Gerber Collision is at a convenient spot for Dundalk, Essex, and East Baltimore. Drop-off is easy, and they do a great job of getting you in and out as quickly as possible. This is a big shop and looks to have much capacity. My rental car agency dropped the car right off to me at this location, making it a very easy one stop appointment.The also have water and Coffee in the reception for customers.

Ive been to this location twice and it was a smooth experience each time. First time to replace a stolen air bag and broken window, and the second to repair some body damage from being side swiped. Both times they worked seamlessly with my insurance company (Gieco) and finished repairs ahead of schedule.

Had a great experience with them! Gerber was recommended by the Honda dealership next to them. They were able to pick up my car from Honda directly. Through out the process the customer service was excellent. I got updates on how the work was going. I do not live in Maryland, and they held my car for the rest of the week until I was able to pick it up without a holding fee. I’m not really able to speak on the value for money as I have nothing to compare to. But they worked directly with the insurance company so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They even offer drop off for your rental car with Enterprise! Would definitely recommend them to any friends or family.

My 2019 Equinox was hit in the rear, my insurance company recommended Gerber Collision & Glass for repairs. The best move I ever made my Equinox was finished a day ahead and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new vehicle. The collision repair was beautiful and my Equinox was shining inside and out. Thank you Justin Howard, front desk ladies and Gerber for excellent work and service.

ETA: Gerber called and will be fixing the issue when I drop the car off Monday. I will full edit the review at that time.The people were very nice and my car done a day earlier than expected, but I was disappointed to find that they had not done anything to the inside of it. Every time in the past that I’ve had worked on after an accident, the shop has vacuumed and detailed the inside of my car. This is my first experience with Gerber, and maybe they just don’t do that, but I did see other reviews talking about how clean their car was when they picked it up so I definitely was disappointed to find that they have not done nothing it to the inside of my car. My car was definitely messy because I have three kids and three car seats, but I made sure to pick up off everything off the floor to make it clear for vacuuming before I left.

The girls at the desk are great, but the quality of the work is horrible. I had to take my truck back three times. After the 3rd time I still had to adjust a headlight they installed, and fix a trim piece they installed myself. I told my insurance company not to recommend them to any more of their clients. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I have used this business several times. It says something that I keep coming back. I have had a better experience here than at other body shops. And there is an Enterprise rental facility nearby. They work closely with Gerber and your insurance company. All around, its a great experience, if you are so unfortunate as to have to use it.

Very frustrating and unhappy experience with Gerber!! Horrible place! Very high rates! Terrible customer service!Overall poor experience! The manager is the worst out of the employees! I would never take another vehicle there or recommend them to anyone.Do Not go here! You will not be happy! BEWARE!!!!

Very Happy with the job they did!!! It looks like new on that side of the car. My only gripe is this black, sticky, substance that gets all over the driver window whenever its put down and then back up.

The woman at the desk was disgusting. Her know it all attitude will be their downfall.I went in to drop off my car but was told by her that i couldnt leave it there(which was fine but she kept trying to speak for other companies telling me that the information i recieved from the other companies was incorrect and her word was final), my insurance wasn’t going to cover it (even though things were already in place) and tried to speak for enterprise as well. She is a receptionist at Gerber but works for an insurance company AND enterprise all i one?I spoke with someone at Gerber the day before. All i was to do was drop off my car, go get my rental and move on with my day but the experience there left a horrible taste in my mouth. She spoke to her manager over the phone and all she kept saying on her side was, “ i know,” I told her that,” “let me tell her again.”I happily walked out, called enterprise and they picked me up. Since i lived about a mile down the road, I left my car at ford for an hour. I don’t trust them with my car. I will be contacting a different company to work on my car. I don’t trust the company if they have people like that working there plus i keep hearing bad reviews and she specifically is the reason.No thank you.

I took my vehicle to Gerber twice for two different accidents. Both times I was well taken care of with the friendly staff and excellent service. I also think that the inside of my truck was cleaner when I picked it up then when I left it. This is the only body shop I will ever use.

Took my car there for a repair.The people was very friendly from the receptionist to the manager.The shop works with insurance companies so payment is made directly to them.When car was ready the work and paint matching was perfect.Jim the manager was very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and very cordial too.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop.Text updates are a nice feature also.

I picked my truck up Thursday afternoon after work it was around 5 pm. They didn’t do a final walk around with me like had stated perviously. I have aftermarket taillights, they however were hooked up all wrong and I didn’t know until I got stopped by a nice gentleman to let me know I had no rear lights. The mechanic failed to hook my taillights back up correctly leaving with no rear lights. Also there were pieces I had to put back in the inside of my truck that were just randomly laying on the floor of my back seat. I am very upset that the body let me drive off the lot knowing I had no rear lights. Will never take my vehicles back here again

Poor.Quick to declare my vehicle a total loss and dismantled my vehicle excessively and unnecessarily. The vehicle has since been repaired by another Auto Body Shop.Passed inspection with a breeze.

I took my car to Gerber Collision as strongly suggested by GEICO (who clearly have partnerships with specific shops to offer inspection, rental pick-up and repairs in one place) for rear bumper repairs. I was originally quoted 4 business days, but the car was done in only 3. When I picked up the car, it was washed with mats cleaned (although the mats were missing initially). Great!However, my car began dinging angrily at me about a week after these repairs and continued for two weeks as I worked through troubleshooting. Unfortunately, after some diagnostic visits to the dealer, it was discovered Gerber had removed and not replaced a component for keyless entry underneath the bumper, causing a continuous error. I notified the shop on a Thursday afternoon, and received notification that I could return the car for additional work the following Monday afternoon. I received the car back in 3 business days again, and was disappointed to see it had been treated with noticably less care (dirty handprints all over the driver-side door inside and out, for example).All in all, it was a tale of two experiences: one quick, pleasant, and secretly sloppy, and one reluctant and visibly sloppy. I wont be coming back, and do yourself a favor by choosing another GEICO Auto Repair Xpress shop.
