrible Pharmacy. You need to carve out at least 30 minutes out of your day to pick up a prescription - even if the prescription is ready for pick up. It’s a beating every.single.time. Pharmacy techs are rude and slow. They act like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. I have transferred all of my families prescriptions to Walmart on Wheatland. Always in and out with a quickness and a lot more friendly and professional.

Wanted to order pictures for an employee’s going away party. Ordered about 6, 4x6 photos. Confirmation email said pictures would be ready at 11:30am. It’s now 12:30pm and the store still doesn’t have the photos ready. Was told there were multiple orders in queue and I had to wait behind a large order. If that person isn’t here but I am why can’t you change queue order? both of their instant print machines were also down... I’ve wasted my lunch time waiting at this CVS. Granted CVS isn’t really known for its fast service but still...

The pharmacy and the pharmacist herself is rude, when you walk up they don’t greet you they just look at you and turn the other way. They need to learn how to greet the customers and if the line is long tell the customers sorry for the wait but we will be right with you. It’s a shame how they are because it makes the entire store look bad. They are careless of the customers and really just in it for the money probably and that’s sad, Get some new workers or have them get it together.

I will never again order pictures here. I placed my order online at 12 pm and it said my order would be ready at 2 pm. At 4 pm I called to see if my order was ready, a woman said they were. I went up and waited a good ten minutes because no one staffs the photo area and the only cashier was working the register. After a good ten minutes the cashier radioed for manager assistance. The manager walked up, and I assuming the cashier had radioed for back up, told the manager I needed to pick up my pictures. She said ok and walked away to help the cashier who had apparently radioed because she needed change for her drawer. The manager helped her and then went to leave even though I was still waiting and more people were still in line for the cash register. I stopped the manager and she informed me the cashier need to speak with me because my order hasnt printed. I informed her I had called and was told my pictures were ready. She said she was the one that some with me and she thought it was great but hasnt actually checked the order to see that it hasnt printed. She then walked away owning people waiting in the photo area and Im line for the cash register. The cashier then came to help a woman who walked up after me in the photo area and told me their machine was broken so the only thing I could do was putting at the self service but the self service didnt have the option to print on card stock like I ordered and also they were out of cardstock so they wouldnt even have been able to print the order I placed! Ridiculous. Never going back to this store.

Pharmacy staff are top notch. Front counter for a good job of calling in help if the line gets at all long. The store is older, and shows its age a bit too much, but it is definitely the best pharmacy option around. You wont be disappointed I the service!

My wifes prescription was suppose to be ready since yesterday and then my wife called today at 4 and they told her it would be ready in 15 minutes. I came to pick up at 8:30 at night and they tell me to give them 10 minutes and I had to wait for almost 30 minutes. So unprofessional never coming back here!!!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever deal with!!!! I call to check status on my dad’s prescription, well let’s just say that it has been 15 min and nobody absolutely nobody has picked up the phone!!! And when I went to pick up another medicine the other day it took them 35 min to attend me when there was 5 ppl behind the counter and only 1... yes 1 person in front of me!!!!!

Theyre very lazy youre prescription will never be on time even when they say its ready the young lady in the drive thru will say that you have to come back even if you receive a text saying thats its ready My opinion I think they need more help they should have two people working the front counter one working the drive thru and two feeling the prescriptions.

Gala is a great pharmacist and extremely helpful and calm, despite high pressure situations. The Asian pharmacist was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than doing her job and filling my prescription, she chose to argue with me about what MY insurance would cover. I was correct but lost an hour of my time there at CVS. Then, I was told that a special medication would be delivered the next day, only for Gayla to inform me that the warehouse did not have it in stock. So, I wasted another hour getting the Rx script moved to another pharmacy, which had my special medication in stock.They need to have a number system in place as one rude customer felt her needs were more important than anyone elses. Had the cashier not been so professional, I would have lost my cool.I will no longer be a customer of that location. Corporate will be contacted.

This particular Cvs never answers the pharmacy phone ever. I literally stayed on hold for about 9 1/2 minutes no one ever came to the phone. It’s sad that you have to go all the way up there just to get a question answered that could’ve been done over the phone

The pharmacy clerk(s) are very unprofessional, rude and uneducated on how to do their job. This is why we normally use humanas mail order pharmacy. This CVS is the only one that we seem to have an issue with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy techs are unprofessional, lazy, & slow. I called and the black lady was very unprofessional in her delivery of customer service, and to top it off my doctor called in a prescription which I needed after a surgery for pain. After spealing to the waste of space lady on the phone, she told me my prescription would be ready. I get there, and they claim no doctor called in a prescription and stated I lied. I will NEVER use this ghetto pharmacy again. And would highly recommend you use a more professional location or a Walgreens pharmacy.

Very unprofessional and unreliable employees. DO NOT send your valuable tapes or images to this store. I sent out video tapes to be converted to dvds. I waited for TWO months just to find out the employees had lost the video tapes somewhere in the backroom. They kept blaming UPS stating that they may have lost the tapes when the whole time the tapes were sitting in the store for TWO months. BTW, the two female employees who helped me were Veronica G. and a young black female employee who was facetiming at the cash register, both were goofing off at work talking about turning up and getting cocktails in front of customers. SMH. Dont trust these idiots with your images or video orders.

Waited an hour and a half for the photo department to put ribbon in the photo machine (that should have already been IN the machine) so that I could print my photos at the print station (the print in seconds photos, not even the 1-hour photos. If this is how long it took for the print in seconds photos, i cant imagine how long it wouldve taken had I chosen 1-hour photos) & they still werent ready after an hour and a half. Came back a few hours later when I had the time and STILL had to wait for my photos.
