Our truck was badly hit by a drunk driver. We were quoted a 4 week turn around time for damage repair. The actual time was 13 weeks, plus another 2 weeks of follow-ups at other shops because this shop couldnt take care of a residual issue (they replaced a tire and couldnt get the tire sensor to go out). Their communication throughout the 15 weeks was awful, to say the least! They called us at week 11 saying the truck was ready. It was not ready. They completely missed accident damage on one side of the truck and there were several scratches all over the newly painted parts the shop just finished. It took the shop another 2 weeks to fix what they neglected to during the first 11 weeks they had it. This was a shop recommended by the insurance company as an express shop and partner. We were to get top notch service backed by a lifetime guarantee on work and labor. The service was not top notch and need i say again how the shop missed 2 weeks worth of damage when they told us the truck was ready? Completely incompetent.

I had a very good experience with Caliber Collision in Dundalk. I was very satisfied with the work they did and was told to come back for an additional service I inquired about at no extra cost. They are definitely about customer satisfaction over making an extra buck on every little thing. I will definitely use them in the future, if necessary..

Fantastic, did a beautiful job, prices are great, everyone just a pleasure to meet. Need some work done give them a call, see for yourself. Rare to actually have something done right and still have something in your pocket.

You be the judge! A picture speaks a thousand words. From tape lines with overspray, color not matching, scratches and scuffs, blemishes and overspray in the door jams and the car being dirty and spotted when Picked up. But hey, give them another chance. After they painted the side of the car three times we had to get corporate involved and take the car to another shop. The incompetence at this place was mind boggling.

This is a really great shop! They do precision work here using all authentic Volkswagen factory parts on my Golf TSI. Their customer service is some of the best Ive ever dealt with as they gave me text message updates at every step of my car repair. Work was even complete ahead of schedule. You cant even tell I was ever in an accident, paint matches perfectly on the replaced parts. Pictures will speak for themselves. I have uploaded before and after photos. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Nick and crew to my friends and family going forward. I went out of my way to make this post as the Google reviews that are on here are from the previous shop that used to be here and are years old. Caliber business is actually quite new. A+

Did a wonderful job replacing and paint matching the driver side front and rear door on my car. They were very flexible in allowing me to come back and get personal items and when to drop off/pick my car. Their team worked hard to get my car back to me as quickly as they could, knowing that I was paying for a rental. Highly recommend!

Nick and his shop were beyond professional and provided amazing service! Not only was my mirror fixed on the passenger side, but they cleaned my whole car!!! This a nice and clean facility located in Dundalk, Md. The personnel are very friendly and are at the top of their game. The perform high quality work in a timely fashion.

Repairs to my vehicle were better than expected and I was kept informed throughout the entire process.

If zero stars were an option I’d choose that. It took 7 weeks and 4 times for them to repair a front fender and headlight. The first time they broke a button off the center console and tried to say it was missing before(thankfully I had pictures from the day before it was turned in, then conveniently they found a replacement) the second time the bumper wasn’t secured properly and was lipped over top the headlight. The 3rd time none of the body lines lined up with the fender, the headlight wasn’t secured and the bumper STILL was over top the headlight and not installed properly, the paint was awful as well. The FOURTH time we picked it up there was a 3 foot long scratch along the rear quarter panel that was not there before, and it was covered in mud. The doors, the wheels, there was mud on the tail lights bumper and hatch like they took it backwoods mudding. When I saw it I notified them and they said their pictures aren’t clear enough to tell if it was there prior. Absolutely would NOT recommend

Hi,I went to the shop to get an estimate, I greeted the young lady and she did as well. She asked how can she help me, I replied “ I need an estimate for my car”, she got up went to the next office and came back to tell me, and I quote“ You would have to come back sometime next week, we are waiting on a client for an estimate right now”.Ok, not a “We’re sorry, we have an appointment with another client but I can book anone if you would like for next week, or any other polite alternative. I live literally 7 houses up in the street and being a local business I thought what better than them, besides my partner had his car fixed with them and was satisfied.I went to Maaco and they took care of me right away. Calliber lost my business and of anyone I can give references. Words matter neighbor. Too bad.By the way, no stars since I left empty handed and with a bad impression.

The customer service you get from Mackenzie Muhl at the Dundalk MD caliber collision is outstanding. I totaled my truck on 3/13/2020 and she was amazing the entire time answering all of my questions and explaining everything in immaculate detail. She did a better job then my insurance adjuster and kept me in the loop every step of the way. But what I appreciated the most was how she cares and looks out for her customers and their interests. If she felt something was unsafe she voiced it and she was never afraid to go to bat her her customer. My father was in a car accident yesterday 6/30/2020 and again she was outstanding she fit us in with no appointment again because she’s amazing. I went there today, I spoke at length with gm, Nick K. and service adv. Jim C. which were very helpful, professional, knowledgable and cooperative,about the damages and the steps to folow with my chevy silverado pick up and my Hummer h2. I was very surprised to find that my chevy silverado pick up will be soon be fix, and my baby Petunia (Hummer H2), will be soon be contacting me with updates. Im very happy because my petunia was first transferred from Lords Collision Security body/mechanic shop after a month of no phone calls or updates on their part, they say that they cant pinpoint the problem of the transmission? . I was very unhappy that they never gave me any information after I called then a call and they promised to called me a week later that was a month ago. My problem with my Hummer started on july 3rd., with a dead battery, and me going to my insurance app to get a towing truck to pick up my car for that. The towing company (good luck towing, also they.claimed I was on a collision which I wasnt and I have proof).had damaged the front, the driver side of the car, the trailer hitch and my hood. The towing operator gave us a jump then, the truck was on the tow truck flatbed, then I left my truck and the operator said that hell leave my truck at my address in a little while, by the time he dropped my baby, the front was so crumpled that we couldnt open the hood.But, I have renew my faith today with Caliber Collision that my Petunia (Hummer H2) will be fine again.I will recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of repairs of cars, trucks, they have demostrated professionalism, and humanity.My vehicles are part of my livelihood, and are part of my family, and I believe Caliber Collision understands that, and that gives me peace of mind.

It was around February of this year and I was heading to the harbor toll plaza when the roof of a box truck literally peeled off and hit the front of my SUV. These guys did an incredible job repairing the damage, and getting it painted. I would come here again if necessary.

The Dundalk location of Caliber Collision is truly amazing! I needed some repairs done and they fit me in the next day. Not only did my car come out looking brand new, they made sure they cleaned the interior. Other shops I find finger prints and residue all over! The girls at the front desk were amazingly hospitable and Nick the center manger welcomed me and made sure I knew everything that was going on. If I ever need anything done on my car or my families car I will be taking it here!!

Unfortunately some rust started on my truck an i want to get it addressed quickly before it gets worse. Went to another body shop first an was immediately turned away. A friend recommended i try caliber collision in dundalk, when i walked through the door i was immediately greeted by friendly staff. Nick came out an i explained what was going on an he walked outside with me to take a look. He looked over the rust locations under the truck by the bottom of the doors. He went over the process for repairs with me in detail along with a body tech. I asked a lot of questions an they anwsered them all without haste. I couldn’t have asked for better service an customer commitment. Needless to say caliber now has my work.

No one wants to have their car in the shop after an accident, but Caliber Collison made it bearable. They were quick to schedule time to give me and estimate and then were able to quickly get my car in to be repaired. They even got my car done 4 days early, with no sacrifice to quality. The Shop Lead Nick was professional, super nice and communicated with me throughout the process to keep me posted with what was going on. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to have their car repaired!

They suck. Picked up my car from there 3 times and each time they said problem is fixed. All 3 times I came back to return the car cause problem was not fixed,they didnt even try to fix it. Fake people. Fake promises. Mexican quality of job done. If u want lots of headache and more issues for ur car go ahead and take it to these timewasters. These people dont give a **** about customers. Always ******** exuses that dont make no sense to a normal person.

I’m not a fan of writing reviews, especially negative ones, but I have to this time. I had a little accident where my car got hit in a door. Not a huge dent. The insurance gave me a list of places to take my car to and I chose Caliber Collision. I took my car on June 28th and was given a rental car until July 17th. I thought it was odd that it would take this long to fix a dent that size, but was pretty patient until my rental due date was approaching and I started getting stressed. Last Friday I was given an update that my car was going into painting and should be ready in a few days. Since I hadn’t heard anything by the 16th, a day before the rental was due, I called they insurance and they extended my rental until the 21st, which is tomorrow. I thought that’d be enough time since I had been told it would just take a few more days.My rental extension is due tomorrow and I called Caliber for an update. I was told that it was taken to paintin today (I thought that was Friday?) and that the estimated completion date was July 31st. I was told not to worry about calling the insurance or the rental place since they communicated. I still called the insurance and the were shocked it’s taking this long because this is actually a 3 to 8-DAY JOB! The insurance put me on hold to call Caliber but couldn’t get a hold of the person they needed to speak to. They didn’t want to extend my rental again until they speak to this person to see what’s going on. In the meantime, I’m over here stressing because I need a vehicle in order to be able to work and I’m not even sure if I’m going to be able to keep my rental any longer.Plus I asked them to make an estimate for another dent my car has from a previous accident. I was told it would be around $1,800-$2,000. The previous business that gave me an estimate said $1,300. Quite a jump.I’m giving it 3 stars instead of one because I have faith that at least they’re doing a good job with my car. Sorry, I’m just a very disappointed customer right now.

Also if you have a customer car for 2 days shy of a month then all of both the work and parts should be on the car especially with the amount of money that the insurance company as well as the customer is paying off... additional to that statement I would like to point out that when I dropped my car off I took pictures of both the gas and milage of my car but when I returned to pickup my car 2 days shy of a month it had 2 miles more on it then when I dropped it off which I showed pictures to Mr.Fred who said it was due to moving my car in and out of the bays which is not true, there lot from the bay doors to the sidewalk is around 10 steps walking, my car had 2 miles exactly on the gauge which matched with the trip distance as well as showed in the gas usage... which in my experience working at a shop for 6 years told me that my car had been driven because nothing stops on 2 miles exactly if the car was only being moved in and out of the bays like he said and I was very offended that he would not omit that it was driven and would lie to my face about it I also thought that maybe my car may have been damaged on the joy ride and thats why it took almost a month to complete and it still needs a part I also had a tray inside of the arm rest that was missing, the tray was used to hold loose change, pens, paperclips and small items like that... So I feel that I was lied too, cheated and stolen from by this company and WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK THERE NOR WILL I SEND ANYONE ELSE THERE EITHER... AND THATS A PROMISE... Richard Parker  I have also reported this matter to My Insurance Company Farmers Insurance who Are the best and took care of my every need and THANKS TO THEM, I WAS NOT WITHOUT A CAR ALL THAT TIME... THANKS FOR EVERYTHING FARMERS... DONT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING AND PLEASE FARMERS STOP SENDING US, YOUR CUSTOMERS TO THIS LOCATION, ITS TRULY A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!
